Riz is awesome. I brought my asus laptop in with a corrupted operating system and thought Id have to say goodbye to all my data. Riz was able to clean it up and recover all my music, movies, and photos by the next day!

My Asus laptop will suddenly not start no matter what I tried. I took it to these guys and they said the charging port thing needed to be replaced and was assured that I would not lose any data. Wonderful establishment! Ive been there quite a few times myself, and always leave with more knowledge than I went in with. Id gladly trust Riz and his associates with my device whenever Im in need of assistance.

I had two disks in a RAID 5 storage array fail at the same time, which would normally be very difficult, if not impossible, to recover from. It took a couple weeks, but the tech at CCI was able to rebuild the array and save my data. It was not cheap, but the time and rates charged were entirely fair, in my opinion, for a difficult and time-consuming job. The proprietor, Rizwan, was honest and knowledgeable in both his assessments and estimates.If I had a computer networking or hardware problem that absolutely had to be solved, CCI would be my first call.

I took my disassembled Satellite A505 in on Tuesday afternoon 11/15/16.there was a very small ribbon that I could not insert in the slot.Riz pushed a tiny clip forward to release the tension so it would accept the cable. He quickly took it in the back and said come back in a half hour. I could have inserted the cable myself and locked the tab!I came back in a half hour. this took him all of 2 or 3 minutes to do.I was charged $25.00!!!!!!!!!I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Riz and team werre great, at CCI, I needed to have the motherboard for Lenova X1 carbon replaced and they did it quickly and cost effectively. They met every commitment. The computer now runs great. I will definitely use them for all PC or other device repair work.

DO NOT GIVE THEM EVER YOUR COMPUTER TO FIX, THOSE GUYS ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.INSTEAD OF FIXING THEY ARE TOTALLY DESTROYED MY I-MAC.This is the work they preformed they placed such bad adhesive to hold the LCD screen.On the date of April 16 around 9 AM in the middle of work and me located in front of i-MAC and working on following desktop the LCD screen got detached from body of computer and noisily felt on the middle of table and cracked and upper part of screen broke to little glass pieces and sharp glass pieces flew toward my face and right eye, also the glass dust polluted my right eye.

In a day and age that is much quicker to throw away and buy something new, it is refreshing to have an expert who is capable of fixing, upgrading and giving an honest appraisal of the current computer. I love this computer store. I have been a customer of CCI computers for so many years I can’t remember how many. Frankly I don’t know what I’d do if I never met Rizwan so many years ago. I am a retired pilot and have always been a flight simulator enthusiast. Now in my retirement years I absolutely love the spectacular realism that is provided by today’s high-end flight simulation products. Using these high-end products requires a lot of computer upgrading and improving (the developers are always writing their new programs up to the standards of the very latest computers out on the market)--- over the years with the help of Rizwan and his technician Jonathan I’ve been able to remain on the cutting edge without going crazy and overspending. I recently built an absolutely top-notch superhigh quality superfast computer at CCI--- I found the specs for the computer in one of my flight simulator magazines and simply brought them to Riz he was able to build me one that was a little bit better than the one in the magazine for less than half the cost.Whatever have a computer problem I call CCI and for the most part there able to tell me how to fix it over the phone. If they can’t fix it over the phone the use a program like team viewer to go into my computer and see if they can’t fix it for me right then and there--- I am never charged for this “go to my PC”type of service so when I go to the shop I demand to be allowed to pay for that service. I force payment on them because I do not want them to ever go out of business-- I myself and the many friends who I have referred to them over the years would be totally lost if they were to cease to exist. I know that they are well-liked and respected in the community and whenever I am in the shop local business people as well as nonbusiness residence trail in one after the other with their small computer problems and Riz and Jonathan go about solving the problems--- always for a fair price by my estimation.CCI computers also performs the IT service for the company that my wife works for--- I wife has worked for this company for over 33 years and is extremely particular about who she recommends to her bosses --- years ago she recommended Riz to them and he is providing all their IT service ever since.I like Riz a lot, and consider him a personal friend due to the fact that I spent so much time over the years having them fix up my computers--- Riz is also an intelligent and erudite type of guy-- worldly in the extreme and I’m always looking for an opportunity to talk him into going to lunch with me.
