Well, I wish Id seen these reviews BEFORE I placed an order for my mothers birthday today.While my order status says delivered it was in fact NOT delivered. At least not to my mother. Who knows where it is. The address I provided is correct so I dont know how the driver/delivery person could have taken it to the wrong place. She lives in a regular, residential neighborhood. Theres no way it could have been mis-delivered unless the person straight up took it to the wrong house. Im literally baffled by this situation.I too have been on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone because as of right now my mother is without her gift AND this company has taken my money.I WILL be getting one or the other: my money back or my mothers gift actually delivered to her.This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Ordered an arrangement on Saturday for delivery on Monday. No confirmation of delivery so I called the store and was left on a repetitive hold cycle. Checked the website and its after hours but the message doesnt say that... they keep telling you to hold and someone will be right with you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IF THE DELIVERY REALLY MATTERS! If they were short handed and knew honoring the delivery date would not be possible they could have contacted the customer so we could make other arrangements. THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE ORDERS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES IF THEY CANNOT HONOR THEM. They should take orders for delivery windows that span 2-3 days. So again, dont order from this company if the delivery date matters to you!

This is not the first time edible arrangements has disappointed. You keep giving them a chance but they always blow it. Horrible customer service. I ordered on a Friday for my friends birthday on that Sunday. She never got it. They attempted to deliver 1 time. Thats it. No follow through. I called Monday morning at opening hour and did not get to talk to a human being until more than an hour later. I asked to cancel the order because whats the point? Her birthday passed. Tonight I got a call from I think the manager saying they will not refund the $14.99 delivery charge because they attempted to deliver 1 time. Well, to my understanding, delivery charge is charged when items are actually delivered. Nobody explained otherwise. So, yeah based on other reviews here, looks like they have a habit of not fulfilling their tasks, then blaming others but themselves for it. This is not customer service.

Ordered for same day delivery. Had to follow up 4 times for an ETA that continued to get pushed back each call. They closed at 7 so I figured no more delivery. Happen to walk outside at 8 with my box at the front door. No phone call, no knock. Opened it up to this. Absolutely no effort with anyone at this location. Read the reviews and stay away from this place.

I am very disappointed with Edible Arrangements. I was given a store credit last year because of a mix up in the delivery...it was never delivered to the correct house. The credit was for $98 less than a year ago. Now I want to use the store credit but was told they have a new manager and owner so they wont honor the credit! Thats very poor service and Im surprised at their response.

I experienced disappointment in terms of delivery. It was my sister’s bday and I wanted it to be special . Jose forgot to include the “ Happy birthday” balloon last Saturday, 4/24/21. So I called the next day hoping they’ll compensate by delivering the balloon And cupcake. No one did .. terrible 🥴

They only delivered half the order and when you try to call you sit on hold for hours. No one has ever answered since I originally ordered. I’m usually hung up on whole holding. Save your money. The fruit was most old and wilted anyways.

