Couldnt match a color to save their life. Went in with a paint sample 3 different times and got 3 different colors. They were THEIR (PPG colors) how can to not match your own colors!?!?! Do not recommend

Some of the people are friendly and helpful, some not so much, but ultimately they had what I needed even though I had to tell 2 different people multiple times.

Sent to pick up paint, everything already ready already(I hear that, alot. Stopped believing). 4- 5 gal. Buckets. None ready, ok Im human. I can wait. This guy had complaint after complaint, irate contractor, after Ill customer, and was losing his temper, slowly, you could watch it come apart. So, to divert, he starts asking me...smalltalk??? Questions. So I play along and answer, but he interupted in mid answer with another ques. So I go to say, and he interupts again, meanwhile, my pick up, untouched. He goes on and on about wheres his help at and if I had more info, as I was already out the door in truck. Long tale longer, WE ordered wrong color anyway. So 1.25 hour drive, for a four hours late, delivery, was just for funzies.

Bill was very helpful and matched the color that we needed exactly. Will definitely do business here again.
