Kevin was great. I got there thinking I hope this is fast, I have to make dinner and rushing. But Kevin kept my calm and we bought 2 new phones added a line and went to get dinner right across the plaza. While he set up our phones. Great sales by Kevin as he never sold me just added value for my family. He will be my contact.
The service was great I got a new know with a new plan they even threw in a tablet and Version has the best service than every other phone company if you got the credit go for it... get off your other plan I left At&t and it was the best more because I get service everywhere and never have any dropped calls so hell yeah 5 stars frome

DISHONEST & UNETHICAL...........I was basically tricked into switching back to Verizon from another carrier, after a sales associate at this location intentionally did not disclose the total monthly costs for Verizon service, as he conveniently left off monthly surcharges, after I asked him what the all in costs would be per month, to switch to Verizon.When I went to look at my bill online at My Verizon, his response was dont worry about it, the discounts have not taken effect yet...and assured me that the price that he quoted me for my total monthly service, including all taxes and fees, was correct...when in essence, it was not.Furthermore, I brought my own devices to Verizon, and was eligible to a $150 rebate per device. I asked the sales associate what I needed to do to obtain the rebate, and his response was Dont worry about it, you will get it..it will take some time. But after contacting Verizon direct, the representative informed me that I needed to fill out an online rebate form, which they helped me with.But if I had not contacted Verizon direct, I WOULD HAVE MISSED OUT ON A $600 REBATE/GIFT CARD, HAD I LISTENED TO THE GUIDANCE OF THE SALES REP AT THIS STORE!After contacting Verizon direct (note that this is NOT a direct Verizon store), I was told that there was nothing that they could do to help me, other than contacting this 3rd party retailer directly, which they did.After a brief phone call, the sales associate told me he would call me last Thursday. I never heard from him.I filled out an online survey from this retailer, voicing my concerns, and I was told that a manager would reach out to me directly. No one has been in contact with me.This 3rd party retailer degragates the reputation for Verizon.If you value honesty, integrity, and would like to be informed of what your actual monthly bill will be when you join Verizon, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, and go to a Verizon direct store. It will be worth the drive to get honesty, integrity and proper follow-up, as promised.

I have to report another rip off job by this store located at 117 Tower Road in Waltham. Upon entering this store ( which is not owned by Verizon, DBA as an independent contractor), a salesperson named Christian Morill assured me he could lower my monthly bill, upgrade my account to unlimited data, and provide us with 2 new LG G8 phones with a BOGO offer. After several hours of switching our previous phones to the G8s (frankly not as good as our Pixel 3s) and getting a monthly breakdown of my billing statement by Verizon Corporate (my idea, dont ever take the word from the incompetent salespeople here), I thought we had a deal finalized. After getting monthly bills much higher than promised and seeing that Corporate was billing us for both phones, and getting no help from the store, I called Corporate and was informed that the BOGO offer was for the V60, not the G8! Corporate refused to take responsibility for this fiasco, turfed it back to the store, where some sales leader named Mike swore up and down he would solve the problem and credit me for the extra phone payments. Much lack of accountability and passing of the buck later, Im still paying for the all of the lying and ineptitude from this store, and Corporate insisting its not their fault. Verizon may brag about their superior phone service, but their salespeople are liars and frauds.

We were very impressed with our Verizon Rep. Zach Schwartz. He was very knowledgeable of all current plans and promotions. He took the time to explain every option and helped us pick the plan that met our needs. He was very professional, patient and friendly. He helped us become familiar with our new devices by providing a detailed demonstration of the phones operation. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and never felt pressured into purchasing anything we didnt need. Great overall effort, he is an outstanding representative for Verizon.

Waited for 45 mins to no help at all, no one even approached me to acknowledge that I was even there waiting. There were only 3 people In there besides me so they were not swamped. I have never had this problem before at a Verizon store. Just a really lousy location.

