Had the most amazing experience with the store manager there yesterday. He went above and beyond to help me get my phone working (which I ordered online through the website but had trouble setting up myself). He even called in for further assistance to make the process run smoothly. He was extremely professional. Additionally, he was very personable and made a long, usually un-fun phone store experience and easy breeze! 10/10 would recommend this location for any services you need!
My uncle and I came in, and Pedro, the store manager, let us know an expected wait time of 45 minutes. The store was nearly empty, but they had tasks to do for other folks who stopped in earlier. He said if he stepped out and came back our task would be quick.No worries. We left for a half hour (making sure to arrive back early) and when we came back there were several folks now in line. At this point I honestly was worried we had lost our place as next by stepping out, but Pedro gracefully took us (almost exactly his 45 min estimate) and also handled another customer who complained. By her eyes, we had only arrived, so I can understand her point of view.Overall great experience.

The store manager (Pedro) purposely gives misleading information to trick you into buying plans/devices. First I was sold a plan even though the sim wouldnt work with my device, and then they tried to force me into buying a device I dont want. When I asked for a refund for the plan that I have no use for, the store manager refused because apparently prepaid plans can not be refunded! I talked to T-Mobile customer service, who confirmed that I am eligible to get a refund and sent a note for the manager to give me a refund. The manager then informed me that he has closed my account and a refund will be sent to me after processing. Later I called customer service again and found out that my account was not closed and there is no refund on my way. So basically I was lied to at every steps. Avoid this store!

Provided misleading information, blamed the customer device, did not want to give refund while I have not even left the store after purchase. Don’t recommend.
The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Asked me what I needed help with, said they’d be back in two minutes and then just left me standing there while they helped other people for 10 minutes and kept looking at me but wouldn’t come over and like at least keep me updated
I went to look for a new phone and upgrade a sim card. I felt with Thayla and she was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My Sim wasnt working, possibly because I had it from Sprint. Called the Store on River street and spoke with Ameera. She was polite and asked me to bring it there. When I arrived there, I did not have to wait and she started working on it immediately with the help of a gentleman name Jonathas. Wihin minutes they replaced the Sim, updated my phone and made it work. Meanwhile, Jerry was assisting another customer. All were truly polite, personal and Professional. Highly recommend the staff for any purchases. I would certainly go there.
Went here for Black Friday and the guys that helped my mom and I were outstanding. They were patient and kind even when they were exhausted. They gave discounts and we even got a free iPad! Thank you so much again Laurent and Brandon!

Getting a new phone/service is always a process that I HATE, mostly because of the time it takes. However, today, despite the timing of the process, I was not dreading being there. The gentlemen who helped me were all very friendly and helpful. I didn’t once feel as though I needed to hurry up and get out of there. I left the store with new phones, service, accessories and a smile on my face. Please consider stopping by for ANY help you may need in the future, you will NOT regret it!

During my visit I had the pleasure of meeting a jubilant Andrea Fiori, a Rubinoff Rolon, a surreptitious fellow called Mr. Antonio and an illustrious gentleman by the name of Jesús Suleiván. I have to say, I had the most unexpected, cathartic experience at this charming boutique location. These fine folks brushed off the cobwebs of my dusty memories as a young lad strolling the miserable streets amidst the dark days of the Depression, when youd be sulking and sullen due to the prevailing malaise of that terrible time, and then, daring to peek your sorry head up for a fleeting moment, a youthful, budding salesperson waving in front of a bustling storefront, with all the exhilaration of a jumping Cocker Spaniel, would smile at you, with a grin as wide as the parted Red Sea, and spout off a triumphal Hello there! How are you!? Its the kind of chipper greeting that wipes away the dark cloud overhanging you; the ominous troubles of the moment vanish in the blissful face of a genuine soul that says, Its a miracle just to be able to meet you.Whatever nebulous happenings caused the butterfly effect that resulted in those fine folks being there, in front of me, saying those words with that honest passion, and my being there to witness it, it did more than warm a wounded heart. I also left with five lines of service LLU, Sprint Complete, Plus, a Sprint Drive and 7 premium iWalk accessories for $100, and was rewarded $500 deposited into my local credit union.Kudos to the advanced citizens at the Sprint Waltham location!
Trent Sullivan provided exceptional customer service. I have had Sprint since 2002 and after numerous telephone calls to Sprint Customer Service I was prepared to change my plans. I decided to give sprint one last try. Trent made the difference. I am leaving the store with two new phones and a new telephone number. He took the time to explain everything that I could possibly need to know about my transition to an iPhone to me with great patience. This was especially appreciated since I have had an android since cell phones came out. Furthermore, he offered to help my father with the new telephone that I got for my parents. This type of customer service is unparalleled. I should mention that I was in the Boylston Street store earlier today and did not have the same experience. That is what prompted me to drive out of the city to this location which is closer to where I live. I initially headed into Boston because I thought the customer service would be better; it was not. What I experienced in Waltham is unparalleled. So, if you are able to make the trip to Waltham, I would call and see if Trent is working and then drive to 110 River Street for unparalleled customer service!
I visited sprint about 4times and was bounced, thank God I finally found Antonio at the branch on river rd Waltham and he really really helped me alot wth my account setting and finally I have left wth asmileThank you
I visited the store today in order to activate my new IPhone but what received in return was a very condescending costumer service. Needless to say that I will not be visiting this store in future and my phone is still not activated.
I used to love Radioshack, but this is a pathetic joke. Some of my happiest childhood memories are associated with this store. Too bad now quickly things turn rotten. I was a little confused when I heard that they filed for bankruptcy and went out of business, since they still have retail stores listed as “authorized dealers” and most of their inventory available online. I went online to purchase over $500 worth of replacement supplies, and in the process I decided to use one of my old gift cards. Since MA law prohibits them from expiring, I had no worries about it’s validity, and had checked the balance several months earlier. However, when I went to enter my card information, I saw that the field had been removed. I called customer support, but no one answered the phone, so I emailed them. Several days later, I received a reply saying that the company had filed for bankruptcy and was no longer honoring their gift cards at any retail or online locations. They also informed me that I had conveniently missed the deadline for reimbursement, even though they never once informed me that my card was about to be worthless. I never got a letter, an email, or a phone call. Based on their reaction to my complaint, I do not believe this was an accident.I guess anyone stupid enough to buy stock in this doomed company had it coming to them, but a lot of innocent customers still got screwed. Radioshack could have adapted to their new markets, but they didn’t, and it’s we who pay the price. Now, owing to a combination of of greed, corruption, and managerial impotence, they bear no resemblance to the company they once were. I have reported them to the FTC and the AG’s office to see if anything can be done, but even if they can be forced to refund me the balance, they will never get my business based on the way they have treated me. Bankruptcy is basically protection for criminals, and these criminals have exploited a legal loophole that allows them to legally steal from people after blithely running their company into the ground. I will never give my business to a company that victimizes its own customers.
