NEVER get clothes tailored here. Had an order over $500 and we got a blouse tailored here for my sisters wedding. She said she wanted elbow length sleeves which they said they can do but then suddenly said they couldnt and that and that a bride cant do sleeveless after that was the alternative sleeve length she wanted. The quality of the cuts of the fabric and the quality of the stitches were not at all professional. The customer service we received was very unprofessional too after she kindly asked them to fix the blouse. They did not even let her look at the blouse in the mirror.

I went to Rai to tailor a western style dress for a wedding. I bought the dress online, and while the waist and length was okay, the fit was too larger in the shoulders and top. Raj measured me and the dress in a few minutes, and was able to tailor the dress very quickly, despite the complicated design. When the dress was ready a few days later, Raj had me try it on in the store to ensure I was happy with it. The fit was perfect! I am so happy with how I look and feel in the dress now. The quality of the tailoring was so good, I couldnt even tell it was altered. I cant wait to wear it to the wedding this weekend! I will be going back to Raj to have any other dresses altered. This was first place i went during pandemic when there was limited access to salons. I trusted Raj with following safety & Covid -19 Protocol of social distancing. I like clothing collection she has, they are priced reasonable. I was skeptical of going to salon for getting my hair coloured & styled, but she definitely knew how to put me at ease, I asked her to do curtain bangs & she nailed it.I was looking for hair colour but which was natural, cruelty free which would stay for about 4 to 6 months. she definitely has that, hair colour quality is excellent & it does not decrease the quality of your hair. My mom is also a regular customer there for her HAIR SPA, she has seen hair growth & her hair quality is improved. Staff is friendly & supportive. Almost everyone in my family goes to Raj collections for their salon requirements & shopping. I highly recommend Raj Collections to others . Be Local Support Local !

Their hair oil massage is great! Ive been coming here once every week for my hair oil massage and it helps my hair grow faster. They always have time for me and its always very relaxing. Its affordable and definitely well needed!

Raj Collection has excellent beauty services...but their lesser known talents are tailoring and alteration services. I had come Indian outfits they altered for me . The promptness and quality of stitching was amazing and Raj just made me feel so comfortable because of how promptly she attended to my needs. Not only was the service great it was also super affordable. Definitely a 10/10 place and would highly recommend them for tailoring and altering...specially Indian clothes.

I have been coming to Raj Collections for 5 - 6 years for threading, I love Rajs work, and I love Raj. I also love Seela who is the first person I received services from, she is great, they are both great. I moved away from the area a year ago and I still come back for threading. I didnt think I would like it post covid because I have to sign up online but I actually love this new system, it is very simple to use and this way I know what to expect when I get there. Love to see her clothing designs too, they are beautiful, thinking that will be next on my to-do list.

Raj Collections is the best place in Waltham for facial threading.I had tried numerous places before I stumbled across this gem of a salon.For years, I tried to have my eyebrows shaped, but never could find a threading salon that could do it. I absolutely LOVE going to Raj! She threads and tints my eyebrows. On a regular I look like I barely have eyebrows, but once she’s done threading them they look so beautiful and tinting them just adds the cherry on top of the whole thing! She takes her time and truly values her costumers!

I gt my eyebrows done (tinting and waxing) My first time in the salon I left very happy with the service. the second left my eyebrows too dark for my skin and hair type, and too pointed. the third time i showed her a picture of how they got my eyebrows done for the first time and said i wanted the same. The color was perfect but she did the eyebrow pointy. She then told me that next time to let me know she didnt want it like that (even though I was showing the photo and the photo wasnt pointed). Other than that, the service is fast and quality. however her way a little rude but they service still good.

Have been here twice for arms and legs waxing. Honestly, it isn’t the most hygienic setting for waxing but I go there for the painless experience. Sharda who did the waxing job for me is clumsy (drops the wax everywhere) but also sweet and diligent. The owner is sweet too. I have never gotten my eyebrows done here but I have seen so many customers getting it done and leaving happy.

I won’t go anywhere else! They do a perfect job every time and know exactly what you need. They have helped my brows get better overall by identifying exactly how to grow them overtime for a better shape. Amazing prices and lovely staff — I only have good things to say!

CHEAP QUALITY AND OVERLY EXPENSIVE FOLLOWED BY RUDE BEHAVIOR. WONT RECOMMEND HER SERVICES. Worst customer experience I ever had in States. Gave my lengha top cloth for alternation. The woman worker totally ruined the length of the cloth making the front side larger in length as compared to the back. When I addressed the issue to the owner of the shop, she simply denied the mistake and said it was a manufacturing defect. On the top of it, she started shouting to prove her point and totally misleading the issue to some different topic. Further, she started passing some bad comments along with her other workers in her native (Nepalese) language. Havent seen anyone so arrogant, immature, loud and stubborn. I literally left the shop with a severe headache. I wish they know how to do their job and accept if they commit any mistake than talking nuisance. Charged $25 for ruining my dress.

I needed a beautiful outfit to wear to a Diwali party. I am a size 12/14 and I found at least 10 beautiful outfits that fit amazingly well. I think the prices were probably pretty high but given my circumstances, that I needed this outfit on short notice, I think I did pretty well. The woman who runs the clothing area Also made a quick alteration to the top for me. My husband picked out a beautiful turquoise kurta and matching pants. When I got home the pants that go with my outfit, I noticed had some black stains on them. So I am only going to give four stars.

This place was recommended by a friend who had been coming for many years and I have not found a place like this anywhere in Waltham or nearby area. Raj is spectacular. I wouldnt trust my eyebrows with anyone else. I have come back from 3 week trips to India (where threading is very popular) dissatisfied with how my eyebrows were shaped, running back to Raj as soon as it was ready to be salvaged. Renu, who works for Raj, is similarly great with haircuts. I havent gone anywhere else to get my haircuts since I discovered her. She says little and simply works her magic. Highly recommend this place.

I was torn between three and four stars for the threading. To address a previous review: The people Ive seen do the threading do speak English. Im not sure about anyone in their store downstairs.First time I went in, it was fine. My friend and I were asked what we were having done, had our eyebrows threaded, were handed mirrors, and asked if we wanted to continue. After they asked what made you choose to get threading done and my answer was interrupted. They thought I misunderstood the question (I didnt) and changed it to how did you find us. I shortened the answer to an online search.Second time we went in my friend went first. The woman on shift didnt offer them a mirror and called me over immediately. I waited until my friend said they were good. After my brows were done, the person walked away to the register. Again she didnt show the results, didnt wait for me to ask for thinner brows, and I probably should have called her back, but with the service we were receiving I decided to pay and leave.Ive had threading done five other places and Ive never had this happen. Its only fair to add there was only one person on shift and another customer was waiting. However Ive had my brows done in a mall with four customers waiting and the only person on shift was still asked if they were done before moving to the register.
