I had a fantastic experience when I contacted Harvey Windows and spoke with Lauren Barnard. She was friendly, polite, very helpful and very patient with me when I was having difficulty finding the number on the window that would tell her which window I had. She promptly sent an email with the details of the order and a link to watch a you tube video to replace the parts myself. I must say it was a pleasant conversation and if I ever need help again I hope Lauren will be there to assist me. Great job!!
I sent a review to the BBB. They apparently want to have me create an account, which I have to need to do. My review for Lauren and Scott, is very simple! They were both great! I spoke with Lauren initially, then she got me in touch with Scott. Both understood the situation, and took care of it. I have since received the replacement sashes, and the problem was solved. I would not hesitate to recommend Harvey products to anyone! They live up to their commitment to customer care. Kudos to both Lauren and Scott. I have 18 Harvey windows in my home, and the only one that had a problem was taken care with a couple of phone calls. Thank you to both of you, and to Harvey for hiring intelligent, knowledgeable people who know how to take care of real customer concers.
We had a houseful of windows replaced by Harvey. The experience was extremely disappointing. The whole process took 7 months. On the first day of installation one window came out of the box broken. 2 others were built wrong, several others had broken seals and/or the e rating material was on the wrong side!When the replacement sash was delivered for the broken window, it was wrong. They delivered a top sash instead of a bottom. When the replacements for the windows with broken seals were delivered, they also had broken seals.Finally after 7 months and 5 attempts at installation, the windows are now correct.When I contacted Customer Service afterwards to discuss the situation, they took no responsibility. They blamed the contractor, who had nothing to do with the quality issues, they blamed the glass maker, which makes sense, they blamed Covid, but took no responsibility on themselves.In an attempt to make things right, they offered a gift card, which I refused. After that they told me my issues would be sent to management and someone would be contacting me. Not surprisingly, that never happened.Errors happen, but over and over and over? And then to be disingenuous and make an insulting offer. I would be very hesitant to recommend Harvey to anyone looking for new windows.
I called Harvey Building Products for help with a window repair. Harveys phone system connected me quickly to Lauren Barnard. Ms. Barnard listened carefully to my concern and provided me immediately with the help I needed. During our conversation Ms. Barnard was also helpful, friendly, and cheerful. At the conclusion of our conversation, Ms. Barnard then emailed to me, as promised, several documents and videos relevant to my concern. Above I gave Ms. Barnard a rating of five. She really deserves a six! I think it unlikely that I would need to touch base again with the Harvey service department. But if I do, I hope I will be connected to Ms. Barnard.
Excellent service. Rapid response to my query. Took time to look up an old order to check on part numbers. Ive dealt with them previously - ordered all our sliding doors from them, replacement part in 2017, and again today. but after 20 years its no surprise. And they have all the parts needed.
I have to comment on the level of customer service I was provided today by Lauren Barnard today. A small piece of my casement window, that holds the lock tie bar in place, broke. Once connected, Lauren went above and beyond to ensure the correct part was ordered and even gained authorization for me to pick the part up, so I could lock the window when needed. In today’s online world of automated response service, it was refreshing to speak with a dedicated, resourceful associate. The level of service was fantastic.
Years ago when I replaced my windows and sliders, I insisted on Harvey doors and windows. Years later, one of the seals failed on one of the slider doors. I called to order a replacement door which still had a partial warranty. The service person I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and clearly dedicated (his knowledge of everything about their products was amazing.) I ordered the door and setup a service appointment. The service tech was equally amazing. He replaced the door, rebalanced everything, fixed a couple of things the installer missed, cleaned EVERYTHING and triple tested it. It looks like a whole new slider! My trust in this company and its people was rewarded by a company that stands behind its products and delivers service with a smile. I could not be more pleased.
Great customer service, Holly was awesome. I had a crack in a window that was installed in 2007 and Holly identified it was a stress factor and covered under warranty. Easy identifiable via their labeling sticker. Did not have to measure. Saved me so much time and aggravation. The only bummer is it will take over a month to get my new one shipped. However the good news is it only cost me shipping $30.00 and saved the $110.00 because it was covered under warranty. Great company product ease of cleaning or taking in and out and most importantly they stand behind their product. That is why they get 5 stars from me. I’m huge on customer service and not easy to please when I work in customer service with technology and have high standards.
I recently called Harvey products to place an order for my windows and I was assisted by this lovely lady, Lauren Bernard, she was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable with the products I ordered. I needed to have a sash replaced on a 16 year old window replaced. I called Harvey Windows and was connected with Lauren Barnard in the Field Service Department. What a breathe of fresh air she was. She was able to immediately assist me, located the window sash I needed and get it ordered.She was one of the most pleasant people I have had the opportunity to deal with recently. Not to sound insensitive but it was nice to be able to talk to someone who spoke English and wasnt providing me with service from Mexico City or the Philippines.Not sure if a TIer 1 Specialist is the top or the bottom of the grade but you folks need to move her up

