They’re short-staffed, but my smoothie was delicious and they were quite friendly and accommodating. Super fast when I went, too.

If i could give this place negative stars, i would. the staff is literally the worst service ever. i recommend you don’t go here at all. save your money. i wish i could put into words how idiotic the people are that work there.

Food is tasty, service is horrible. A bunch of 16yr olds bumping into each other behind the counter running around frantically. Getting a smoothie takes 15-20 min. Also forget ordering on UberEats - an hr later sent the wrong order and than said that they never received our order.

Seriously the worst place ever. I went in to buy fresh juice and they ended up giving me bottled juice after 30 minutes and told me this was better for me.

Their cash registry is not available so the lady asked us to order online. It gave us 3$ discount

It is sad that this is the only acai bowl nearby. They charge so much for such a small bowl and it isnt very good. Also, their kombucha drinks are much too sweet.

Have been told for 3 months now that I cant use my gift card because of an issue with the register. Well then fix it!! Ill never buy or accept another gift card from them! And stop forgetting my goji berries!

I generally love açaí bowls and of all the ones I’ve tried, these are my favorites. Not only are they delicious, they are made with only the healthiest of ingredients. It takes a little time as each order is prepared individually, but it is absolutely worth the wait.

I gave this a 3 star solely because we were very disgusted when a customer walked in with a dog and everyone was ok with it. No employee seemed to mind at all whatsoever and the dog did not look like a service dog.There is an area by the window that has a few couch like seats. The dog was standing on the arm rest. With the sunlight behind them you could see hair flying everywhere when the dog started shaking like he was drying off after being bathed.Mind you, I LOVE DOGS (just not in food establishments). My husband is allergic to them so we were even more bothered by the fact. How could a clean, healthy, wonderful place allow this? Its kind of pricey for the goodness they offer, so I hope to not encounter problems I might see in a fast food joint.Other than that, the bowels are delicious. Please consider the health and sanitary standards appropriate for such eateries. Thank you. This location is way better than the Pleasant Hill location.

This vitality bowl is our favorite location to visit. The store is always immaculately clean and never lacking charm. The staff is what sets this place apart from others as they are incredibly helpful and super friendly. You never have to wait to long for your order to come out and its consistanty as good as the last. My only complaint is the price of blended fruits is a bit higher than Id like. You can go here and get a bowl each for the family and leave paying more than 50$.

Hate to give 1 star because I actually love their bowls but their service is terrible! Took 40 minutes for the 8 people working there to make my 1 bowl when I was the only customer in the store. When they finally brought my bowl they took it out of the FRIDGE and said that they forgot to call my name.

Staff are fast workers here (at the Pleasant Hill store I waited 40+ minutes for my bowl both times), Walnut Creek staff also pays attention to detail, is friendly and knowledgeable. Vegan and gluten free options!! Tip: order through the free app. Many options are listed, there are lots of ingredients you can add to modify any bowl, panini, juice or smoothie.

In love with this place!! I go all the time and love everything on the menu. I have had the acai bowls, smoothies, panini and juices and are all super good!! I suggest a bowl as thats what they are famous for. The employees are always friendly and hustling. Never had a bad experience here. They dont have a bathroom but its all good!!

This place is amazing! Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was really friendly and their food has yet to disappoint me.

The three times I have been here there has always been a problem. Two times I ordered the Dragon Bowl and there was a long hair or two in it. The other time I ordered the Vitality Smoothie and it tasted like banana and ice but there was more ice than banana.

I literally waited almost 40 minutes for blended fruit. People who came in after me got their stuff before me. Absolutely ridiculous. I almost walked out. Their excuse was they were training people. They didn’t even get my order right.

I went here to grab a quick bite, I had a meeting and was on a time constraint. The wait was fine, I got my bowl with in 15 mins. I got back to the office, and saw they got my order wrong, after I paid extra to customize my bowl. I didnt have time to go back, but it was very annoying because I paid extra and they were careless.

It Was Good, But They Mightve Been Having A Slow Day, Otherwise It Was Good.

I tipped $2 but they wouldnt let me use the bathroom. Had to wait for the employees lounging in the back to come out from behind the glass, all for a smoothie that was pretty...meh.

This place was good but it was WAY over priced for something that barely fills you up. Came here with my husband for a late breakfast and we were that satisfied.

I tried the açaí bowl. It was really good. Taste like an authentic Brazilian açaí.

Audacious, discourtous, unprofessional, smart-alec of a manager. Noone wants to pay a meter to be held up by someone who wants to argue and not resolve an issue. I left with nothing, not even my free birthday bowl this manager tried to get me to pay for. I dont plan to return to this store.
