If I could give 0 stars I would! My family has bought several pairs of glasses from this location. As you can see from my picture, I need a new pair of glasses.I walked in and the lady said, Cant help you, we do not sell the ear piece replacements.I never asked for a replacement part! I was going to set up an appointment to get new glasses.I will not give my money to rude inconsiderate people!!!I WILL NEVER USE VISIONMARK AGAIN!!!

I went to Visionworks for 3 main reasons; 1- cost, 2- I wasnt happy with the previous exam results a few months earlier with a different provider and 3- my previous provider didnt even listen to me when I said I was interested in contact lenses. I was extremely surprised by how interested the staff was in what I wanted. They are professional and friendly. They listened to my reservations and what I wanted. I ended up getting 1 pair of prescription glasses with transition lenses, no line bifocal, 1 pair of non prescription sunglasses and contact lenses for $500 less than what I had just paid (a few months earlier) for just 2 pair of prescription lenses, 1 bifocal, 1 for distance only. I would recommend the Warner Robins office of Visionworks to anyone who wants to get a quality product for a decent price and a pleasant experience.

It was such an amazing experience -from the time I walked in until leaving.First of all, my appointment was at 445. I arrived a wee bit early, but they saw me right away. I was out of the office by 515.Amber helped me come up with the most cost effective way to get what I needed in my lens.Victoria was so super sweet and energetic while doing the eye pretest. She was conversational, patient, and efficient.Dr.Johnson was nice as well. Very light hearted and knowledgeable as well; he even answered a generic question I had about my son.I’m so glad that I missed my appt with lens crafters and got in here bc as long as the staff mirrors this experience every time, you’ve earned yourself a long time customer.Thank you ladies and gentlemen for exemplifying excellent service even that late in the evening

Extremely poor customer service. Unknowledgeable and very unpolite to people. Told me I needed a hi-index lens when I had a very small prescription and because I am not knowledgeable about these things myself I let them charge me. I did not receive a hi-index lens. Glasses felt funny and they just kept telling me to get used to them. They wouldnt let me see the doctor again. Overall extremely bad experience.

The Dr. was so nice and very friendly. He had a really great attitude and personality. The girl that waited on me and help me with glasses was so kind as well. She was so friendly and so helpful I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely go back.

The doctor was quick and efficient. Their frame selection is excellent. Very helpful. The prices were amazing and I got 2 pairs of glasses for less than Ive paid for a single pair at other places in town. Will totally be back.

Dr. Johnson is amazing eye doctor with a wealth of knowledge and experience that we had discussed when I first met him. I have eye issues and I do see a specialist; however, when my vision gets worse my current glasses serves no purpose because I cant see good because of flare up but he takes the time to explain whats going on with my eye upon exam to get better glasses due to me been on the computer everyday. The whole team at Visionworks is awesome, thank you Mr. Terence Evans and Mr. Xadryan Tucker in assisting me picking out glasses; thanks Mr.Tucker for the pre-screening. Mr.. Evans is great in ensuring my glasses have everything I need in protecting my eyes explaining the different things I can get for my glasses and explaining the purpose such as the blue light because my work day consists of been on the computer, etc.Thank you Dr. Johnson, Mr. Evans, and Mr. Tucker

I’ve been seeing the same local eye doctor for over a decade. The past 2 months was nearly impossible to get a same month appointment and I was forced to look into other providers. This place offered a next day new patient appointment and very reasonably priced for paying out of pocket! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the Dr. was fantastic. Will definitely return!

Very professional. I was in at the proper time. Good use of sanitizing devices. Everyone wore masks. Would only let the people who had appointments in so no extra relatives could sit around in the waiting area. Whole procedure took less than an hour. I was satisfied.

I first meant Ansley who was very thorough and her personality was awesome. Than I meant Dr Johnson who explained everything to a tee and did not rush the exam. He has the best personality. The last person I meant was Bekah who helped me with my glasses. She is very professional and made my checkout go smoothly. Cant wait to get my glasses.

I visited Visionworks in Warner Robins on 10 Aug 20. I was greeted by Ansley whose customer service was awesome (and rare). Dr Johnson and Dana were equally pleasant and great to work with. They each took time explaining their process and made sure I understood and had no questions before leaving. I’d recommend them to anyone requiring optometry care.

Pleasant experience, from the youngman performing the pre-test, the optometrist to the girls working out front helping pick the correct pair of glasses.

Dr. Johnson is very passionate about caring for his patients. He loves what he does. When he worked in Vidalia, I visited him. It was one of my greatest experiences seeing my son at his best. My insurance changed, therefore, I had to change eye care. I miss seeing Dr. Johnson as my optometrist, but Im sure, I;ll see him again. Keep up the good work Dr. Johnson and staff. Not too many places offer excellent service like Visionworks of WR.

