Went in yesterday to transition from android to a i phone. Sarah was amazing! she was so patient with my family and I. I was so scared to switch over, she showed me and i walked out like a pro.

We came in with a Functioning yet ratchet phone and left with a brand new phone, Apple Watch, and all the accessories to make sure the phone stayed in great condition. Been here Twice, this week Dark haired younger women Knows Nothing about cell phones, very unprofessional & Rude. She said my iphone 8 which had a minor issue was not fixable and to BUY A NEW PHONE and walked away from me. I work 1 mile down the street, went to the Franklin store and they told me what the solution was. I will NEVER step foot in This Store ever again. No customer skills, she should not be working for a great company like A t & t. Horrible Hire!!!

I came into the store a few days ago to ask for prices because I wanted to switch from Verizon. Melissa greeted me right from the start and she was so nice!! Gave me great prices and I’m now with att. Best service I ever had with her.

Switched my line from boost to AT&T and I’m delighted to say that I’ve never had amazing service like when I went to the Walpole store. The manager was very knowledgeable about the latest technology and the current plans AT&T had to offer. Certainly won’t be my last time coming back to this store.

Got to the store and there was a sign saying closed for 30 minutes sorry for the convenience but did not have the time the sign was put on the door. And there was a guy sitting in plain sight why I was yelling through the door as to what time will he be reopening. Complete idiot! I wont be going back to that store!

Great experience today...after an interesting back and forth between Verizon and AT&T re:porting a number, Salma at this location was able to finally get me fully moved over. Shes a great resource, willing to be creative to help solve a challenge. Two thumbs up!

I went in today for the 1st time at this location, it will not be my last and I will let many others know about this location. Roman has to be one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable sales person Ive ever met. He was by himself and at one point there were 4 people who walked in within 5 minutes of each other and he never got frazzled . He immediately said hello, I will be with you in a few moments. I will be telling everyone i know about the East Walpole location. Roman needs to be your spokes person or a trainer or perhaps even get a raise!Kindly,Linda B.

I was hesitant at first to come into the store because of the last review but Im so glad I did Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She explained all of my options and I ended up getting a phone I absolutely love!!! The other idiot just had a really bad day and took it out on poor Melissa. Everyone come to this store shes totally worth it!! You will leave completely satisfied!!

DO NOT GO TO WESTWOOD AT ALL. I went to the Westwood store and Edwin just tossed me off saying that the WiFi doesnt work there and he cant do my data transfer. Come to Walpole and Melissa was more than happy to help me. She is quite a delight Definetly coming back to her again.

I had a terrible issue with Att where a rep screwed up the account. The store manager Melissa went above and beyond to help me. She exerted true customer and I will always come back to the ART store and work with Melissa.

The worst place to go !!! Specially to talk to disrespecting employee her name is MELISSA !!! I went to the store after I called At&t and been transferred to technical support and they told me to go to the store to get a replacement on my couple month old iPhone X, I spoke to who called Melissa and the bad attitude begins!!! I was telling her I been send by the tech support to get a replacement and she started to be rude !!! And she told me u want me to get u a house too !!! What a bad customer service !!! I will never put a foot in this store as long she still there !!!! A small advice to At&t DONT LET KIDS WORK IN UR STORS !!! U will loose ur costumers fast !!!!!