The customer service here was exceptional. I came in looking to switch carriers. As soon as I entered a representative came to assist me. Danny was really friendly and enthusiastic about seeing what my options where available with my damaged phone. He was well informed and presented me other phone models too see what phone was better suited for my needs. I felt no pressure and had an easy time choosing the phone I wanted to get.Thanks to his great customer service I was able get just the right phone for me. Danny made me love Verizon. I really recommend this store if youre looking to switch carriers or purchase any phone.

Customer service was outstanding as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was really nice and I got in right away. When I went in I had a phone I thought I wanted until they really went through every phone with me and let me try them to see what I liked the best! There was absolutely no pressure and they made sure you understood your phone before you left. They were so patient with my lack of decision making and really made you feel like you were the only customer there. Really enjoyed everyone I met and talked with!! Highly recommend this location!! They also really knew what they were talking about and could answer all my questions.
The finely dressed manager named Cory helped me, got me into a brand new phone and saved me 40$ on my monthly bill. If I can tell you one thing, it is that for the foreseeable future, I will be using him as my account manager. He greeted me with a smile and made me a fresh cup of coffee and I felt like I was important, not like how I feel at a corporate store. The time he took to explain everything he was doing was amazing because I usually dont follow everything well. Was very easy to understand what he was doing and what I was paying for. Turns out the plan I was on was so outdated, I was able to get more than double my data for a fraction less. With no doubt in my mind I can say that this was the best cell phone experience I have had, and I will be sending all of my friends and family to Cory.
Just went to ask about new phones before I switch back to Verizon. 4 people working. Two didnt acknowledge I was even there. One spoke to me and another just silently shadowed and stared. Overall very uncomfortable. Ive worked for both Verizon and an authorized retailer of AT&T and understand the job here. Ive been to this Verizon retailer before. Both times in this store started awkwardly and ended horribly. When I told the store worker that I didnt want to check my account with him (a sales tactic) because I know what it looks like he caught an attitude. I told him Im still kicking tires and was all set. On my way to the door he said Well its not like we were doing anything here. If you dont like your job, figure out why and do something else. If you think because I asked you 5 minutes worth of questions in an otherwise empty store that I now owe you the opportunity to sell me immediately then go back to training. Take my info. Follow up. Dont be an aggressive clerk. Do not call yourself a salesman until you learn how to actually sell to different kinds of customers. Regretfully for you I didnt just blindly walk in asking for an iPhone. Hire better. Train better. Work on morale and customer experience. Never give a cell phone store a second chance.
I came in with a simple but frustrating problem about the camera on my phone. The guys here, Ryan, Manny, and Lee took amazing care of me on two different days. They went above and beyond with insurance claim etc., and bent it over backwards for me. They were not your typical Verizon guy trying to sell a new phone, but really wanted to help me and did! Very good experience and i have all their cards to recommend to others!