Our friends from Hawaii sent my wife a Get Well arrangement. The driver delivered arrangement to the wrong residence. When we addressed it with him, instead of apologizing, he blamed it on us and proceeded to call me derogatory names. I sent an email to the store manager/owner and received not correspondence back. Terrible business with awful staff and management.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE ORDERS TO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! They will not answer, my husband spent more than $100 on a Mothers Day arrangement that was not delivered. They did not call to tell us that they could not deliver. Its been 2 days and customer service through corporate could not cancel our order and give a refund, only the store itself can do it. Mind you, corporate has been trying to call them as well to no avail. We have been calling for 2 days and nobody picks up the phone. We got one call back last night at 9:30 pm telling us to call back, and when we did, they still didnt pick up. It was already a red flag that they called so late at night. We drove all the way down to the store for them to tell us that they could not cancel and give us a refund because the supervisor was not there. Why is the supervisor not there? I have no idea. My husband told them to call the supervisor and let her know he wants to speak to them NOW. All he heard were phones ringing, and my husband asks youre not going to answer that? which then they reply we got orders to not answer the phones. What kind of crazy mess is that?! The employee finally gets a hold of the manager/supervisor whoever she is, and tells her my husband was threatening staff. He was NOT threatening any staff, he just wanted his money back. They did not apologize for their horrible service. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Do NOT even bother calling, because they will obviously not answer! Horrible customer service. Supervisor is not even on shift, phones are ringing off the hook. She said they will credit us back but I dont believe them. If they do not in the next few days, we will be going there again, because they have orders to not answer their phones.UPDATE 5/27I am responding to the “owner” of this place. Let me also mention that, the same day that we came home, later that night, after explaining to the workers at the store that we wanted a refund (and he couldn’t provide it for some odd reason) we get a call from that same store asking if we wanted our edible arrangements re-delivered. AFTER we had gone to the store, asked for a refund, my husband told him his name and order number- which the man at the store did not even look up. When my husband told the person on the phone that NO, we DO NOT want it re-delivered, we want our refund back, he was JUST THERE, the lady goes “Oh, you were the man that was just here, well we didn’t get your name.” Are you serious? What kind of business is being run here? We eventually got our refund back, thank goodness. But we did not even get an apology of “I’m sorry we couldn’t deliver it on time,” all we heard was excuses after excuses. The man at the store, while we were there, said “I’m only customer service.” Okay, so where is your customer service, because obviously it’s not being provided. It is not our fault that your store cannot complete your own workload. So do not get mad at the customers when you do not provide, or when you cannot, have decency to send out a message explaining why. Or just a simple apology. There is absolutely nothing you can help me out with here, corporate couldn’t even help with a refund. All they kept doing was sending “messages” to a store that wouldn’t reply or pick up their phone. I’m begging everyone to not go here and save yourself the hassle of unprofessionalism and wasting your money on these fruits. Costco has chocolate covered strawberries on Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, buy them instead. Or better yet, make sure your order is from the Vacaville store. They deliver. My husband actually ordered edible arrangements at the same time I did, and my order was directed to the vacaville store which was delivered on time to my mother’s house. So take your business there instead.

How can a business be so incompetent? I do not know but this business finds a way to make that happen. Never delivers on time or at all for that matter. Never picks up their phone to provide any customer service. They take your money and give you nothing in return. Avoid this location at ALL costs. This shop needs to be investigated for its incredibly poor performance. Shocking that a business like this is still allowed to remain open.

I ordered for same day delivery new years eve, my sister did not get it.. and am wondering what happened to my order.. it’s the 5th now and still no delivery.. hope they did not charge my credit card!!Update!They did charge my credit card ! It’s a scam when you did not deliver the merchandise and charge for it? I called them and Maria who answered was very rude and hung up on me when she learned I called my credit card after two attempts of calling them and nobody answered! Instead of apologizing?? And she told me why didn’t you called us first before calling your card company so there’s nothing I can do for you! Really? Let’s start with an apology maybe? And secondly, they should be the one to call me and ask if I ever want their merchandise still after 5 days of supposed delivery! NO star for this branch and Never will I use them again ! BEWARE!!

DONT ORDER FROM HERE DONT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE THEY WONT TAKE YOUR ORDER! I ordered for same day delivery and it not only charged me twice but the girl at the store swears she didn’t get either of the two orders I placed. I never received my fruit. I called and tried and to be understanding and tried to order for the same day and the girl refused to take my order for today and said I had to do it for the next day even though the website said I can pay extra for same day delivery. My house was 10 min away it would have been a quick drive. The worst customer service ever and honestly just close the store at this point. This happened on sep 9, 2020!

The bouquets I ordered always arrived on time, they are very prompt in delivering. The fruits are fresh, and the chocolates are delicious. This is my 3rd time ordering with this location. The red velvet covered strawberries are great! I highly recommend this location.

Placed an order for my mom for her birthday and the order arrived on time on the day I requested, came with everything I ordered, and looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Unfortunately for me I should have researched this specific location prior to placing my order. Although I made clear delivery instructions, my item is still undeliverable at the end of the day. They will attempt delivery again tomorrow, but thats not the point. UPS, FedEx, various florists and USPS have all been able to make delivery to the location but for some reason this Edible Arrangements branch has difficulties. Definitely will NOT be recommending or ordering from this location again. Very disappointing since my service from other locations was great with no issues. I do hope the main Edible Arrangements company can source a better provider of their services in this area because this particular one does their name a disservice.

The items I ordered were delivered at 2 pm on a Thursday and I placed the order on Wednesday, the night before at 9pm. I am so pleased with the prompt service and on time delivery. I will definitely be using Edible Arrangements again.

