Got to the vehicle in a timely manner is the good. Was given a pickup date 3 times just to get to said date and the vehicle not be ready. One reason it wasnt ready is because during the detail they found a scratch that they could fix in two days that was really a week. Vehicle was never detailed, in fact I picked it up way dirtier than I dropped it off. Window was not re-tinted, spare tire not mounted underneath, etc. Nice crew but workmanship could be greatly improved.

Quick and courteous services. I give it 3 out of 5 stars for charging $50 for a quote for repair....

What I enjoyed was their attention to the little things. The daily updates on the status of my vehicle was a nice touch.

It was my first car accident so I was nervous and unsure of the process but the employees, especially Chris, helped me through the whole process and was patient with all my questions. Very helpful and friendly. Quick to get us in for repairs. Due to health reasons when car was completed we could not go to pick car up. I called and asked would they come pick up my husband and take him back to service center to pick up car. They were quick to say yes and were at our home in about 15 minutes. So grateful.

Had to return the next day to have a grill replaced because they tried to pass off a painted over and puttied up grill as new. Who knows what else went on with what I could not see. I should have known when they had an immediate opening when all other collision centers were booked for weeks. Avoid at all costs.

I had used 5 Star Collision about 5 years ago after an accident I had then. I was recently rearended and called upon them to repair my vehicle. There were a number of safety items were damaged from being rearended and damaging the bumper. In addition, the exhaust pipe had been knocked lose and had to be repaired. They are professional and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs of my vehicle.

Having to put your vehicle in a repair shop is never fun, but five star collision is the BEST place you could go. They helped us when our scheduled rental car couldnt pick us up, they took us to Enterprise and waited with us until we finally got our rental.It was about an hour and a half they waited with us, Would not leave until we did. I got regular updates on my cars progress. Five Star Collision went above and beyond for us. I will only use Five Star for all my car needs. ❤❤

Just picked up my Subaru Outback and I couldnt be happier! The damage was repaired perfectly and my car looks brand new again and its a 2010. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Car damaged on Saturday. Took it in Monday for estimate. Tuesday the took the car and Friday of the same week repairs were complete and the car looks brand new. Great people who handled everything for us.

Went in to drop my car off and the staff was very friendly and they knew who I was before I even introduced myself. They called the rental car service for me to come pick me up and while I waited they talked to me. They were very efficient and took care of everything professionally and effectively. Unfortunately my car sustained more damage than was anticipated but they informed me and showed me what needed to be fixed. They contact the other persons insurance company and took care of everything so that I didnt have to. I would recommend this place to anyone who may need repair work completed.Update 11/30/2020We ended up in the shop again for the car and less than a week later our truck was totaled. Brought both vehicles, car was repaired and the truck was totaled out. Expedient service and friendly as always. Paperwork was brief and all insurance was taken care of by the staff. Very appreciative that they cleaned the car for me, as it was on my to do list. Still sad about the truck as it was invaluable because it was a classic but they definitely helped us get through our mourning by making everything easy and efficient. My vehicle was ready way before the anticipated return dat (12-Jan-19). When I arrived to recover my vehicle, the staff was warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure all parts were intact prior to my departure, and were very informative regarding parts warranties, etc... When I noticed my tie downs were missing from my trunk (due to repair), they did a search and when not found, they order new ones for me.The damage to my vehicle was cured and the team even washed and buffed my vehicle. I would refer this collision center to anyone inquiring about great repair time and effort. Quality work indeed!

These guys did an amazing Job, they went out of their way to fix a problem that was done at the Macon location. Completely different service and above truly went above and beyond. Car was returned fast, great quality work, washed . Shiny bright paint and bright as there smiles. Great group of people here. I would recommend this location anytime . Went to the Macon location initially and car did not come out so great, let the manager know and He freaked out and was very disrespectful. I am so disappointed in this company. They are arrogant, obnoxious, and incompetent. They released my vehicle to someone other than myself without my permission. They didn’t check ID, didn’t call me, nothing. Just let someone walk out with my Dodge SRT challenger. On top of that, they didn’t even fix the damages that I originally brought it in for.
