Good experience, great price relative to list price from Toyota. Small shop, no shuttle... but excellent service. They dropped off our vehicle at the tire place across the street so we could get a new set ahead of winter. Will probably come back again!

Talked with Cat or Cal (couldnt get a good look at his name tag) on the phone and he was very helpful already. I came in with some tires issues thinking it was my shocks, which a previous mechanic told me it was and was going to charge me $450 for a replacement. Cat (Cal) took it for a test run and afterwards took it in the shop for a closer look and recommended i change my tires. I took up about a half hour of his time and as i left I asked what do I owe you? He replied nothing. Very helpful and fair people working here, a great experience overall.

Highly recommended for Honda or any foreign service. Andy was professional and extremely knowledgeable with Honda. My Accord Crosstour had been to 3 different mechanics with no clear answer on what was causing the engine issue, one of them even suggesting I just trade it in. Not to fear, Andy had it identified and resolved within a couple hours. Could not be more impressed with the service, knowledge and attention. Will continue to go to Walnut Creek Imports for any future automotive needs.

Excellent service! On my way to Santa Cruz for the weekend I stopped for lunch, and my car died. After calling 4 shops they were the only ones able to make time to look at what was going on. They had my car fixed the same day.

Andy was very professional, very fast, and most importantly honest. Went in to have my brake pads replaced, he called back an hour later and told me they would last another 5k miles. Definitely returning.

These guys just saved my life. I was in a company vehicle and I noticed noise coming from my left front wheel everytime I hit a bump or pothole. After looking and noticing that there was a bolt missing, I happened to be driving by this place and I walked in and told them the problem. Not only did they put the vehicle on the rack within seconds, they replaced the bolt, checked all others and then told me to have a nice day. They didnt charge me at all. I know that anyone who brings their vehicles to these guys will be well taken care of and will have confidence knowing these guys truly care about their customers and not just making a quick buck. Thank you so much!!!!!
