I had been waiting for months and informed that my furniture would now be delivered in 2022 :-( In a mad rush I walked in, fell in love with my one of kind couch and matched it with my Queen Power Recliner. I was rocking in my chair less than 2 hours later in my living room! WOW should be Brians name, he has an eye for design and truly was about taking care of me. I cannot express my gratitude to Brian and Trevor. On another visit into the store, Brian gave me the beautiful rug as a Thank You for my veteran service and welcome to the community. I returned a few days later to special ordered an ottoman. The ottoman will still be here before my original furniture order. If you are in need of anything related to furnishing your home.... I highly recommend Wall to Wall furniture when you are looking for furniture, beds, etc. We recently bought a new bed and headboard from them. Brian is wonderful. We got a great deal, professional service and free delivery. He and his staff are amazing. They kept us well informed of dates and times. The delivery and set up folks were wonderful and knew their stuff! Please at least give them a look before you buy from somewhere else.

Awesome experience. Every other furniture store I went to said delivery would take at least 1-2 weeks, even for stuff they had in stock. I went in to buy a sleeper couch, and the guys there were really friendly and helpful. It was a Saturday and their delivery crew wasnt working, but one of the guys working in the showroom offered to drive the couch to my place and assemble it himself. I had my couch (and two free pillows) within two hours, and couldnt be happier. Definitely come through here if you need some furniture.

Excellent service and support. I just got a beautiful love-seat for a mental health counseling office. The very next day, the first person to come in, sank into the cushions and gave out a big sigh, releasing her stress. Then she was ready to face the day and enroll her child for therapy. I love that its very high quality, and Made in the USA to boot!

Excellent customer service!!! I called to see if it would be possible to order a reclining chair over the phone and have it delivered (sooner than what I was told from another store). Not only did they accomodate with a live video call so that I could see what I was looking at, they delivered the same day because of our circumstance and understood our need! I have never experienced such caring customer service from a furniture store. Thank you, Wall 2 Wall! The chair is great...and I love the end tables I purchased, too!

Bought a lift chair and movable queen-size bed. Because I need a hip replacement I hadn’t been able to sleep on my side for many months. Brian showed us a bed that has an extra motor which tilts the entire bed (not just the head and feet), then you raise the feet, and it takes the pressure off your hips. Now I can sleep comfortably on my side. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever had! Next day delivery, also. Thanks, Bryan!!

W2W is an amazing place to buy a mattress! Earlier in the day I visited Mattress Firm. After the salesman was extremely rude and standoffish, I went to W2W. I was very impressed with the business. They are friendly and run their business with integrity and kindness. I will go there again! Stay away from Mattress Firm, unless you like being treated disrespectfully and rudely.

They deserve a minus score. The good reviews left by other people obviously had a totally different experience with this store than we did and continue to have. Whatever you do, dont disagree with the owner...he has a temper, he picked up a chair, raised it above his head and I thought he was going to throw it. We bought 2 sofas for close to $10,000. He is not standing behind the product, now that it is not wearing well after a short period of time. He isnt helping at all. I would tell everyone to stay away....find another store that sells the product you want. Terrible all around.

He went above and beyond and delivered them to our home in the Tri-Cities because we have young kids and it was hard for us to get down there to pick them up. We truly appreciate his time. We needed a mattress same day and stopped by this locally owned store. We were impressed with the quality and the price of the mattresses. Furthermore, when an error occurred that almost meant we couldnt get the mattress right away, the owner stepped in at his own expense to make sure we were not delayed.

I dont know about there furniture but the commercials are absolutely horrible. I turn the channel as soon as Hear them come on. At one point I was going to drive directly into a telephone pole just to put myself out of my misery. Thank god for volume control. Please take those commercials off the air. PLEASE!!!!!