I had ordered a replacement screen for one of our Harvey custom windows. We received the screen but it had a white frame vs the bronze frame all of our other windows have. I contacted Holly LaRoche at Harvey and she quickly researched my order and found the order was entered incorrectly. She immediately placed an order for the correct color screen, expedited the shipping, and placed a separate order for the locking tabs to be sure all components matched. Having previously managed a customer service organization, I know mistakes do happen, but it is how well the company responds to fix the customer issue that is key. I was very impressed with Hollys professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response to my issue. We continue to be very pleased with our Harvey windows and with the support we received from Holly and the customer service team.
I have been in my home for 16 years and now that I had an issue with a window I was not sure what would still be under warranty or how to go about replacing it. When I called I spoke with Lauren Barnard who provided me with all the information I needed about the warranty and what would happen next. She offered to send me a video showing how to install the window as well and when to expect delivery. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She emailed immediately after our call and asked me to call if the order did not arrive when expected. Well it did and it all worked out. It was a great experience which I attribute to the great customer service I received from Lauren.

Moreover, he explained what he planned to do and then showed the parts that he had replaced. He also gave us some tips about windows. We are very pleased.

I had EXCELLENT customer service by Lauren today. I often dread having to call companies to get them to understand my issue and deal with rude representatives. 10 seconds after talking to Lauren I felt that I was going to be in good hands and that feeling was proven true. We had to have our sliding door serviced, and the attendant came out right in the middle of a tropical storm to replace the door for us. Excellent service.
Their products dont hold up. All of the windows (17) we purchased 12 years ago, have broken seals. After about the 3rd year, we noticed the seals starting to go on a couple windows. They backed their 10 year warranty and sent us replacement sashes. But every time, we needed to stain them (we purchased the high quality wooden frames)prior to installing them. We have replaced over half of them already, but so frustrating to have to spend the money again in a short period of time.I wont buy Harvey products again.

Ms. Todisco even went out of her way to offer options to correct the issue. On a scale of 1-10 Ms. Todisco gets a 15 in my book. If all of Harvey employees are as helpful as Ms. Todisco this a a great company!

Eleven years ago we had a new houseful of Harvey Windows installed. This winter two dead lights lost the gas seal. The 20 year warranty is great. Maria at Harvey windows was very helpful in finding the old contract information and extremely thorough on making sure the right size ones were sent. You can’t beat that customer service.

Zlatan Sefer was the service technician who came to inspect the problem with our Harvey Classic Vinyl double hung windows. Within a half hour he quickly solved the problem we had been experiencing since the windows were installed more than 2 years ago. Zlatan was not only good at his work but he was courteous, respectful, and right on time. He called ahead to say when he would arrive and he was here when he said he would be. We could definitely recommend him for any Harvey window problems because of his expertise. We would rate his service as 5 stars.

I recently purchased a home with multiple, various sized, Harvey windows. One of which had broken glass, and other had some missing parts. After getting the run-around from local window companies stating they couldnt sell me just parts, I decided to contact Harvey directly. Boy am I glad I did. Lauren B. was AMAZING to work with, and had a wonderful sense of humor as well. She walked me through finding the warranty labels, and even dug up the original order from 15 years ago so we could ensure we were getting the right parts for the old windows. I was indecisive about a couple items and asked to revise the quote a couple times, but she didnt hesitate to follow through with my annoying requests. Long story short - Excellent customer service!
The balance mechanisms on one of our windows broke. Harvey is sending replacements under the warranty, and we only have to pay $15 shipping. Harvey has been very responsive in getting us the parts, and we were even given helpful safety advice and directed to Harveys DIY videos for help with the new install.

We had Harvey vinyl replacement windows installed in our 1800s house in 2002 and have not regretted it once since. We never needed their generous warranty, but 17 years after install we found ourselves wanting to replace a few sashes where the seals had leaked and allowed some frosting inside the glass sandwich. The customer support team could not have been more responsive and considerate. They walked us through the process and reacted immediately when FedEx lost one of the shipments.Top-notch product and product support! Highly recommended!
Harvey building products are superior only to be surpassed by their customer service. The true test of a companys claim is how they stand behind their products and their efforts to help customers. Weather conditions are pretty severe along the coast and Harvey products have stood the test of time. For the minor things that need maintenance Harvey helped resolve those problems when others would have rather seen us buy new.Buy Harvey and know they will stand behind their products.
I should only rate you one star after the incredibly bad service I received if not for Holly LaRoche. After a month and three representives prior Holly got my order to me overnight (for a broken window) She took the time to first listen to me and then deep dive into the situation. My order was never processed after two seperate phone calls. I had one representative that I reached out to who just stopped replying back to my emails. All she had to do was look up the order to see it was never fully processed.Thank you Holly! I appreciate your assitance in retifying this long overdue matter.Harvey you need more Hollys on your CSR team

