A while back, one of our service trucks broke down and they sent out a gentleman who was absolutely fantastic when it came to providing service on our towing. Come to find out, our service vehicle needed a whole bunch of front end work. As a garage door company we are pretty mechanically inclined. However, we prefer a professional auto mechanic to do the work. These guys did the work and my truck has been running great ever since! I highly recommend these guys for any of your auto needs

I had a great experience with Assured Collision. I had hit a pothole on my way home from work and popped two of my tires. Through my AAA account they sent Assured Collision, who arrived quickly, to pick up my car. I had them bring it back to their shop in Walpole, MA. The next day I went in and talked the shop owner who was able to find the same kind of tires I had, he ordered them and was able to receive them and put them on in the same day. I had a great experience at Assured Collision and have been coming back for repairs since. I would recommend coming here to anyone :)

Friendly service! There are some really weird ratings for this place but they seem unfounded. I had no issues. I had a car accident so my car was towed here and they worked with my adjuster without any hitches. I hardly had to do anything since they handled it all. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars is because Im pretty certain my cell phone holder was stolen. Not that its a big deal, but I know without a doubt my cell phone holder was still attached to the vent, and when I went back to retrieve my belongings, it was gone. It couldve been one of the personnel, but other than that they were friendly and easy to work with

Called for a tow this morning, my car wouldnt start and I was running late. Upon arrival the tow driver got my car started. I called Assured to remove 3 vehicle from my property. They were very pleasant and helpful. They had 2 tow trucks to my place within a few hours (I was expecting at least 24 hours) and all 3 vehicles were gone in about 30 mins. Both drivers were great!!! I will definitely be calling Assured again!

I got into an accident in Walpole and was towed by Assured Collision. I wasn’t sure what to do as this was my first time having to go to a body shop and work with insurance. It was towed to Assured, so I went to the company to go see what my options were. I think her name was Arianne who i spoke to in the office who walked me through the process step by step and was so patient with me as i asked a million questions. She forwarded me to Jim who walked me through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and also made me feel at ease with this being my first accident, so I decided to repair it there. I hope I don’t need to have any repairs again, but if i do i know where to go. (They also detailed my car for me which I guess is included with repairs and I swear my car looked like it just came from the dealer brand new when I went to pick it up. For anyone involved in an accident or needs a tow and has no clue what to do, assured would be the place to start. Thank you to the assured collision team for everything from start to end.

Assured responded to my AAA call for roadside assistance. The undercar splash guard was half connected and dragging as I was driving. The first truck responding attempted to wedge it back into place so I could continue driving, but mentioned Id want to get the missing screws in soon. Unfortunately, it fell back down shortly after and I had to call again. The second truck jacked it up and took it off at my request (Getting in back on in the future). Both employees were knowledgeable, quick, and got me on my way.

Do NOT recommend. I called to schedule a tow, and after speaking with Sean several times, was told they were too busy that day but could definitely take care of it the following morning. No one showed up the next morning, and when I called Assured Collision to ask if someone was on their way, I was told the dispatcher was out (??) and I would receive a call back. No one called me back, so my husband called and asked, dont you know where your trucks are? and finally was told no one was on the way to meet us, and I couldnt speak to Sean about it, as he wasnt in the office that day. HORRIBLE customer service.

Got into an accident where both my passenger side doors and back wheel had to be replaced from being t-boned. They were great to work with, did an amazing job and I got my car back looking brand new!!

I had my car towed by assured collision and they kept it for 3 days. I called many times but they were unavailable. They charge me a storage fee for every day even though I told them I was trying to get my car. If I could get this place zero stars I could. They just want your money and dont care if you need a vehicle. Stay away if you can.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are in cahoots with the surrounding Police Departments! If your vehicle is a police ordered tow, the local police force you to use Assured Collision instead of your own local towing company. Then, not only do they jack up the prices but they force you to pay cash in order to get your vehicle out of their yard. Cash...does the IRS know theyre doing this?? Sounds really shady to me...

Jim and his team were professional, kind, and personal. I got rear ended in boston and had my insurance cover it and I picked the closest repair shop “assured collision” and couldnt have asked for a more down to earth, trustworthy experience with Jim. He made an effort to come out and put me at ease and assured me the car would be taken care of. Not only did it come back with everything repaired but shining new clean, and the interior smelling and looking like a new car. If you get in a fender bender rest assured theres a silver lining at assured collision

My wifes Jeep wouldnt start last night. She was shopping. She called AAA and Assured towed it to their shop. They had tried jumping it and it still wouldnt start. They kept it overnight and have tested it several times today and it started right up. I just spoke with Rodney and he said they tested it as well as the remote starter and everything seemed fine. Nice to do business with honest people. I would highly recommend Assured.

