My order: iced mint jojito with chocolate mint.For this drink, you can pick between spearmint and chocolate mint. The owner grows his own mints in his backyard. He recommended spearmint, but I chose chocolate mint since Ive never tried and Im glad I did! The herb does have a chocolate undertone. The drink is made with half and half, unsure if substitution is available.I prefer my coffee on the bitter and strong side, and this drink is it. If you like your coffee sweeter, try iced honey lavender latte, their most ordered item!The shop has outdoor and indoor seating available. Cute interior with cottage vibes and stocked with board games. Great place to work early morning and chill after work.

Ordered cappucino and chocolate croissant, allowed to have foods inside and no distance + mask for the server. The cappuccino is normal and the croissant is good with decent price. Not must to try.

And if you can’t focus, just look at the inspirational quotes around you and you will get back to focusing again :)The nitro brew coffee is great in taste. I personally enjoyed it very much. The Mochi donuts are a fun and stretchy experience. Not my go to but worth the try!

Bondadoso is a nice little coffee shop with a welcoming staff and good selection of products! I got a large mocha for $6, which is a little above typical prices for the area as far as Im aware. The mocha, while not being the best Ive ever had, was smooth and sweet, which made for a nice morning drink. The staff was very nice and welcomed each guests with big smiles! I was planning on staying at the coffee shop to work for a while, but I believe there is no WiFi (could be wrong), and the spots next to plugs were all taken. All in all, a nice spot for a quick coffee on the go or to hangout with friends/colleagues for a while!

My favorite thing to do is check out independent coffee shops that I haven’t been to prior. This one hands down, is the best that I’ve been to in a while. Having anxiety is troublesome going to new places so I ordered ahead then waited in line for my order. The staff was incredibly nice and the vibe was welcoming. I ordered the iced honey lavender latte (dairy free is available and delicious!) With 2 espresso shots and it was a 10/10 in my book. The coffee quality itself is extraordinarily good and I know I will become a regular here. They sell coffee and coffee essentials which may be purchased at my next visit. If you also forgot your mask, (please wear one!) they will deliver to you in the back outside for a safe delivery according to the sign on the door. Hands down an amazing place overall and I will be here again!

Nice little neighborhood coffee place. Theyve got a small patio area to enjoy your order outside and soak up the sun while you work or read. No indoor sitting until COVID goes away, but good indoor area with a supply of games to enjoy. No coffee at my office, so I make the afternoon stroll to get something weekly when in the office. Pastries look good here too. Bike parking too.

I prefer mountain grounds in martinez for most of my coffee needs ….. but….this place is good and there is the added benefit here that they have two types of nitro on tap and two types of cold brew on tap. Plus.. this place is in walnut creek.The hot pour over coffees were pretty decent.It should be noted though that they dont make any of the coffees or teas that they sell. They buy their coffees and teas from different roasters up the west coast.So this spot is really a coffee and tea grocery store per se where you get to buy single servings of the products that they sell.Update:. No pourovers 45 min before they close. What a joke. Literally no reason for this

New to the area and wanted to try out a local coffee shop, I was not disappointed with Bondadoso. Of the two times Ive been thus far the coffees Ive ordered have been excellent and service was very good. They also have a great selection of beans from small roasters, of which Ive tried two different bags and was happy with my choices. Theyre sure to have something you like and their online ordering system is very easy to use. They might be a bit off the beaten path but this will definitely be my go-to spot for coffee in town.

Nice hip place with great variety of coffee. The people working there seem to be very knowledgeable about their coffee and tea and it was evident in the coffee as well. Place has outdoor seating as well and a lot of games and other things to spend a good time.

I wandered into pick up some ham and cheese croissants for dinner on the night shift just before they were closing. The girls behind the counter were happy to turn the oven back on and heat them for me in about 15 minutes. I had a wonderful iced peach tea which hit the spot while I waited. I like the vibe of this place and I especially like all the positive messages on the wall and the homey, down to earth design elements. Its kind of hidden in and amongst a bunch of car dealerships but well worth the trip if you can make it. Of course you have to have a mask to go in if you dont happen to have one they will bring one out to you.Coffee is decent what little Ive tried but the tea is really good. They have both hot and cold Brews and a variety of flavors probably close to 20 types. Definitely recommend this joint! I think they open at around 6 a.m. or 6:30 and they close at 6 p.m. ish.

They have an amazing selection of coffee’s and fresh beans.I’m kind of a coffee connoisseur and love to grind and brew my own at home. So finding a place that has fresh beans from amazing roasters is important to me.The ambiance is amazing as well. Killer spot!!

Just stumbled across this cafe. I love the open floor plan and great lighting! Most importantly, the coffee is great. I really enjoy iced coffee so I love that they carry SEVERAL varieties of iced coffee options. Nice place to get some work done as well since the music isnt too loud.

