Shout out to Jon Reyes for providing us with exceptional service. We were in the market for a Focus RS and found one here at the Warrensburg Ford. We immediately inquired about pricing fairly late into the evening and received an unexpected message back confirming that theyd get back to us first thing in the morning. Which they did! We are a little over an hour away in the North Kansas City area and Jon did an amazing job answering all of our questions over the phone to better prepare us, making our trek worth while. The car was pristine as described by Jon over the phone and he made the process so smooth. We appreciated that they were open to negotiation as we were hoping to buy cash upfront. Our car is now getting detailed, a full tank of gas while we take our dogs to the park and get sushi in town. More dealerships need to follow this approach. Warrensburg Ford was great on our recent vehicle repair. We were told by another dealership that our repair would cost a couple thousand dollars. Warrensburg diagnosed the problem and determined the repair was covered by Ford’s warranty. SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW:The service team has always been prompt and helpful no matter what service I take my vehicle in for. When the turbos both decided to go haywire, they helped me find the best way to handle the situation to save me money and were understanding and empathetic of the cost instead of just saying well, sorry bout your bad luck! They actually walked me through the cost, where we could save money without sacrificing long term safety and prevent it from breaking in the future. Definitely one of the best crews in town!

10 minutes before a work meeting, my car shut itself off in the middle of the parking lot. Transmission permanently disengaged. The CPU was no longer registering the gear input. I called a mechanic friend of mine from work to help. We battled the inside and outside of the car. We didn’t get anywhere. Hours later, my car got towed up to the nearest Ford service provider. Mr. Tony Wood warmly greeted me as he quickly read into my twisted day. The shop was booked for two weeks. Then, I had to figure out a commuting situation for who knows how long my car will be in for the repair work. After making 15 phone calls in the waiting room, Tony informed that Transmission disengaging was part of the recall that Ford has had done. He went ahead and arranged the repair work in between the scheduled appointments. Still wanting to figure out what exactly went wrong with the car, I asked for more details. Tony was not bothered or stressed a bit to explain the situation. Tony even recommended preventive measures I could track on my own to keep parts in good health. Three hours later my car was ready to go. Tony could have scored multi-grand sales. But, he actually took the time to look into the recall policy and offered a helping hand to a clueless customer. I was not only relieved at the end of the day, but knowing that someone actually went out of his way to save it was definitely a meaningful experience at a local dealership like this.

I asked them to do an oil change, a tire rotation, and air up the low tire. They did the change and rotation but did not fill up my tire. I called to set up my appointment the week before but my appointment didnt exist when I came in. They worked me in and had my car available 3 hours later.

Staff very professional and courteous. Also very fair in price quote. Matt was very patient in providing information and suggestions when I called for a possible service. At my appointment, Tony shared with me the results of the inspection and explained to me that my car did not have any brake issues. He went beyond and asked about additional scenarios when I seemed to have some brake issues. He explained to me why brake vibrations during snow days was normal. I was ready to pay the brake inspection fee, only to be told that its free this time. They never try to sell you anything unnecessary!

Went in for the works oil change and to get the a/c checked. Found out I also had a screw in my tire. Was kept informed the whole way before any extra or unnecessary work was done. The tires were balding on the inside so a tire rotation would have made the car drive funny. Saved me $10 there by not going ahead and rotating them to just come right back wondering what was wrong. Very pleased with the service!

I havent been inside a dealership in quite a few years. These guys surprised me. Didnt make fun of my old car, very easy to work with and happy to help. And it actually cost what they said it would. I might even go back there someday.

I set up my appointment online a week beforehand, dropped my car off before they opened and left a note to call me at 2pm (since I am a night worker). The service was for a recall item and an oil change. I got the call at 2pm on the dot. My car was ready and it cost just what they said it would. I would say its worth paying more to take it to the dealer but it didnt cost any more than it would anywhere else. Great service, convenient drop off/pick up and courteous folks. I cant see how it could have gone better.

I had a very positive experience with Warrensburg Fords sales staff. Ron Reed went above what I have experienced anywhere else. He worked a very good deal for me, brought the vehicle to my home, washed it, fueled it up and delivered it to me at my house. This is a stand up dealership and best of all they do not charge any fees. Then a day or two after I bought my car I was washing it and noticed the clear coat was damaged on the front. I contacted Chris Sheets, the general sales manager. He told me to bring it back and he would make it right. Once again they pleasantly surprised me. The car I bought was an 8 year old 4Runner, Chris kept his word. I arrived and was given a loaner car. My 4Runner was there at the dealership for two days. The bumper was sanded and repainted as promised. WOW I am telling you this is the place to buy. Give Ron Reed or Chris Sheets a call. They will do everything they can do to make you a happy customer.
