Worst store ever. I was treated badly and rudely by an associate in store.I was asked by call center to visit store to resolve my issue. But store kept saying they can’t help me. When call center sent me there third time, associate there was rude and still declined to help me.I asked at least to call them in front of me and let call center say that they can’t help me. At that point, other associate helped me to call call center. My luck-That call even got dropped and my issue was never resolved.My experience with t-Mobile has been pathetic. Both in store and call center. If anyone in t-mobile cares about customer service,Please contact me and I will explain the big flaws in your customer service.Update: none contacted or replied to this review .

I’ve never written a review before but my experience at this store was very bad. We had a worker named Suele say she was “done with us” because we were dealing with miscommunication and she didn’t want to hear about it or help solve the problem. We then came back to the store another time and got this same worker and she said the same thing again. Instead of helping us through a mistake the store had made with our phone plan, she yelled at us and walked away from us two times. She was very rude and disrespectful.All we wanted was some clarification and for the problem to be solved. She also told us that a lot of what we wanted to do was “impossible”, but when we talked to another worker Sumayah said it was possible and we were able to do it. Thank you Sumaya and Lineker for your help, we hope this worker does not treat other customers like this again. At a company so big like T-Mobile, I would hope that they hired people who had some kindness and patience, instead all we received from her was blatant disregard for anything we had to say.

Came in to grab a phone case real quick. I was greeted by a staff member and was asked if I was looking to just buy as she saw me immediately walk to the cases. I said yeah I’m looking to get a case real quick. Once I had the case in my hand. I had to wait over 20 mins to be rang up at the counter because there were already other people there being helped with their plans. I understand that takes time but shouldn’t there be a cashier that is available to ring people up coming in for a quick buy????

Thanks to your horrible customer service I finally made the switch to another phone company. My family was a sprint customer for over 15 years, but thats no more thanks to the two people working at this location, a pregnant woman and a black guy. Both as rude as they come. They even started speaking Spanish to each other while talking to me, and laughed when I told them I was switching companies. Keep up the good work, both of you deserve a raise and a promotion.

Upgrading your phone can sometimes feel like buying a new car. Sales reps who pressure you, Do not know the product they are selling, or take up to much of your time. NOT the case in Walpole. If you want a quick, knowledgeable and professional sales rep go see Francisco !!!

My family and I were offered a trade in promotion for our phones. We came in to switch from Verizon. The representative made us wait in the store for over 4 hours while he was working on switching our service to T Mobile and trading our phones in. After 4 hours the representative could not go through with the promotion they initially offered and wanted to charge us an extra $250 per phone that was not discussed prior. (That’s $1250 between the 5 of us). My family and I wasted 4 hours standing around with our masks on in the T Mobile store to get absolutely nothing. I would not recommend anyone to work with this store or it’s representative. They will mislead you and lie to you.

Needed a phone because my phone was broken. Went to another store before this one and was given information that was not totally accurate. I dealt with Vicky at this location and she was great. She walked me through all the different phones and was happy to answer as many questions as I had. Her demeanor was upbeat and she didnt get annoyed even with all my questions. She also verified the information she told me to make sure it was 100% accurate. If you are anywhere near this store I would definitely make this your store of choice.

Went in to get my phone line seperated into its own account(you cannot complete this transaction on line. They need to see your ID). The CSR was rude and combative from the start. He also bashed the Sprint Online reps saying they gave me false info . After going back forth for a few minutes I relized this wasnt going anywhere so started to leave. He then tried to call me out! Wow! If you go to this Sprint location be sure to bring your MMA gloves!

Recently had to troubleshoot an iphone6plus at Sprint in Walpole. We worked with Josh. He was excellent at explaining the different options, plans and cost available to us. It took a long time to figure out the best (least expensive) solution, as our family had a mixture of monthly and leased phones (which apparently is no longer an option; all phone lines aremonthly only now.) I wish Sprint made the plans easier for customers, and the associates that work for them. I cant imagine having to figure out everyones plans/options all day! Hopefully, it will be simplified moving forward. Josh worked with us for 2.5hours; took his time, made sure we fully understood the options, went over the billing, and was extremely patient with us, and all of my questions. The Manager also assisted a few times and he was also super helpful and knowledgable. Shoutout to Walpole Sprint! :-)

If you ever need something to get DONE with Sprint, get to this Walpole store and see Olivia. She helped me so much with issues regarding my bill, which I had by trying to fix for so long. Never had a better experience with Sprint. We need more people like Olivia in this world!!!!!