Been an Android user for a long time and never was interested in Apple products. That changed after the staff at this location was very helpful in explaining the differences and helping me explore what would best fit my lifestyle. The staff was kind, helpful, and very easy to speak to (I had a ton of questions). Im grateful for my experience at this location and now own an iPhone. Its always a good feeling to know that people are still very helpful and easy to speak to. They werent pushy about a sale, they clearly just wanted to help me pick a phone with features I enjoy the most. Ronda was legit! My phone locked on me and I visited one Verizon store previously and an apple store. They both pointed the finger at one another. I when there and she sat on the line with apple for a LONG time till the matter was solved. She’s great at her job highly recommend her if your looking for a new phone or even help with your phone. I visited this store to return a cable box. The salesperson ask if I had a one bill account and needed my cell phone number and pin to confirm. After reviewing the account, he informed me he could not take the cable box back, they are wireless service only. He referred me to the Needham store. Shortly after leaving I received a text message thanking me for adding device protection services. I called Verizon wireless immediately and was told he added a $15/month service to my account. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS ! The salesperson added it without my consent and did it after I left the store. I would not recommend this business, their practices are deceptive and illegal. Check you bill if you have used them, they are illegally adding unauthorized services hoping you dont pay attention to you bill.
Met with Earl one day and Zach the day after. Both Very friendly and knowledgeable reps who provided outstanding customer service . However, before Zach showed up, the two reps on the floor never looked up or acknowledged my presence for about 5 minutes. They were with customers, but could have greeted me and told me how long I would have to wait. So 5 stars for Earl and Zach and 1 star for the others.
I came to the store after Conor called me about the promotions and helping me save money on my bill. The store is easy to get to and very clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was offered a coffee. The whole team was very professional and helped out with my appointment. I was able to add an iPad to my account and still save money! Have to really give this location credit for being a hidden gem so to speak, outnumbered by restaurants and common retail stores, the team is friendly, fast and knowledgeable! I went in to get an upgrade because my phone was acting up, after waiting like a millisecond Cory greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do to help. After letting him know my situation I was told how much Id have to pay to fix or upgrade, the options for me to upgrade with a down payment or not based on promos at the time. Cory is great too because every now and then I see him locally and he seems to always remember my name!
I had a great experience when trying to upgrade my phone. I am by no means tech savvy but the guys at this store (patiently) got me through the entire process. They took the time to go through each step, as well as, explained different options for a phone and plan that would fit my needs. They then showed me how to use the phone. A+ service from an A+ team.
Incredible customer service! My phone broke and I went to the store 10 minutes before they closed because I needed a phone. Lee was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I did not once feel rushed to make a decision and the staff stayed an extra hour after the store closed to make sure I was set up with the phone I wanted. Just moved to the area and went in to the store to look at plans and phones. It was the second stop on my planned 3 provider search but I was so impressed with the plans, promotions, coverage and service that I(my wife and I) decided to choose Verizon. Kyle was very knowledgable and tech savvy and Steve offered great support and advice. We had a great experience getting our phones and our plans set up. My only negative that had nothing to do with service was I wish they had Otter Box cases in some other colors other then black. I am pretty set up now but when it is time to change phones I will go back to this store first. Hopefully, Kyle and Steve are still there.

Paid a visit to the Swansea Verizon store to meet with a wireless consultant by the name of Galen Campbell. I live an hour away from this location but a colleague of mine referred me directly to work with Galen because of the outstanding customer service she’s received from him in the past. I thought to myself, “ is it worth the drive to meet this guy when my local store is less than 10 minutes away? Probably not?” Well let me shout the answer out “YESSSSS!!!!” I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than I did with Galen. He went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. He even came into the store on his day off on more than one occasion. Who does that? Galen does!!! He works out of a few locations but made sure to make himself available at the location that was closest to me. He spent quality time making sure to answer any and all questions to get the results I was looking for.(and the inquisitor in me asks a LOT of questions) I could go on and on but for the sake of losing anyone’s attention I’ll just end this in saying you must visit the Swansea or Newton MA Verizon stores and ask for Galen. You won’t be disappointed. Superb service!!

Zach and Kevin helped us transfer into a new phone tonight after we walked in 15 minutes until store closing. Zach explained our plan options and transferred our phone contacts through an app when our iCloud would not work. Great service and nice new store with lots of accessories in stock to choose from. I needed to replace my phone because I had broken the screen. Lee filed the insurance form for me and then when my replacement phone came he took time to transfer everything and put on the screen protector. He was super careful that everything was transferred and was pleasant and patient on both occasions. Lee and the store get 10 stores on the5 star rating scale.

I recently visited this location in search of a gift for my mother. I was immediately greeted by one of the friendly sales representatives who guided me through the pros and cons of the numerous products available on the floor. Had it not been for the excellent customer service provided by the friendly staff, my mother would probably still be using her beat up old Razor! The sales representative asked pointed questions with regard to which plan would most benefit my mother and carried himself in a manner that one would expect from a friendly neighbor rather than a salesman. I would certainly patronize this location again and recommend it to all of my friends.