After a not-satisfying Cappucino nearby, I googled best coffee in WC and came here. The vibe is really nice, lots of signage about kindness and goodness. The counter gal did not know the answers to most of my questions, but the baristas did. I went with their signature turmeric latte, with almond milk. It’s pretty good, altho steaming technique could be better. I wish more quality cafes would explore better plant based milk options, like coconut and macadamia.Overall this a good place, good vibes, tasty coffee. Thank you to the owner for the messages of positivity on the wall.

Cute shop, very welcoming atmosphere, board games, whole nine. The kind of place where you can come with a small group of friends and be sure of a good time.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. This morning in particular was the busiest I’ve seen it this year. The two baristas handled it so well and just stayed steady rather than rushing or getting worked up. It was also nice to see the customers being patient while I was there. This probably also stemmed from the staff’s warm demeanor.

Inviting atmosphere, clean, excellent coffee. The warm quotes on the walls top it all off.

The coffee does not even taste like coffee, I asked for a dark roast they had Italian but it was very watered down.

Its a trendy little coffee spot, their coffee is quite excellent. They have some delicious pastries, the facility looks like it is quite a fun place to enjoy a coffee in a conversation before the pandemics started.

Probably the only cool coffee place east of the tunnel w high quality coffee. Comparable to the independent cafes w good vibes in Oakland/Berkeley/SF but w a bit more inspirational quotes splashed everywhere 😂

Love this place. Delicious coffee with lots of variety - sure to please any palate. I typically order the Caramel Cafe or Hazelnut latte, but there are also fun flavors such as rose and lavender. And dont forget to try the yummy mochi donuts. There are board games and outdoor seating to keep things lively as well. Its always a treat to stop by and indulge myself.

I love this place! I stumbled upon it while having my car serviced down the street, so I called a friend to join me for coffee. I had my dog with me and it was very pet friendly. The quaint patio is super cute. It has a really cool vibe with a relaxed atmosphere-a place where you can stay awhile to chat or get some work done.The inside has plenty of seating and a very artsy feel. They have done a great job decorating--even the bathroom! The baristas are super friendly and very talented. My mocha was beautifully crafted with a leaf and it was delicious. This is on my list of favorites and its worth the 7 mile drive from my new house!

A killer coffee shop has found its way just off the beaten path of downtown WC. Most coffee shops in this category are big chains so this great place is a welcomed offering!Super friendly staff, clean interior, ample free parking, and most important: delicious coffee! They offer a drip brew ready to go but I went for a pour over of beans from a Co-op in Africas Kilenso region roasted by Coava. Tasty flavor notes and brewed expertly. Stopped into this coffee shop and really hoped I would love it. Bottom line: I won’t return. Had a cup of tea, which was fine. The music is loud, which does not bother everyone. The problem with Bondadosa is the abrasive and rude manner of the owner. He apparently failed to have the seating and tables arranged the way he wanted them that day. After being seated a full 30 minutes, he proceeded to interrupt my work multiple times to tell (not ask) me to move. No apology, not even a courteous tone, just barking - as if I set up the seats in HIS shop incorrectly. I don’t go out and expect to be insulted where I’m spending my money. He was so rude I was shaking. Unacceptable, and, as seems to be the path of customer service, he did not care. Ironic that the name of this place is supposed to translate to “kind.” Not even close.

I really liked this place when it first opened. The brew on the spot was great and tasted spectacular. As with all things, when they get busy and hire new staff, it takes time to train. Coffee quality became inconsistent and sometimes so acidic it would ruin the paper cup.Its a nice and clean place. A little trendy well call it. But the time to brew on the spot and what has been delivered recently leaves a lot to be desired. Easier just to go to Starbucks for consistency. Price is about the same.Also no parking.

I always love a cafe that can do good pour over coffee right when its ordered. They have a board with dozens of varietals that you can pick and choose from, and they do the pour over right there and they do it well. They take the time and care to get the grind and temperatures right, and my cup was beautifully balanced and wonderful all by itself. The little house is well refitted to be a coffee house with tables indoors and out, and they have a really huge collection of games, books, and other things to do while you enjoy your coffee.

The honey lavender tea is my favorite! And the baristas are so nice, I love going in there.

The most beautiful coffee shop in town. Ive been complaining that WC doesnt have a true urban style coffee shop before finding this place by chance. Its hidden in a very boring part of town. The indoor decoration is state of art. Its bright, lively and packed with professional people working or meeting. The pastry offering is not exciting at all and can be improved. But, still a great place if you are mainly looking for the right vibe.Update: there are few outlets. Basically dont count on getting one easily.