Had at least 3 auto accidents, flat tire tow, etc. the mechanics, body and office employees are top notch. thorough knowledge about replacement part and labor pricing, insurance pricing, the common need for supplemental approval after first appraisal/review. reasonable turn around time, great at updating you each step of the way. they even arrange insurance rental pick up on your behalf. trust them implicitly. thanks for the best service for our family for over 16 years

Assured collision towed my car out my apartment complex in Norwood yesterday. My complexs managers office said they didnt order the tow! When I called and explained my apartment didnt call it in they told me I still owed the money even tho my complex didnt! It was because my tag was expired apparently. You would think a local business could cut me a break but nope they told me to pay up and everyday its more money. They must have a scam going with a worker or something. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I live in Walpole but had always been directed by my insurance company to another body shop on the several occasions where wed been dinged. A couple of years ago my then 17 year old son decided to back into a light pole. The car was kind of a junker and we didnt want to file a claim or spend a lot of money on it but the taillight was just hanging off. My usual shop wanted to charge big bucks to fix it so I tried Assured. Two guys spent 20 minutes on it and rigged it back up. It looked perfect. They wouldnt charge me for it. I wasnt a regular customer or anything, they just were nice guys. When one of my colleagues hit my door in our office parking lot about a week ago I took it to them. Got it back today. Had the damage she had done taken care of, had some other dings and nicks fixed on my own dime. Looks better than new! The work was great but they detailed it too. That wasnt on the estimate as a charge. They just did it. Didnt charge for it! Car looks great. Nice place, good work, nice people.

I have never had such a horrible experience with the tow company in all my 58 years alive. From the driver to the manager this company was completely unprofessional extremely rude. The tow truck driver was swearing at me because I didnt know if my car was front wheel or rear wheel drive. When I complain to the manager he told me he didnt care or believe me! My car was there for four hours and they wouldnt answer any calls past 11pm. This is a scam to take your money and they charge you for holding it for a few hours. A simple tow turned into 895$ and a mysterious police ticket for an abandon car. This place is a scam take your money else where.

I grew up in Walpole my whole life. A few weeks ago my car wouldnt start and I was quoted by assured collision 750$ to tow it two towns over to my mechanic in canton. I got another quote from another company for 140$. The woman on the phone give me attitude when I brought up the different price range. She told me if I had a problem go somewhere else which I did. Extremely unprofessional

Just yesterday my car got towed from my own apartment complex lot. Told me they “missed” the permit sticker. Tried to play it off and said they take no responsibility, and that my permit should have been put in a “more visible area” (it’s literally on my dash). It’s an inherently predatory business, and that behavior is only more apparent in a town filled with broke college kids.

Folks are professional and helpful but the tow charge was high and the storage fee for only 4 hours was outrageous

My car was stuck off of a gravel road in a slight ditch. Assured collision charged me over $800 to pull my car out. On top of that this was in Walpole! Here is the best part, they called the police and I receive a small ticket for abandoned vehicle. This place is a scam. Take your business elsewhere.Edit: They say fake news? I have the receipt and the ticket. This was just off of rt1a on the right coming from norwood...past the dunkies but before Norfolk. Dont listen to these guys.

My wifes car was towed from a lot in Norwood. We went to Assured Collision to pick up the car. it took over 30 minutes to present us with a bill. While waiting outside the office we had a conversation among ourselves where my wife said she was angry with the owners of the lot in Norwood who didnt post a sign indicating that they would tow cars. She said she thought of the movie Ted where they said, I hope you get Lou Gehrigs disease. The employee piped up from behind the window in the office,You dont mean me do you. She explained that the comment wasnt intended for him. Afterward, when presented with the charges of $245 to tow our car which included a labor charge, storage charge, mileage, gate fee, etc. he indicated that he would waive the $75 gate fee since we were from Medfield. I asked about the charges posted on his wall, which were different from what he had listed on the bill and he immediately crossed out the waived fee and angrily said What did you say you saw?! I replied, Nothing hoping it would end his intimidation and we could get back to the reduced price. He then insisted that we had to pay the full fee. We have a copy of the receipt with the gate fee waived and then crossed out.

The company tow-truck driver is contracted with AAA and after having been dispatched at 5:10am with an estimated arrival of 5:53am, i watched the driver not even leave his home until AFTER the estimated arrival time through AAA’s gps tracker. THEN at 630am the tow-truck driver CANCELED my request due to reasoning ‘unable to locate driver’ and had i not called AAA i would have been waiting all day for Assured Collision Inc. Inconsiderate and unreliable are the only words I have left for this company, and can only assume their remaining list of services would be just as awful. AVOID!!!