***Ordered an arrangement 4 mothers day on Saturday, they ASSURED me that our collective 70$ delivery would be made on time that Sunday.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY left a voice mail Sunday ( ON MOTHERS DAY) to inform me that they couldnt deliver as PROMISED -NO explanation- just lies about how they could make delivery on Monday. ... by now Ive started looking for anotherlocal fruit arrangements ... Im in southern California my mothers in Walnut Creek away from home trying to provide for us at a hospital she works at as an RN. Its our first mothers day apart & this place made the distance feel even further 😢 shes a single mom of 3 and all alone up north without us there 2 love her 4 mothers day =( Monday morning arrives, were here at home hoping EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS has finally made good on their promise. . We called our mom .... no gift has arrived to her apartment in Walnut Creek. I call the Company, I explain the situation. .. they put me on hold for 19minutes, 56 seconds. . I call back several times. .. line is busy .... I call back 30 minutes later. . They answered phone look up my order confirmation# then once again PROMISE to make delivery on Tuesday morning -_- by now Im tired of their lies, Im tired of the inconvenience, and Im tired of the receptionist ghetto attitude of nonchalance!!! I will never order from this Location again & probably will just order from another company or take a class and learn to make my own. The company didnt a have a manager I can speak to about a refund, so I have to wait a few hours b4 I can speak to anyone about getting our money back- we washed cars, mowed lawns, walked dogs. .. all to save up for a presentable gift for momma on our first mothers day apart .... Worst customer service ever. Ordered over 200.00, and they wanted me to scan my license and send it them. Talk about security concerns. The credit card was mine, they called me and I confirmed it was mine and it went through on my credit card. I told them to cancel the order and the rude lady said I would get my money back in 5 to 10 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

The bouquet does not come as shown, got a large bouquet for mother’s day spent more than $100 and it looked smaller was not full of fruit a lot of space in between very disappointed.. and when it was delivered the chocolate was dam near melting off already

I was very disappointed with this specific location, as I have ordered from this company before. The Walnut Creek location said that my order would be delivered at the said location on Mothers Day. Well, It never arrived. Upon calling back, they told me that is was delivered, but that was not the case. My Mother is 85 years old and is home bound. She was expecting this and was waiting for this all day and into the night. They will not send it again! The elderly look forward to things like this, so this was not acceptable. I will take a refund, however, it does not change the fact that my Mothers day was ruined.

I noticed that any good reviews were 5 and 6 years ago. The most recent reviews reflect the present condition of this Walnut Creek store. My brother spent $100 PLUS $17 delivery this Mothers Day. The arrangement appeared to be made well in advance of delivery date ...to make this quick, the melon was old, transparent, and tasteless - ditto with pineapple; the rest of the fruit was deplorable. The only salvageable item was the chocolate heart on a stick. Note: this fruit most likely came from Chili or somewhere down there, so by the time we got it, it was ancient. It is not organic, of course, and you could taste the chemicals, granted, all we did was taste it, not EAT it. We fed the entire arrangement to our composter. Very expensive compost. There is no way I would allow any of us to eat this garbage. I called them, told them to taste their product before dumping it off on their customers for extraordinary costs. Their response was ok. OMG! Cant imagine this store will be in business much longer. Buyer beware.

I ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers birthday. Her birthday came and went and no arrangement, phone call, or note. I called that night, they said they tried to deliver and call. They couldnt deliver until 2 days later. Arrangement finally got there and the quality was terrible. All the fruit was mushy and seemed old or had sat in the sun for a while. Ended up throwing probably close to 1/2 of it away. Also had ordered extras and they were not delivered. Unable to resolve with this store, having to go through the main Edible Arrangement office and so far they have been extremely nice to deal with.

The manager is very rude and treatening. I brought back the covered strawberries because it was sour and unriped and she told me I cant taste the fruit before we deliver it to you, all their fruits is unriped as of now. This is the 2nd time happened to me from this branch. Hopefully, the person giving us gift wont order from this Walnut creek branch.

They delivered in the middle of the day & left the box on the porch. It was 90 degrees out w/ no ice, so it melted. They replaced it almost 3 weeks later...not the best experience. Could be more of a logistics issue w/ the delivery company.
