Although they are a build-your-own ice cream sandwich shop, its good that they also offer ice cream in cones. Cream offers a pretty decent selection of ice cream flavors - around 16 flavors. But, had they offered a wider selection of flavors, I would have rated them as 5 stars. They did have plenty of cookie flavors to choose from though.

Not one to post reviews but the service was not welcoming nor friendly. Ended up not being served when it was my turn and walked out without ice cream.

Neat little ice cream shop. Staff is very courteous. Ice cream scoop are pretty small although the ice cream is good. They had about 14 or so flavors that I could see. The Java and blueberry cheesecake flavors were both good and I would get them again. It was around $4.49 for two (small) scoops.

This is a nice little place for ice-cream. There isnt anywhere to sit inside but they do have outside seating. Simple easy selections of base, ice cream and toppings. With all the hype, I was hoping for a bit more choices, maybe I am to used to froyo places. If your in downtown WC looking for ice cream, its still a good stop.

I mean, they make warm gooey cookies and put homemade ice cream in the middle. Its a little ice cream sandwich heaven in your mouth. You can create hundreds of combinations of different kinds of cookies and ice creams. Theres nothing not to love. And for those with allergies, they have gluten-free and dairy-free options. Something for everyone.

My boyfriend and I are regulars here. When they see us enter the place, they already know our order. Double scoop salted caramel and cookies and cream shake, no cherry. 💖 Thats love right there, such a great team and great company.Just wish there was more locations all over the bay area 😫😖

Love CREAM! Home of the custom-built ice cream sandwich. You pick the cookies (freshly baked, sometimes lucky to get them warm, and you can pick one kind of each). Then the ice cream (the scoop is generous and I have never had a bad flavor yet!). And if you want to splurge eating more delicious calories, pick a topping at 50 cents/topping, which they will coat the entire surface of the ice cream with for example chocolate chips, almonds, gummy bears, sprinkles, etc.For those who are gluten-free or vegan, CREAM has cookie options for you. I am still going through their custom-built ice cream sandwich menu. I have not tried anything else yet - the Cream Taco, milkshakes, sundaes, fruit bars, etc.I normally get one of each cookie (White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Double Chocolate Chip), no toppings because that would just be way too decadent for me. Its already a meal without the topping!The line can get long, like out the door when the weather is warm, but the line does move fast and its totally worth it! Cash price is $3, which is a steal for the quality and quantity of ice cream and yummylicious soft cookies holding it all together.Metered street parking or near-by parking garages.

There are very limited options for eating ice cream in Walnut-Creek, so we find ourselves going back there from time to time, but the truth is that the ice cream is really boring. Bland flavors, not sweet enough and the texture is not pleasant.

The line can get pretty long. Wish there was more room in the place. Very tough feeling like being jammed in a crowded BART car. The quality of the ice cream and cookies are very good.

This place is always busy. Service is always great here. For the amount of people that come to eat, you really cant be more efficient. I am giving 4 stars because the establishment could be cleaner. Maybe if they could hire one more person to wipe down counters or added more cups for water. I would have given full marks.

Great selection and very affordable. This place is fun just make sure that if they role the ice cream sandwich all the way around in the topping to get some on all sides. No one should pay 75 cents for 4 sprinkles and sometimes they try to just dunk it in on one side- I dont think so.

It was a little pricey for my taste, but it was good. This was my first time here. My daughter and I got waffle cones. I tried a churro flavor that was really good.

This place used to be cool. Their ice cream sandwiches were $2.50 and now they are $5 each. The quality of the cookies has gotten worse. I feel this place is struggling and they never should have went the franchise route.Lastly, it is rather tacky charging $5 an icecream sandwich and having your employees ask for a tip. Pay your employees an honest wage and stop having them ask for tips.

I dont see the appeal. Its half decent ice cream in-between cookies. The cookies melt it so you cant enjoy it. Just walk down the street to Lotties, they have homemade ice cream that is a million times better.

Tried a scoop of the cup of joe and a scoop peanut butter dark chocolate chip. Both were delicious and not overly sweet. The cream is rich and to die for.

Ive been to the Walnut Creek location a couple of times and they always have fresh cookies and delicious ice cream selections, including tasty vegan options!Our office had a staff party and I picked up a bunch of ice cream and cookies from CREAM for DIY sandwiches at work, which was a big hit with the staff!

It is truly one of the best places to go go, if you havent already! If I were you, Id get an ice cream sandwich. Trust me when I say this, this place is worth going.