I called Harvey Building Products because a slider that had been installed at our Condo was only 4 years old, and during the winter the seal had been compromised. The Management Co. wasnt sure of the warranty, so knowing from past experience with Harvey, when we had a home, I took it upon myself to call the Nashua, NH store that we had dealt with. LUCKY for me - Jennifer Arraji was the one that answered the phone. She told me how to find the sticker on the slider to give her the information, and with that info. she was able to tell me that the glass warranty was 100% for 10 years, and then it would be adjusted after that. Since we were within the 10 yr. period, she walked me through the procedure to get the glass sent to the nearest Harvey Warehouse to the Glass Co. that was going to install the new panel. If every Company had a lady like Jennifer to help their clients, it would be a wonderful world - but thats not always the case. Harvey Building Products is VERY FORTUNATE to have someone as efficient, and yet helpful to clients, as Harvey in Nashua, NH is with Jennifer to represent them. By any objective measure - Jennifer passed the customer satisfaction test - beyond our expectations.
We replaced 29 windows in our old house 14 years ago and they made a big difference. Recently i noticed 4 of the sashes had lost their seal and were cloudy. On a whim i checked the website and discovered they were still under warranty, so i contacted them about the problems. Jennifer in Customer Service was very helpful with my claim and walked me through the process of finding the manufacturing information i needed to have free replacements made for me. Its nice to know Harvey stands by its promises.
I ordered an almond screen door, I believe in March or April of 2020, and 3 times, the incorrect color was sent to me. I was extremely frustrated, but a wonderful woman by the name of Maria was determined to make it right. It took, I believe, 5 months, but she stuck to her word. She made it a point to make sure it was corrected and I was satisfied. Even though there were issues, Maria and her supervisor made it right. I am extremely appreciative of all their efforts and I am satisfied by the product. I would buy from them again!

Customer service was great once I contacted them directly instead of the local Harvey dealer. Denis, Chris and Laurie were right on the job since this was a QC problem right from installation. David Lesage came to review the patio door and identified the problem and went right to work to fix it. Its perfect now and we love the Harvey Tribute and would recommend it to anyone. Our neighbor is getting a new patio door based on our recommendation and review of our door once David fixed it. We installed these new construction doors based on a neighbor also. What goes around comes around and Harvey Tribute is going around in our neighborhood and customer service is right on. Thanks much.
Had a few in-warranty and out-of-warranty sashes that had failed (i.e. they get cloudy when their seals failed) after 15-20 years. Betty in support was very helpful and got my orders in. Had a problem with the orders being swapped for someone elses and a few other issues. Maria at the Londonderry manufacturing facility (or at least at that phone number) was extremely helpful, friendly, apologetic, and understanding. Errors happen, but Maria was a pleasure to speak with, found what went wrong in every case, and made everything right. Its hard to take an everything you sent me is wrong call and make it a positive experience, but she did, and I really appreciate that.
Harvey Building products are committed to excellent customer service. Our house is all Harvey windows and they stand by their products. We had a slider door mechanism break, there customer service representative (Amanda S) was commitments to making sure the product was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. She email us to let us know it was out for delivery and wanted to confirm it was exactly what we needed and it was.
We ordered over ten windows through Harvey in July. One window came damaged so we were told we would get a replacement window sent out. (After being told we had to pay shipping even though it was sent to us broken). Since then, we haven’t been able to get a hold of ANYONE to tell us when this window on order is being delivered. The contact at Harvey has completely Ignored any and all emails. We sit on customer service hold for hours.It would be great if someone could actually help us....
We purchased Harvey wood windows about 15 years ago and have had very few problems since. Recently a tree took out a window from a severe storm. I ordered a new one but they sent us the wrong model. Amanda, our “go to” person, immediately rectified the problem, ordered us the correct model (that was no longer available so it was truly custom) and put a rush on it. She was a pleasure to work with and kept us constantly updated. I would recommend Harvey windows for their quality and service. Couldn’t ask for better!

