I have been going to Northeast Autobahn since purchasing my first German car back in 2016. Nearly 4 years and 6 cars later, Max is still the only person I trust to work on my car! He always makes it a point to keep me updated about the status of my vehicle while it is at the shop, and has never given me the runaround like so many other mechanics have. Max, and Josh are very knowledgeable when it comes to working on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and all of the other car brands. In 4 years and multiple vehicles I have never had to bring my car back twice for the same issue. The only issue that I have ever had, is when I dont listen, and buy a car before bringing it by the shop to get the seal of approval from Max. Every time I get the chance I always recommend Northeast Autobahn to anyone who may be looking for a trusted shop to work on their 4 wheeled, German, Luxury babies. 20/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

Max and the team at Northeast autobahn are absolutely unbelievable. The level of customer service and knowledge with Audi is excellent. Prices are very reasonable, and much more affordable than the dealership. Also, they wash my car at the end of the service just like the dealership. If I can’t stay for the service Max or someone on his team will help with a ride somewhere close if I need it, and provide drop off service when necessary. I can’t say enough good things about Max and Northeast autobahn!

There was an issue with one of the parts a week later, however Max worked overtime to ensure the problem was resolved. If you have an out- of-warranty Euro car, I highly recommend you skip the dealer and come here (its worth the drive).

Awesome service and experience. Brought my BMW 328 in as it was shifting very poorly. Max was very professional, patient, and great at explaining the issue and the options. Price very reasonable. My 2012 VW Golf was having some issues so I looked up some reviews for mechanics in my area and settled on Northeast Autobahn--and I am so glad that I did! Thats a complete understatement--working with Max was incredibly easy and my car is running better than I can remember--seriously!!! I appreciated that instead of throwing money into a bunch of parts like I feel some mechanics would suggest--Max systematically worked with me to figure out where the issues were coming from in a very cost effective and efficient way. On top of all of this--he arranged alternative transportation while my car was being worked on which was very helpful--he picked my car up from my house because I was not available to drop off--and also picked me up from the commuter rail station when my car was ready. I love how easy it was to work with Max and I am so glad I found Northeast Autobahn--I will definitely be using them for any work I need on my car!!!

I brought my car to a couple mechanics because I couldnt go in reverse with them telling me I need a new transmission and it would cost few thousand for the part alone. A friend of mine recommended I go to Northeast Autobahn and talk to Max. It was a far drive for myself, but I had nothing to lose. When I brought my car to Max he took the time to diagnose my car and see why it wouldnt reverse. In the end I got my car back the next day and it turned out to be a small broken part that was easily replaceable and now my car shifts smooth again. All in all Max and his team were a friendly and honest and if Walpole may be too far for you, this shop is well worth the drive.

My 2012 Volkswagen Passat was giving me issues with starting and stalling. When I visited Northeast Autobahn they were very professional and efficient. I was concerned about costs and Max had an absolutely fair price for the work I needed. I am very happy with the service and I plan to continue going to them for all my vehicle needs!

My experience with Max never leaves me in disappointment. He does above and beyond of what is asked and is able to suggest prudent measures that will care for the maintenance for my car in the future. Even though the car is mine, he will treat it as his own when he works on it. Extremely reasonable and easy to talk to. I will trust my car with Max and will take my car to him next time.

Great experience with the shop. Called to have the turbo replaced. When I mentioned I could get the turbo for way cheaper than originally quoted the shop was able to match my other quoted price for the part. After turbo was installed a small ERG leak occurred. I know the owner himself spent hours trying to find the issue and didnt even charge me. After about a week of driving the car the oil line that the shop had replaced as part of replacing the turbo sprung a leak. Called the shop and they were extremely helpful. Ended up towing the car back to the shop and they had replaced the line that had cracked. They offered to pay for the tow but I had AAA. They did end up calling me an uber so I could get back to my house.I highly recommend this shop and will continue to be a customer. Thank you!

This is the best shop in Massachusetts and one of the most honest. I first brought my 2011 bmw 335 here a year ago to install downpipes. Max was very honest told me all the work that needed to be done to the car as well as showed me for my own eyes. Most mechanics will tell you something’s wrong when that isn’t even the issue like the dealerships, just to get money out of you while the real issue still occurs and progressively gets worst. I recommend everyone go to Northeast autobahn if you want great service and a great man who’s honest and stands behind his work and won’t give you the run around.

Max is a very capable and honest guy. My car broke down. It was late in the day. But he was still open and working. He was very reasonable on his charges and found me best deal on needed parts. He exceeded my expectations in every way.

Brought my BMW and Mazda here to have work done. The owner, Max, does a great job and honest with what needs to get done. Between the two cars I brought here I had oil change, new breaks, pinstripes removed, wheels and tires mounted and balanced, and a few other things done. Great prices compare to other places and the work was very good. They will also do a number of other things as well as tire patching and plastic dips. Will bring all my car here in the future to get done.

I brought in my Nissan Altima to be fixed having found this place through online reviews. For once, the reviews were as true as described. Max addressed the problems in my vehicle with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is not found in many other auto repair shops that I have been to. If youre looking for a no bs shop with high levels of professionalism and care, then I suggest you look no where else.

Absolutely terrible experience with my airlift install. Very little knowledge of the installation requirements or standards airlift sets. Within 30 days of install the system was not working due to improperly run wires, untorqued bolts, and dangling air hoses. After the issues arose they showed no willingness to remedy the situation and communication was poor. Once they had my money their was no continued service. At the end of it all I had to pay another installer to redo all of his work. If you have airlift or any suspension needs, STAY AWAY from this shop!!!!!!

Very good customer service. Max knows his way around european cars. Was recommended NE Autobahn and made an appt to fix my exhaust on my Audi A4. Was quoted about an hour of labor at $80/hr as I had all the necessary parts. Took slightly longer but was still only charged for the hour and he helped with exactly what I needed and a few other questions about my car. Complimentary T-shirt and car wash was a nice touch. Would make the trip back for any repairs even though its about 45 minutes from my house.

From oil changes, to tire issues, and engine work Max has got you covered!I bring my 2012 TSX in for service and never had an issue!The only problem I ever had was a power steering belt snapped on me, but it was no fault of his or the shops, but the belt itself.He even offered to get me a rental for the day, while he gets a new belt in for me. I didnt need to take him up on his offer, but i was just blown away that he even offered.
