One night I got home from work and it was extremely hot and humid in my house. I couldn’t stand it and got a hotel for the night. The following morning I called premier heating and air company and they were able to arrive under an hour and fixed the A/c unit under 30 minutes. Great company/ awesome customer service and highly recommended for others.

Premier came out when they said they would and were done ahead of schedule. The AC unit is functioning perfect. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future. Premier uses the newest equipment and is well trained.

I called with an issue with my AC and Henry came out and did an excellent job... love this company!

I would not recommend Premier Heating and Air, I received a quote for a new unit from Jason. The unit cost with installation through Premier Heating and Air $4788.00, for part numbers aruf37c14 air handler and gscz140361 heat pump, however I found the exact same units online for $1621.00. This is for the bottom of the line replacement unit with poor reviews. This was also was within seconds of searching, this was the first supplier that came up. I understand that there are taxes, installation costs and other misc supply costs. When I asked Jason for a cost breakdown for the additional $3167.00 I got nothing? I asked for the install labor rate and more so an explanation that made some sort of since? I was told this is just what it costs and that it didnt matter because I was financing it anyway. Anyway I was able to buy a new unit, aspt37c14 air handler gszc180361 heat pump better price better and installed by certified installers in 6 hrs for $3700. Premier Heating and Air cost for what I got installed, $7078.00 after their bogus rebate.