My family is lucky to have prescription insurance for Eyecare. We have been to many optometrists in Houston County and have been charged well over $500 for glasses above what insurance pays. (Shady Practices). We decided to try VisionWorks and so glad we did. Plenty of frames under $200 and most add-ons were included. My total bill before insurance $580. What I paid was $150 and got my Vera Bradley frames. My daughter received bluelight glasses and they were free. Fast service, no pressure to buy anything over and above the insurance and excellent customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great experience with this location. I called earlier in the week looking for a weekend appointment for my daughter. I did not want to keep her out of school nor did I want to feel rushed. I was informed that there would be a doctor available on Saturday and I got the time convenient to me. got an appointment at the time I needed. Our appointment was for 2:00PM. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted and given the paperwork needed, (2 quick pages, 2 minutes). After filling out the paperwork, a couple quick tests in we were in the the doctor. Dr Johnson was fantastic, really nice and worked well with kids. We arrived at 1:59PM and walked out the door at 2:21PM with Rx in hand. Easy to schedule, extremely short wait times, friendly staff, great prices and quick. I would definitely recommend Visionworks and specifically this location.

Everyone who works here was extremely friendly while still doing their job well. Usually getting new glasses and an eye exam can be a chore but they made the experience pleasant. I will definitely get both my eye exam and glasses from here from now on.

I was at the Visionworks on Watson Blvd because of the promotions they had and it turned out to be a surprisingly best choice I made. I was politely greeted, be seated, and consulted by Regina. Next, Patti carefully screened my eyes. Then, Dr. Clements examined my eyes thoroughly before writing a prescription for my eyes. The eyeglasses I ordered arrived to the store 1 week earlier than the expected day. I would recommend this Visionworks location and would come back again for my future eye care needs. My brother also got his eyeglasses here after I told him about it.

I have been a patient here for many years. Today was probably the worst visit I have ever had. I showed up for an appt at 5 PM, signed in and was greeted by Anslea. I told her that I have an appt at 5 PM. She proceeded to look for my appt and I was then told that my appt was not today but Monday at 5PM. I would have been perfectly fine with that, had I not been standing there with my phone in my hand getting notifications that I had an appt at 5 today. Even showed her where I had the appointment saved in my emails. Anslea did let me know that she would check with the doctor to see if I could be fit in today. She went to the back to check and returned but did not come to me, she went to the counter where another associate spoke with her and then that associate came to me to let me know that I could be seen on Monday but that was the only time that I would be able to be seen. But because I made my appt online and theyre having glitches with the program I cant be seen. Fine and well, I understand that COVID is going on and that there are glitches across the board with many places, but what I do not understand is how I was standing in your entrance getting notifications from Visionsworks about an appt that I supposedly did not have. The professionalism was not the best and needless to say I will not be going back here.

Since I walked in the door, I had nothing but the BEST experience! From the eye exam, to recommendations on new contact lenses, to a huge selection of glasses, they took care of me. The prices were decent, however I was out of network and wish they would have shared cost with me ahead of my exam can and purchases. Recently I got an eye exam for glasses and let me tell you, the optometrist there did some additional tests on me that I never recall ever being performed on me before. She was efficient, sharp, and the additional testing made me feel like she was being very thorough with me. She was even compassionate enough to provide an anesthetic after my dilation so my eyes wouldnt sting after the dilation drops were placed in. The employees there were friendly and helpful as well. I didnt buy any glasses there but they had some pretty good deals while I was there.I should also mention that I went for my eye glasses exam while they had the 29.99 special! Great deal!

I was kind of skeptical at first I had brought my wife with me, after I filled out the paper work, which was not alot, they took me right back, I had an appointment at 5 the young lady did the preliminary test,and then I went into another room, Everyone was VERY professional, I then had my eye exam from a young Man Dr. Johnson I believe, Excellent and then the woman who checked us out told me that my insurance was good but through them if I were to use a different plan I would save so much more,which I did I think that she saved me like 500 dollars, Would I recommend this place. Im really disappointed because there is such a great selection of glasses here. However, I did NOT feel welcomed in this store. Every other customer that entered the store was greeted and asked what they could be helped with; they were treated how a customer should be treated. Not sure why I was ignored from the time that I entered to the time that I left. Not very professional for the enployees to be whispering to each other the entire time either. Will NOT be going back to this location or any other Visionworks..

The customer service is always outstanding. Today, Dana went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. Although they do not accept my insurance, their savings and customer service makes me return to them for all my familys needs.

The Visionworks lab techs must be a bunch of monkeys pressing buttons. They cant seem to get glasses on-axis no matter how many times they remake them. The people at the store and the doctor are nice but that doesnt make up for poor execution of a glasses prescription. At least they gave me a refund after, how long has it been... 3 months of runaround?
