I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic check on my car and they were very efficient with getting it checked and calling me back. Very pleased with the service on my dads 2007 Honda Accord. The A/C was blowing warm air and they were able to get it fixed for me within a few hours. Joe noticed we were also in need of an oil change and was kind enough to get that done before I came back to pick up the car at no extra charge. Will definitely be coming back!

Rob was super friendly and was very patient explaining everything to me. He made a point to make me very comfortable with the work being done and I felt confident in the services performed. The work was completed quickly. 10/10 would recommend Rob to everyone . Especially to those who aren’t very car savvy and need/want a little extra explaining.

Ive been getting my car serviced there for 4 years went today its under NEW management and a oil change went from 26 bucks to 40 bucks without informing me of the change. Good thing I asked I havent seen that guy before. I went there Monday at 9 to get the oil change he told me to bring the car earlier. So you guess Im done doing business with that place

Separate oil change shop “topped off” too much trans fluid in my car, wouldn’t shift right. Came to first choice and Rob got his guys to get me on the lift right away. They hooked me up. And im driving my car writing this review an hour later. Fast, good quality 5 stars.

Rob gave me a great price noone else would touch it I had both manifolds replaced on my 1998 Ford F150. ALSO JEFF WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A RIDE HOME WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF.It was done in 6 hours!!!!Thank you all!!!

I was quoted $1250 for rear brake pads, rotors and calipers. Offered a $50 discount as if that would help. I went back to my usual repair shop and ended up paying $383 for rear brake pads and rotors. The calipers were able to be rebuilt with a new boot kit, and did not need replacement at all.

I absolutely love the work these guys do on my car never a problem always wonderful results and they ate always will to look at my car at no cost.

The service at First Choice has been awesome. They have been reasonable with the cost of repairs and they fix cars within reasonable time. I will continue to take my car here and i will recommend their service to anyone in need of repair for their car.

They will give you a quote for repairs that need to be done to your car that is reasonably priced and after they fix your car they will try to come up with excuses to jack the price up on you after they have already fixed the car. I will not be taking my vehicles here for service anymore and will not recommend them to anyone

I will never go to this place again. The repairs that said they were made were not done and it cost me getting a new engine put in. I went to the shop numerous of times for the same issue that never was fixed.

Hopefully they have new owners. took my car there was told one price had my car sitting out for about a month and I had to keep seeing why it was taking so long this was April 2020 got my car back June after keap coming to see why it was so long to fix it. my transmission is losing fluid over time. and I dont know were its coming from. to much to talk about. I just hope they are some more new people owner from April of last year

I went for repair car. Instead of repair they removed the component. Nobody should go to this place . Old owner was very good and authentic so I went there. The new owner is as bad can be. When I was there I heard he was talking about another customer who also complain like this that his car ac component he damaged.

If you want your muffler and your muffler system done Right this is The place to go The Price is Right theyre very nice and they even customize your exhaust to the way you like it one of the best exhaust and muffler shops Ive been to for the last 30 years or more

They saved my car it was on its last leg and they brought it back to life. I tell everyone that I talk to thats having issues with their car about this place. Awesome customer service & professionalism by Zonte. After describing the issues I was having with my vehicles he gave me all possibilities of the reasons & then quickly ran diagnostics for accuracy. The mechanics prioritize well and also suggested some other maintenance work. I left feeling very satisfied and come regularly for routine maintenance.

The work done was good and ahead of time given. However, the fluid levels replaced in the car was not sufficient amounts...they were low. Please pay close attention to refilling fluids. That mishap can be costly to your customer.

Rob helped me and they did a great job. Will come back again!!

Took my van here for a muffler. Told them it was too loud and please fix. They got me in fast and told me it would be $140.00 to replace the muffler and fix the problem. I left and came back and it was done. I paid and went outside started my van and the muffler is just as loud as it was before. I went in and asked why and they told me that the converters were removed previously and that is why it was loud. I asked why they did not fix the problem I came in for and they just said sorry. Sick of shops ripping people off. 15 minute job, $45 part and I guess $400 per hour for labor. Never again.