Harvey is a great company. Their windows and doors would be my first choice after my experiences with their products and outstanding service. The technician came today and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He performed his own evaluation, looked at photos and did more work than what was on the initial service order. He found issues that he questioned and took care of them to ensure the best possible result. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful.I had Harvey windows in my last home and at that time I had the same fantastic experience when a window was broken and needed to be replaced. Great Company to work with. My Harvey windows are some 25 years old and 4 sashes showed signs of humidity in between the panes of glass. I reached out to Harvey Windows who immediately replaced the sashes for the price of shipping.During Shipping one of the sashes was broken. I reached out to Amanda at HArvey. Shes putting a rush on the one sash to see if they can turn it around in a week.I told her:You guys are the best company to deal with.And I especially appreciate your efforts to “Fix the Problem”. This mishap was totally outside your control, but your taking responsibility and immediate action is to be admired greatly. You are a role model to be followed by all companies…including my own!
A while back I had a local contractor install 7 Harvey replacement windows, In the process of changing the curtains we noticed that there was a defect in the aluminum frame that supports the glass in the vinyl frame. I contacted Harvey Customer Support on line and filled out a detailed form with all per-tenant information regarding the window along with a photo. A few short time later I received an e-mail from Amanda Sciuto in Customer support . She had pulled up my file and after a few exchanges made a call to the local distributor. Bottom line a new sash will be sent directly to my home. I cant say enough good things about Harvey in general. The windows are great and the Customer Support is top notch.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service thus far. I sent a warranty request to the main field service team on Sept 24th. The request included all of the require information. I received the obligatory confirmation email including the someone will reach out to you shortly comment. It is now more than 2 weeks with no call. I have called the service number and left 2 messages over the past week. My 3rd call has now been waiting for the next representative for 47 minutes.Great products - I have purchase more than 40 replacement windows - horrendous, infuriating and disappointing service.
Maria was wonderful. We had a broken window problem. The window replacement was destroyed by the delivery service, not once, but twice. Maria never hesitated to replace the window and she sent it in a packaged crate that the delivery service couldnt destroy. Kudos for a kind, understanding, polite, and wonderful employee. Harvey really stands behind their products. There customer service is excellent, some of the best I have ever experienced. Amanda in particular did a great job in following up and making sure I received the correct replacement parts and was always very quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

A piece on our window sash broke and was covered under the warranty, however this FREE replacement part cost me $15 for shipping. Hard to believe it actually cost that much for shipping a small item, an item that probably shouldnt have broken in the first place.
Someone from Harvey came out to do a quick job for glass installation on a door. They were on time, polite and very efficient. He gave advice on how the door could be installed more securely and get a better fit. He made sure to cover his shoes and was considerate in our space. Overall we had a great experience.
I needed a couple Harvey Windows replaced and upon the initial contact and every step of the way through the actual installation (which was this morning), I found this company to be consummate professionals. Ryan was the customer service representative. He could not have been more professional, accommodating, or personable. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. I have stated many times to friends I felt as if I was purchasing a million dollars of Windows, not having windows replaced. We set up a time for the individuals to come do the installation. I was contacted when they were about an hour away, and they arrived exactly on time. The two gentlemen, John and Norman, were very friendly yet professional. They completed their work swiftly and efficiently. I honestly could not be happier with the work, the individuals representing this company, and the entire process. I highly recommend Harvey Builders without reservation.

I spoke with Dennis Brunelle on the phone and via email and he was very helpful. He helped my get the correct replacement parts for a couple of my 20 years old Harvey windows. I love my windows and I’m so glad I got the repair parts I needed to keep them in their best working condition for many more years to come. The glass is still crystal clear after 20 years and I love that I can tilt the window to clean the outsides.

I have always used Harvey windows in our home. I was pleased to find that when we moved the new home had also used Harvey Windows as they are energy efficient and easy to clean.However, some of the screen clips were missing and needed to be replaced. Knowing that Harvey was very customer oriented I called their Service Rep and told her of my situation. Not having the part number or age of the windows, Service Rep Maria, took the information I had and said she would get back to me.In a short time she called me back and sent me a picture of the clip. Perfect it was the right one. I expect to pick them up free of charge at the local dealer.Impressive company, from the product to the customer service rep. Thanks Maria. You represent Harvey well.

Fantastic and knowledgeable experience.. Jeffrey Thompson, our field service tech was just fantastic, knowledgeable and explained things to me easily, even I could understand!! He let me take a video of him fixing the window, which didn’t even need replacement parts it was the way I was handling the windows, so in the future I knew what to do if it happened again. Extremely happy with the customer service. They make everything easy and efficient. I was procrastinating getting a window replaced thinking it would take forever to get through to the right person, get measurements, invoice numbers, etc. It literally took 5 minutes. All the info is right where you need it and the staff is very helpful.
We were in the process of selling our house and the new buyers wanted a window replaced because of a seal failure and we only had three weeks until the closing. Called Harvey and the window was still under warranty. Dealt with a Jessica B. who placed the order for a new sash and kept me inform through the whole process and let me know when the sash would arrive. It arrived 1 week before the closing. Excellent customer service !

Doors and service outstanding. Had 4 doors installed (14 panels - 2x3 and 2x4) several years ago and just noticed an issue with the seal around the glass on one door, then spotted another with the same issue. The Tech came and discovered we had an issue with all 14. Today, under warranty, all were replaced in a half a day by two of the best guys youd ever want to meet. Yes, we had an issue, but the issue was resolved and taken care of. When our windows need replacing, guess who were going to call.
