If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Someone rear ended my car damaging the trunk. From start to finish, Ben was amazing! He kept me informed every other day so I never had to pick up the phone not once and my car was ready the same day it was promised. Thank you so much Ben for everything!

Call the place and the lady had to argue the whole time when I was just simply asking for a wife ball park estimate for three 3 long 1/4 inch wide scratches on my truck. She wouldnt take emailed pictures, she wouldnt event tell me there most expensive pant job. Finally she just told me she wouldnt say anything about a price. I ask for the manager and she wouldnt put me on. She insisted on arguing with me until I hung up. I called Randys Collision Repair. Told him the same thing im in a bad spot and giving me a big ball park would wouldnt help me know if its 10 dollar or a million. He said now this is without seeing it and he gave me a quote. Simple all I asked for. My dream truck has scratches in it. All I asked for was a little care, and got none for this place. I would in a tech repair shop. I give people wild quote all the time because I still know a range it will be in. Just like this lady does. Would have been an easy 1 star avoided if you cared about people and your job.

Jason and his team at Caliber repaired my Audi A4 after a car backed into my front bumper. The entire process was seamless and much quicker than I expected. From Jason, to the front office team, to the back office technicians, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their service and will absolutely use them again, if needed.

Jason and his team took care of my car and me. Ms. Amber was on it! Let me tell you, she had my appointment, rental and everything I needed. I was able to drop off the rental with them and they took care of it. That helps, one less thing I had to worry about. Jason is so understanding and works with you, answers your questions, genuine care for any concerns I had and is so friendly. The paint matching OMG! on point! They kept in contact during the process of fixing my car. (was hit by another car on my front bumper side) I really appreciate Jason and the Caliber Collision team, they are awesome!

They had too much business. My car sat there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it. I left a message for them to give me an update with the receptionist and never got it. They told me they were unable to make the necessary repairs on my car because their mechanic shop wasnt that updated.

Went in today for them to take a look at some damage that was done to my car about 3 hours prior. I think his name was Mr. Fields, not quite sure...but as soon as I got to my appointment, he came from his office and said that he saw me drive up. He asked that we walk out and take a look at my car, and 10 minutes later...woolah...my car had been buffed in the two areas that it was damaged and it looked as if nothing ever happened to it! The paint still blended, with the pretty pearly flakes as if it had come off of the showroom floor...absolutely no discoloration! He was very nice and professional as well! My husband had his truck fixed last year by them, and they put him on a new door and painted the door...couldnt tell it at all! Thats why I would recommend this company!

I recently had my 2018 F-350 repaired at Caliber Collision in Warner Robins after an insurance claim. The entire repair process was seamless. It was by far the easiest and most convenient repair experience Ive ever been involved in. My service advisor was Maurice and he was in constant contact and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great customer service from all involved. My shop of choice for any future repairs.

Ben, who wrote our original estimate for repairs for a front driver’s door and fender, as $3900, jacked that to over $8500 just to push the car over the Total Loss threshold just so they wouldn’t have to repair it and he could save his avg days in shop, upon which they get graded and paid. This new Total included $1900 in what was mysteriously categorized as estimated extra components. Translation: he couldn’t find enough justifiable work to itemize and get it over 75% of the car’s value.Caliber Collision gets way too much work, and are overwhelmed to the point where they would rather lie and rob a family with two kids in school and two working parents from the means to get to work and pick up their kids.

If i could gave this business 0 stars i would. I had my car towed here after a accident last week. My car ended up being totaled out by Geico. Before power of attorney was signed over to Geico, Caliber had my car towed to Copart salvage yard without my permission. By law Im still the registered owner of that car until i signed it over. I came in and spoke to Maurice about the location of my vehicle because i had told Geico i had personal belongings in my car that i needed to remove. i told geico i would be there at 530 same business day. Maurice was everything short of professional when i spoke to him. Telling me there was nothing he could do. He didnt want to hear anything. Geico had towed my car to my house the next day so i could get my belongings. When i opened my car i see my car was rummaged thru, all my belongings are on the floor, Not the fact of the $13 dollars missing from my sunglasses holder, license plate is missing, i can go on... Im not saying caliber is the one that went thru my car however they are at fault because my car was supposed to be secure in their lot. I wouldnt use this place if you can help it. take your business elseware.

Had a GEICO Auto Repair Xpress job completed at this location three years ago when this place was Abra. Just discovered pins missing underneath bumper. Spoke to Amber several times prior to my arrival and she was professional. Was very impressed with Misty. She overheard me describing my situation, took my keys, drove my vehicle to the shop and had pins installed. In and out in seven minutes. Called back and spoke to Jason (manager) and he was friendly. As I sit back and reflect on the experience, I’m compelled to post this review and say, “Now that’s customer service“!

