I went to vistit this store more than three months ago and ordered furniture, and was told that the furniture I ordered would be delivered to me at the end of July; it wasnt, and they have changed the delivery date at least four times.We are now in September, still no furniture.As a business owner I totally understand that sometimes there can be delays; especially during this time because I also purchase inventory for my business from overseas.The major issue I have with the Russell Parkway Badcock, is that they are very unprofessional, and this would also include the Manager and Owner; which is a clear indication that this is why their staff members are equal unprofessional.Both the Manager and Owner never return calls; I called and made a complaint at the Corporate level, and was told they would have the owner to give me a call; I never received one.Any successful company should know the importance of customer service; it is through their customers,their business becomes or remains successful.Badcock has changed from what Ive known it to be. My parents started doing business with the company more than 20 years ago when Keith was the owner, and it was the best in town.Badcock currently is totally different; the worst in town. I am putting my overall experience with this store lightly; but I will suggest to anyone who is looking to purchase furniture, not to shop at Badcock on Russell Parkway Warner Robins Ga; you will not be satisfied.
Ginger was very helpful today with my purchase as well as help me with ideas on a rug and pillows for my living room set. Yes I will be returning in the future, hopefully Ginger will be my salesperson. Thank you Ms. Ginger you ROCK!!!
Horrible experience (Russell Pkwy)!!! Was told my bedroom set would be delivered on June 2nd after waiting a month to receive. June 2nd comes and goes with no delivery. Called the office and they said it would be June 19th before my bedroom set would be delivered. June 19th comes and goes without a word from anyone. Called the store and they said it would be delivered today (June 26th). As expected, no delivery today either. Called the store before they closed and the associate said it would be delivered tonight the driver was having issues with the truck (always an excuse). Still no delivery!! I’ve gotten rid of my bedroom set anticipating my new set and now I don’t have anything. I called the store a month ago and asked to speak with the owner (who is never in) and he still hasn’t returned my call. I paid for my bedroom set in full and can’t get an honest response from these people. Please purchase your furniture from somewhere else. They take your money and could care less about the customer service they provide!!

I ordered a dining table and 8 chairs from the Warner Robins, GA location on Russell on 1/16/21. We paid in full and delivery was scheduled for Feb 2 after 12 pm. On the day of Feb 2, during the delivery window, I received a call from the associate at the store that all of the pieces did not come in and my dining set wasnt going to be delivered that day. This is after I rescheduled my day and moved/cleaned everything out of the room in anticipation of delivery. The associate said that delivery would be rescheduled around 2/26. On 2/20, after several attempts to contact the store, I finally got through to the associate who informed me that delivery would now be maybe sometime around mid March. I was told we cant deliver items we dont have. Once my table was finally delivered mid March, the table was damaged. Now its mid April and I still dont have a replacement. I call multiple times a week to the store and get the run around. I have sent emails to corporate and gotten no response. Take your money elsewhere!
Fast,excellant,pleasant,sales person, knew the process and was fast in taking care of our needs. We have been repeat customers and have enjoyed shopping at Badcock Home, we will continue to shop here.

Received only partial order, loveseat had stain. Had to wait for rest of order, said they were delivering between 1 and 5 pm called for the second time promised they were loaded and on the way would arrive within 40 minutes it’s been 1 1/2 hours and still no show. Never will I pay cash again for a order. Very poor service !!!!!
Purchased new living room furniture and a new mattress. Brianna was professional and knowledgeable making the experience very stress free. Will be back in the future.

The only problem i had was the merchandise was damaged luckily yhe box had an opening and i was able to see the damages! Other than that was an awesome purchase what did it for me was the quickness in receiving my order order on Tuesday get it on Thursday or friday of the same week😀
This is the 3rd time Ive had to deal with warranty claims and literally it has been months. My daughters had to sleep on mattresses on the floor waiting on beds. The 2nd claim I had was taken care of by Briana but now here I am again waiting for a delivery of a dresser for over a month. This has really got me mad because they expect my payment on time but I came receive on time customer service!
Several employees no one made an attempt to help. Some were busy some were not. I actually walked up to one employee she didnt acknowledge me only kept taking online test.
They did not answer my calls at all bad customer service i was inquiring about a deliver to my house no one has contact me.
I have always had good service with Badcock
