Don’t waste your time and money. It’s notworth the headache dealing with this usedcar dealership. The car quality is not what itappears to be. I instantly regretted mypurchase after owning the car for a coupleof days. I noticed that many mechanical andcosmetic detail were being covered up sothat clients won’t notice the issues. Asimple test drive is not enough to notice. Keep in mind that most of their inventory is boughtthrough auction and is cheaply repaired toresale for as much as possible. Subhanknew about all the issues but acted as hedidn’t know. Be careful when buying fromhere. They don’t scare who that screw over to get a couple bucks.

Dont waste your time. Dont be tricked. This dealer use to be Walnut Creek Auto Sales. Not worth your hard earned money. Had to report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and DMV Investigation Department. I bought a car from them but within 40 miles of freeway driving the check engine light came on. Subaru then told me during the diagnosis that the dealer erased the check engine code on the car before it was brought in for a PPI. The dealership (Sabhan) failed to respond to the issue because the car was sold as is, but the as is excuse usually does not hold up in court when the car develops obvious issues right after the car is purchased. Make sure you take a look at the Carfax if Subhan told you the car was a trade-in. Subhan told me the car was a trade-in but after I bought the Carfax, it turns out it was bought in Auction. If for some reason you still want to buy a car from here, I recommend making sure the car comes with some type of warrantee (should be FREE). If they are confident about the cars they sale, including warrantee with the purchase of the car should not be an issue. There are other small dealerships that offer free 3 months warrantee for the cars they sale. Also, if you are young, I recommend taking someone who has experience with dealerships. The young community are their favorite targets. Its easy for them to over charge and get away with it. Dont be tricked by his nice personality. When you step into that dealership, it is you vs them. Dont be afraid to take legal action if you think you were wronged by them. You can also report them to DMV investigation office and BAR if you think you were wronged by them. Avoid headaches, learn from other peoples mistakes and be a smart shopper. I ignored the bad reviews and now I have a car that cant even pass smog. Good Luck!

Started off as good buying experience. The next day it began to show problems. After going to two garages they said the same things but one had a better price. They both agreed on diagnosis. Cars oil capacity 4.5 quarts. It was 4 quarts low. Transmission fluid dirty. Cabin filter dirty with dried leaves pressed in. Leaking oil pan. Needed gasket. Return line to power steering pump with hole and leaking. Accelerator unit needed to be replaced. Car was jerking when gas pedal pressed. Cost= $1300. Car was sold as is but I tried to have discussion with Subahn but he clearly was not planning to be of any assistance. He said car had been inspected but what kind of inspection overlooks all of these problems? Text book meaning of lemon

After purchasing my Toyota RAV4, I had a mechanic look it over and in his opinion, I got a great deal. Im so happy with my car.

Excellent customer service, my advice to buyers would be to make sure you have vehicle inspected from power train to suspension,if you find problems, express your concerns to dealer and they will definitely address the issues I am 100 percent satisfied. The best cust service Ive ever experienced

Worst dealership! Bought a car from here and within a week coolant hose broke, within two weeks after that the check engine light came on, took it back to get it “fixed” a week after it was “fixed” the same issue came back. Vehicle has a supercharger and within less than 1,500 miles of driving the car i checked the supercharger fluids and pieces of metal came out with the oil and the supercharger is rattling(bad) took it back to Subhan and all he said was he sees nothing wrong with it and now im stuck with a car that needs A LOT of money and i havent been able to drive it for months since its not cheap to fix. Worst experience and worst customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Im also not the first to go through this here as you can see from other reviews! Save your money!

This car dealership is dishonest and are liars. I put $500 down on a 2 door 2004 Honda Accord after driving down from Placerville last Friday. Shubhn said the car was mine when I returned Tuesday (holiday). He looked me straight in the face and lied because when I returned the car was sold to someone else. I made numerous calls and he avoided all of them. He didnt have the decency to call me to tell me not to come all the way down there because he sold it to someone else.