I went to caliber for a repair on my roof. A tree hit my QX56 and damaged the paint job. The the job they did was impeccable it looked brand new!! They didnt just paint the spot damaged but did the whole roof to ensure that the paint job matched perfectly. Secondly I like to point out the customer service. They were very pleasant and kept me updated constantly on the progress of the repair either through text or call. I love that I had a personal care agent that was with me from the beginning of the repair to the end, so when I called he always knew my car and what was going on.Now heres the part that makes the difference in a company.... When I got home I noticed some black marks on the exterior of the truck that were not there before. I called Cailber and expressed my concern, they were very eager to find a solution. They asked me to bring the vehicle back to take a look at what happened. when I got there both my personal care person and the manager came right out took a look at my concerns. They jumped right into action took my truck to the back no questions asked and got my truck back right( turns out it was just marked from the hose used in repair). They were great!!!

This place originally told my mother that they were discounting her repairs to make sure she didnt get her truck totaled out (it was my fathers truck so she wanted to keep it). After realizing they might be able to get more money out of her because she wanted to keep it so badly, they tried to total her truck without talking to the insurance company. They have just been shady as hell on so many things. Go anywhere else, please!

Abra’s customer service is unlike any auto shop in middle Georgia—they genuinely want to help! Glenn replaced my windshield and he did a beautiful job. He was so kind and very professional throughout the entire process. I am so happy about my beautiful, new windshield! 😄 I recommend Abra to anyone needing auto glass repair.

After my car accident I was overwhelmed by it and stressed about finding a good body shop. Abra Glass and Body helped alleviate my stress and made the entire process effortless. My customer service manager was Amber, and she went above and beyond. Amber was always in contact with me as the repair was going on and took the time to explain all the work. ABRA did a great job on my Cadillac SRXs rear bumper damage. They were able to perfectly match the color and I cant even tell where the damage was. Jason Floyd kept me up to date on the repair status and answered all my questions patiently. He even saved me valuable time by allowing me to drop off the rental car from Enterprise at their shop when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Mr Floyds professionalism, his willingness to go the extra mile, and the shops excellent job performance on my vehicle earned my trust and future business! My car was ready in less than two days!! They were very quick to complete the job requested. I called early yesterday Morning on 3/26/18 and they promised to arrive between 11:00 - 4:00 the next day and arrived 2 HOURS EARLY! Fantastic! My only complaint is when examining the job upon completion I noticed pieces of glass rattling in the door. When I called my technician, Glenn B, he told me that it is impossible to get all the glass. While, it is understandable that its difficult to get all the little pieces. I feel that if I spend $200 to replace a window it should seem as if the damage never even occurred.

Customer was service was great HOWEVER I had a leak in my vehicle and was told(my paperwork even says it) it would be fixed. Its now three weeks later and the leak has gotten WORSE! Best of all my warranty from Abra isnt covering the issue. So now Im left in the rain driving around in a pool. Thanks a bunch Abra.

Took my vehicle in for bumper repair for a auto claim and when I came to pick it up 6 days later Abra had taken almost everything in my trunk out and put my things in the car! And my car wouldnt start when I tried to leave bc the battery had died....back to the trunk tho. I assume they took everything out to fix the bumper which was absolutely fine but the fact they had my vehicle for 6 whole days and nobody thought about putting everything back in the trunk where they found it really upset me bc this was piss-poor delivery on their part! And by my own admission I had alot of things in my trunk, so imagine how pissed I was when I noticed they didnt put it back where they found and compounded with the dead battery.

***UPDATE***ABRA did a great job fixing the issue on my car and went above and beyond. There was a piece of belt wx-stripping that was left in the back seat after I picked the car up a second time that required the door panel to be removed to put back on. The Manager and Jason came to my house on Friday afternoon to make it right and fix it. That was awesome!However, later that night I discovered the front camera is not working as part of the USAA claim work so I will have to go back for a third time. Its difficult to rate them this high because several issues were not done right the first time but the staff has been attentive and working to make it right!***ORIGINAL POST***Got the call that my car was ready for pick up, I was excited and headed down. However, I noticed there was a black mark across the side of the door. I asked if they could clean it off because it wouldnt come off by rubbing it. They took it to the back and upon their return, it revealed a dent across the door that wasnt there when I dropped it off. They double checked their input pictures and came to the same conclusion, that it occurred in their shop. I was disappointed because I was advised to use a different shop by co-workers on base but ABRA has good reviews on Google. Now, I have to go back to work and tell my co-workers I should have listened to them. ABRA is paying for the repair/rental car. Surprised someone doesnt inspect the vehicles before they call customers their vehicle is ready. It is a big inconvenience and they wouldnt pay for the full insurance coverage on the rental - I had to use my insurance.Like other reviews, the customer service is really good and they kept me informed the entire time but to show up to pick up your car and they not notice damage that they caused is a major foul and disappointing.I will post an update upon my second pick up.

Fixed damage on my Chrysler 300 from vandalism, and did an absolutely fantastic job!! Buffed out 90% of the scratches, and painted the rest, to a perfect match! I would highly recommend using this shop!!

General manager insisted that he will order product and will keep in contact when product arrives. Nothing. Insisted that damage was there when I brought my vehicle to this shop. Lie.
