I have been coming to Max Muscle for years! Staff is very knowledgeable, always friendly and available to help. Products are high quality and they have helped me achieve my fitness goals over the years. Not only that but you can also tan while you’re there. I love the versa spray tan! Quick, easy, beautiful color and at a great price. Highly recommend stopping by for supplements or tanning needs. You won’t regret it!

Every time I walk into this place its always clean, organized and everyone is so friendly. However, I usually have been greeted by Kenny. Kenny is so patient, attentive and knowledgeable about all the products in the shop. He takes the time to listen to your needs and goals and suggests something he thinks would be best and benefit you. He never tries to oversell you anything. His customer service is outstanding. I have other places I could buy from that are closer to my home however, I prefer Kennys knowledge, patience and customer.

They got answer to every question i got. And products works very well. Will support this rather than big company.

Bought a package in 2020 during the pandemic - now expired and did not use one session. Didnt know it had an expiration and dont recall being told when I first bought it. They didnt care when I inquired today. No attempt to give me any type of break. One would think they would email people a warnng instead of just letting it expire, which of course works for them while I flushed $65 and got zero.

Amazing customer service and amazing products! I buy so many different proteins, collagens, BCAA’s, etc (usually on line) that I get used to only loving roughly 15-20% of what I buy. And the rest is just... meh 😕. But after my first visit to Max Muscle and $300+ in new products I love ALL of them!! Not a penny wasted. Will definitely be back to try more!! 😃🙌🏼

My review is based on my collective shopping experiences (2) at this business. I’m a big believer in supporting small business and was impressed with my first visit: friendly staff, expertise and other elements that add value to the shopping experience - especially their body composition analysis. My first visit I made purchases and took advantage of their in-house testing. The second visit was a different experience as I was returning an unopened product with receipt. To be fair and transparent I had missed the return deadline of 30 days by a week. Reason for return had nothing to do with the quality of the product, but upon consultation with a personal trainer and nutritionist it just wasn’t a right match for me. Regardless, I had high hopes of being able to maybe even negotiate an exchange considering I did have a receipt, the product was unopened and shelf life is listed on it till 2/2022. Was met with a resistant, unfriendly and disingenuous sales person and was met with more of a sales approach on why I should consume this product despite the recommendations of my own consultation with aforementioned professionals (not to in any way discredit the sales person’s experience), but ultimately my decision based on my research is my own. A phone call with what I assume is the manager was met with a “no” but was offered a discount on a purchase same day. Considering my treatment I’d prefer not to support this business with future supplement purchases. I do think the advantage of a small business like this (versus big box or internet) is they have an opportunity to completely listen to the customer, get all the facts and make a decision that supports both for a long term relationship (not just the day the sale is going to happen) - that was the miss for me today.

I really enjoy visiting this store since they have a very knowledgeable staff (Especially Anthony), a great product selection even with vegan products and their sunless tanning is fast, clean - and natural looking.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable about their products. I rely on their guidance when it comes to choosing what supplements work best for me for what I am training for at the time. I highly recommend going there & inquiring about what supplements to take if you are not sure or if you are just starting out. Ive been using Max Muscle supplements for years. Great quality. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
