Two stars. I have found some very nice items here. I love the clean out your closet deal they offer. I wish there was a location nearer to my home, but I have to shop on their website. You can find nice items on line, especially when you have in mind what you want. When I do send back clothes I no longer want, I wish they would actually COMMUNICATE with me and let me know whats going on and which of my items are selling. I though they are supposed to be honest and reliable.
Great finds to be had here! They had a fun romper on their clearance rack for $6! They had low end to high end brands, all at general consignment store prices. Had a fun time looking around. Can’t wait to come by again!
Very nice staff, very welcoming. nice boutique style pop, cute fitting rooms. Not a wide range of sizes, mostly Small and Medium. Drove a bit of ways, expecting selection like the website. Prefer to stick to buying online. Just wish there was more plus size. Literally seen one XL sweater and one 4XL button up blouse. Heard they’re making one in Los Gatos, hopefully they have more selection. Great idea though.
Sellers beware! This company completely rips off anyone that sends them clothes. They provide an average payout of 15% (which depends on your price you set, which they dont let you edit most of the time) and they keep the rest of the profits. They also have employees that report unworn items as damaged so they can steal the items for themselves, even though theyre supposed to ask the seller if they want it returned if its not accepted.
Staff friendly and helpful! Selection is amazing and store itself is beautiful! I was thrilled with my purchases.
I have spent thousands of dollars on this website and these guys Present themselves as decent hard-working individuals who is selling good quality clothes BUT DONT TRUST THEM TOTAL RIPOFF
I dont understand why the low reviews, I think this is a wonderful thrift store. It carries a lot of neat items from a lot of designer brands like Nike, Steve Madden, Adidas, etc.
Their plus size options are 2 lack luster racks in the rear corner. Ive purchased a few things online and its been amazing so I made the drive today and the store is beautiful. The decor is inviting and everything makes second hand look awesome. But I browsed looking for the plus size and I knew it was separate but its literally in what feels like a seperate little nook and theres not really many options just some old dresses and a few pants.Edit:Had the opportunity to go back, walked around the store looking at all the changes. Still a very attractive store. But now I could not find a single plus size item. Rough quote from the associate Well we dont have a huge selection, most plus size items are online I could pull it up of youd like. I would have liked for her to show me the few items they did have if any but I was a bit disappointed in the change of selection and left.
Great curb appeal, inviting, but limited items on hand. More of a boutique . I was hoping for more of a rummaging style storefront.
As a public service, I want to share my unbelievably horrible experience with thredUP. In case you arent familiar with them, they are an online clothing resale company. I did a major closet clean out in December and sent three very large bags of brand new, high quality clothing and shoes to thredUP. Of the first two bags, they accepted 26 items, and my payout was just over $15. You read that right....less than $.60 per item. And because I requested that my remaining items be returned to me (for $10.99 shipping), Ill be netting a whole $4.62 for my 26 items. Unfortunately, rejecting the offer is not an option, so I had no choice but to just accept the staggering loss. Just when I thought it couldnt get worse, I received an email claiming that the third bag contained insects and was thrown away, with absolutely no supporting evidence. I personally packed and sealed that bag and can guarantee that there were no insects in it, yet I have no way to prove it. For all I know, theyre happily selling its contents as I type this. I am literally sick that I sent THOUSANDS of dollars worth of clothing and shoes to thredUP only to essentially have it stolen from me. I would have much rather given these items to friends or donated them to people in need than to have this incredibly dishonest company profit from it. I used to be a huge fan of buying from thredUP, but I can never buy from them again now that I know how much they take advantage of their sellers. The damage is done for me, but please spread this information far and wide so that you can help prevent this from happening to anyone else.
Very clean and orderly.
Nice concept.
