My car broke down during a snowstorm due to a crack in my car’s coolant tank. I’m a student in the area and didn’t know of any mechanic around here, especially one that I felt as comfortable going to like my family mechanic at home. I called Balabanis Auto and right from the start they treated me like a lifelong customer. They ordered a new coolant overflow tank, replaced a back light, and fixed the grill on the front of my car. I thought that they were very reasonably priced especially with my BMW. They constantly updated me with any work they did and the progress they made on the car. I really appreciated all the time they took to communicate with me regarding my vehicle. Although their shop is a bit farther from my school, I’ll definitely come back to this shop and I highly recommend others to take their vehicle here. Great work and even better customer service :)

I followed my good friend’s suggestions to try this place when I needed to get a broken side mirror replaced. I called them on the busiest time of the year (around Holidays) where usually people got crazy or rude, but Balabanis Brothers were so friendly and helpful. I got the mirror replaced without having to sell my kidney :)
