I gave four stars because this store is always stock with good product. At one point in time I couldnt give four stars because me and a couple of the staff we didnt see eye to eye Im 56-year-old a woman of integrity loyalty trustful, I dont know what the problem was Ive moved further in Sterling heights so I dont really come to this family Dollar store often but lately since I have been coming the respect has been given. thank you young man I dont know his name !it might be Ryan. Keep up the good work!

Large selection of everyday items at a discounted price from duck tape to disposable cutlery. Most products are cheaply made with plastics but you get what you pay for. The store itself is relatively clean and well presented. Own-brand Family Dollar products arent actually bad - their hand sanitizer and oatmeal lotion are pretty good and only cost $1.00!

THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WEARING MASK AT ALL WHEN I ASKED THEY SAY FAMILY DOLLAR SAY THEY DONT HAVE TO AND ITS THE LAW

Staff is kind courteous & helpful. This store is clean & well organized. I only went in for 1 itembut came out with more.

Great ice cream. Didnt even know they had ice cream. There was a line but it was worth it. No one complained. Great set vice.

My husband just had the most peculiar experience here. Went in for baby wipes (which we usually go to Walmart) he paid with a 50.00 bill and Mah told him this is not a bank. Now my question is.... Since when doesnt a place who sales things not except money? Im a Nurse and I cant go to work and refuse service to patients and still get paid. I dont understand what the problem was.🤔

I have gone to this location for years, up until this last few months, the employees were very very nice. Today I again brought my grandchildren up there, they are very well behaved. I went to purchase something and asked if they could break $100.00, the girl at the register said I do not have change, she looked at the other girl (she said her name was Jasmine) and the other girl (Jasmine) said then she just does not get anything in a very rude tone. I said I had my debit/charge card and that I would pay for the purchase with that and asked her (Jasmine) if she would please watch her tone as the grandchildren were listening and they were brought up with a great respect for their elders. She (Jasmine) said in again a very rude tone you watch your tone much louder this time. Every time I have seen her at that store, she is lazy, she acts like it is a major inconvenience to wait on people. Very disappointed that this location would hire such an aweful employee. Disappointed customer. I would rather drive to another location than to have to deal with her, EVERY time she is working she is just awful.
