The Girls in BM Chelsea, are the nicest girls ever!, diligent, helpful, store is so pretty, clean, Tidy and displayed very good. My girls love this brand, affordable, great quality, and so pretty style, basic, elegant, I believe even Mothers we can profit of some styles. Love the staff very good, and efficient!! Definitely, will be back to BM Chelsea store, nice atmosphere, and staff always Smily & helpful!!

I really dont like this store :/My friend took me there and shes quite small and skinny compared to me. Im not over weight but im not skinny. And all the clothes were one size only which was small and skinny. For such a big clothing brand I expected a wider range of sizes.

Awful shopping experience. asked one of the staff members if they had a certain item in stock and they repsonded rudely and laughed after. tall blonde girl . would not recommend at all

The staff here are like those gossip girls in high school, really unwelcoming and rude to customer.

Really nicely decorated and very nice vintage style to the whole shop! Some staff are very helpful but a lot of them just talk to their co workers and don’t really offer to help and even if you ask they’re quite reluctant to help you out a lot. Pretty much everything is one size so it’s not very diverse with its sizes. Free stickers!! 😁😁

Slightly larger than other stores meaning you could have a look in a bit more comfort and time. The youngest loves it!

Very unwelcoming staff so I would recommend the other brandy Melville in London as it really put me off buying anything! I was offered no help and got no acknowledgement that I was in the store. I went to try on a top and I asked a worker if I could go in the changing room but her and her co-worker just looked at me rudely and carried on their conversation, very disappointed !!!

Came to the shop to buy a gift card for my girlfriend. They dont sell gift cards out of holiday periods (why brandy, why?). However, the girls in the shop were extremely helpful making recommendations. Relaxed and easy shopping experience, great customer service. Keep it up!

Great store - I always buy at least one thing. However, most of the items are overpriced and there’s always a massive queue to try things on. Staff is helpful but not always as friendly as they could be as they tend to be chatting with colleagues or friends.

Super soft and comfortable clothing, cool vibe, not cheap but not too expensive, lots of changing rooms, free cool stickers at checkout, would recommend.I love brandy but really want more stores in the UK and feel like USA brandy has a much better range and has better clothes availiable. U.K. needs to get to USAs level!!!

Cool outfit; but the one size policy of the brand is just brutal - if you are too big, most of it doesn’t suit you. If you’re a woman wearing more than size 40, you can forget about it. This branch is interesting in itself, has two floors and enough changing rooms, but it was a bit hot in summer.
