There are many Starbucks in Walnut Creek and this one is the best. I believe it was one of the first to open so the location between Bank of America and the Baby Head statue is ideal. There is always free parking available and because it’s so large, seating is rarely an issue.Last week I asked for a bone dry cappuccino and the checker asked what that meant. I said I wanted it as dry as he knew how to make it. He then said, “oh, you mean you want it hella dry...”Yes, that would be correct.

This location is usually very quick and accurate.

Been coming here for 13+ years and today was the day that compelled me to write a review. The staff here was super nice and very accommodating with my overly particular drink order, which was awesome considering they just felt with the kids out of school for the summer rush only minutes before I got here....most places would have been over it but the staff that was here today kept it fun, happy, and enjoyable. Thanks Starbucks team for the personable touch you provided!!!!PS Bananas!!!

Service and food are fine. They have a good selection of Reserve coffees. Good seating for laptop users. Fairly quiet, and a little busy most of the time. Lots of foot traffic. One problem: During the middle of the day, the sunlight reflected from a large, bare wall across the street floods the whole Starbucks with too much light too see a laptop screen from any direction.

What can I say, its a Starbucks. We all know what they are about. This is the closest one to my work so I come in often and have never had an issue. The employees are friendly and the place is kept clean. There is free wifi and space to do work. It has a relaxing vibe even though its on a busy street.

Placed my order 10 minutes before I got to the store and only ordered two food items. Waited my whole 15 minute break and still didn’t get my food items or a refund because the woman at the register said it was still coming after 25 minutes! So I wasted over $8 on food I never got. I would understand if it was busy but they were just trying drinks and no line.

Favorite Starbucks in Walnut Creek. They are usually not sold out of things the other downtown stores are. I had to work on Christmas Eve and they were PACKED, but I asked the cashier to rush my order so I could make my shift on time and they totally did! Loyalty, earned.

I come to this Starbucks most mornings with my dad to have coffee before I set of to work. The people here are awesome and always very fast. We appreciate them and look forward to our visits.Thank you all.

This Starbucks was renovated a few months ago. Inside are new wooden tables, comfy benches and wooden chairs as well as better electrical outlets. So the ugly long table is gone. Outside are comfy & soft, rattan-like chairs with sturdy metal tables and the occasional huge green sun umbrella. And the locked restrooms are now each well stocked with TP and a Dyson hand dryer. Food includes the newish Mercato salads, sandwiches, yogurts, etc. as well as the usual and formerly frozen pastries that Starbucks likes to heat up.

Quality coffee with exceptional service.

Always a treat for our children who enjoy coffee and coffee drinks, I don’t know all the names I usually have the hot chocolate which is very good.

I have been using this Starbucks as a location to complete my work. They have lots of seating and a large table (with handicap access and power adaptors) for individual work or group visits. They have nice outdoor seating as well. The staff is kind and welcoming. One of the nicer Starbucks in the area.

Waited 20 minutes for my grande white mocha and chocolate croissant!! People who ordered after me got their drink and food first!! I recommend going to the dunkin down the street instead of here!

They have a Clover machine! I always order a core Ethiopian bean coffee on the Clover. The best! Friendly people behind the counter, everyone visiting lives behind the screen of their phone or computer.

Went in to grab a coffee before my holiday shopping. Wow! Shocked at how dirty this location is. I realize it’s a very busy area, but it really needs some major TLC...

This is a big, open space Starbucks. There was plenty of seating when I was here around noon on a Wednesday. There staff were friendly and fast. Would stop by this one again.

Dont be afraid to do a lobby, maybe hit the bathrooms too. Its a same to see the store so dirty.

This location tends to get very busy and for some reason never had the staff to handle it. Drinks are made well but always slow and customer service tends to be cold.

A decently sized SBux shop with fairly quick service. Long communal table with 2 to 4 seater tables elsewhere. Gets crowded when its hot outside. In a fairly busy Street between the mall and restaurant row on WC.

The slowest service in the whole Bay! I mean can you put two baristas to the cash registers in the morning when people need their coffee fast? Nope, hadt to go to Peets.

I dont like when I pay for a drink (all the ingredients included) and it turns out that they dont have all the ingredients to make my drink. But I paid for all the ingredients and youre telling me I cant get a discount or some other form of compensation?No. so Im not patronizing you anymore starbucks.

This Starbucks was really bad.(the one in walnut creek,) The bathrooms were TRASHED and when I had gone it was only like 11am so really no excuse for it to be that bad already. The sitting area was thrashed too. It was gross. The staff was subpar. Sorry Starbucks, you lose major points on this one.
