Top notch service every single time! They are honest and efficient with their customer service and work. They dont give you a price and then it change when you come to pick up the car! Love these guys!

Amazing small town honest people

Had a 830 am appt. For inspection and got there about 815am had to wait to be waited on when the guy came out of the office I told him I had an 8:30 appointment instead of a acknowledging anything I said he turned around and walked back into his office without saying a word then a lady came in about a tire and he went right outside with her to work on her Tire while leaving me standing there still at the counter finally he came and got my keys and asked where the truck was and I told him and he turned around and walked away while I was still talking to him . I will not be bringing my vehicle back there agsin. There were a couple items that did not pass inspection so I have 30 days to go back but I took it to Ford instead where all my issues were taken care of without any attitude or rudeness.

Not friendly at all very rude. If you don’t look like them don’t even bother. Go to Kansas City where it’s somewhat more diverse.

Did business with their shop twice and will never go back. First time was a vehicle inspection. The mechanic checked everything according to Mo. Vehicle inspection guidelines which are posted in the front of the station. They raised the hood ( not required) and failed the vehicle because they said brake fluid was shooting straight up from the master cylinder. I took it home and it was dry. There was no fluid anywhere plus the resevoir was full.