NOTE: This five star review is for the Waltham branch office specifically, not verizon wireless as a whole.While I could talk about the patience and friendly attitude the branch office had in spending three hours with us to resolve red tape from corporate, what really earned them the five stars is how they treated a sweet, trusting, elderly lady across from us who was there by her lonesome.They treated the woman they way anyone would want their own great grandparents to be treated. They were respectful, answered her questions patiently in a clear way that shed understand, made sure she was taken care of, and tended to her in an empathetic manner. They could have easily taken advantage of her or blown her off with simple answers without her knowing or (likely to their knowledge) any negative consequences, but they didnt. Instead they showed a genuine concern her well-being and best interests, despite having no incentive (or reward) in doing so aside from their own moral fiber.
Tony Yang was outstanding. He was patient with me, made super extra efforts to track down a tablet for me, navigated a few problems and solved them and was exceptionally personable and fun to work with. A plus plus for him. Go see him!

So we pre ordered 2 iPhone 11s and 1 iPhone 11 pro on the 10th, so they said that they would be here on the 20th so we called them about the phones they said they would be there later that day but they did not show up after that we decided to go to the store some friken guy who didnt preorder the phone was getting the new phone. The worst part about this situation is that we can’t cancel the pre order we have to wait for another 5 days.Don’t use Verizon
I bought my phone here just over a year ago and had a great experience. The people were attentive, smart and friendly, and I came away with a phone that I still like. They reviewed my contract and updated it to one that offered more at a lower cost.Yesterday my wife wanted to switch over to an unlocked phone. I suggested this place, but she went to the place closer to home - the one I had walked out of after being ignored. There they told her that her phone was an AT&T phone, and they couldnt help her.I took her to this location (Market Basket/Marshalls on Rte 177) where they helped installed a sim card in the new phone, transferred her contacts and, moved her to a more cost effective plan. While they mentioned that they make no money unlocking existing phones, they were happy to do so to build relationships. And they still offered coffee, water, soda while we waited!I would definitely recommend this Verizon retailer for sales and service.

Employee M. at this store, and acting agent of Verizon Wireless, lied to my wife and I during our 02/10/2018 store visit regarding available promotions, contractual terms, and signed us up for services we did not agree to.Verizon Wireless [corporate] (VWC) has mitigated some of the harm done, but ultimately we will not know what recourse or reprimand befalls this employee.It should be noted that this review is a review of this store and the employee Employee M., not Verizon Wireless Corporate as a whole.I attempted to call the store during its normal business hours to discuss these issues and received no answer or available answering machine. I called both the phone number listed on Google and on VWCs store locator.

Hard to believe anyone rates this store better than a 1. Ordered two iPhones under the Verizon trade in program in September. I know there was a large back order, but no one in the store could give me any update on my order and told me to call Verizon directly. When the phones finally came in six weeks after the original due date (not the order date!) the rebate was messed up because the store messed up the original order. Ive gone into the store several times to try to engage them to fix this with Verizon. I even twice had to sit in the store and call Verizon on my own cell phone and force the store agents to talk to Verizon. Its now several weeks later and nothing has happened. You he store has spreadsheets and lists that resolve nothing. There is no follow up or active engagement in resolving what is now a $350 error on my account. There is never even a store manager available in the store. As to one persons comment on lack of pressure - that made me laugh. I came in for two phones and got a major hard sell to order new phones on all five lines on my account. Save yourself the headache and just order directly from Verizon. At least that way you can deal directly with the seller rather that a store that clearly could care less once the order is submitted.Updated after the store reply: not sure I understand why I need to call customer service after multiple visits to the store in person plus calls to the store. Its now mid December and the issue is STILL unresolved and no one is bothering to follow up. Glad to know my name and order number are still on that spreadsheet. Here is an idea for the store: how about you open the spreadsheet and floor up yourselves with all of the customers whose orders you have messed up?

Went to this store to upgrade my iPhone. Salesperson acted as though everything was going smoothly and he was saving me money. I was overdue for an upgrade on my plan. Once we activated the new phone, and not before, he tells me I owe $127 dollars to cover fees for the upgrade. Ok, fine. A month later, my first monthly bill comes through, and it has increased $20 per month because of charges and fees he didnt mention. Not sure if I just got the worst salesperson here, but I had a terrible experience.
