Never in my life have I met someone so unwelcoming and rude who complain about someone making a purchase in her overpriced convenience store bought $5 worth and she complained about making change.

This lady is so rude. She wouldn’t cash a lottery ticket for me because she said since I didn’t buy it there why did she need to “lose money”. My boyfriend got his card compromised after using her ATM. She is a miserable person.

Not good customer service and please lottery office suspend their license. If you win they substitute your ticket and say Ive already put it in the trash and dont pay you your winnings instead show you a different ticket.they dont even deserve any star at all they deserve -10*... Very bad shop. I just came into the shop and carelessly opened my umbrella, and the woman said “ fxxk out my shop”. I asked her why opening an umbrella is so big a mistake that I should Fxxk out. She kept shouting that I was a stupid customer and must fxxk out immediately. Such an interesting shop. I suggest that physicals should be in hospital rather than being behind counters.

The woman behind the counter screamed at me for no reason. Please do not shop here.
