I bought some items from the Emery store. I tried for 2 days to return them to that same store. The manager of the Emery store told me I had to wait before she did the return because other things were more important. I went to the Miles store and Tabetha (store manager) helped me. She personally did the return for me right when I walked in with no issues. This store will be the ONLY one Ill go to. Staff is great.

If I could give it a zero star rating that would be much more suitable. The store is not supposed to close until 10pm and the doors were locked at 9:43p. They are lazy and unprofessional. Shop elsewhere if you value good customer service and your time.

Well I could probably give more stars if they was open on time,standing in front of the store as I write this and its about 10 min after opening time....ok Im back its now 20 min after opening,yeh 1 star is adequate.

The cashiers were very helpful and friendly greeted you upon entrance didnt find what I wanted but got what I needed Thanks girls!!!

Service was good...the grounds were awful...trash everywhere. Someone ditched tires on the premises...its been a long time since Ive been there and the grounds is still the same.

Its okay there to shop, the cashiers has serious faces w/ no smile,, usually most Family Dollar cashiers speak to everyone that comes in but I guess its too early in the morning for them these cashiers to speak,but its okay I was in & out so it doesnt matter & I also say good morning to them to try to put a smile on their face but it didnt help, but then again cashier did say have a good day after they pack my bag so I guess it did help w/ me saying good morning first. Maybe they will put on a happy face when their paycheck comes.😄

The family dollar In Garfield hts ohio across from the police dept in Garfield is my store. All the employees are fantastic. They do whatever it takes to help you and the store is always clean. They take care of their customers and do their job. The manager is awesome. Family dollar is my second home. Thank you

Consistently awful service and store, for being relatively new, looks pretty run-down already. Seems like every time I go the service and staff get worse - employees bickering with each other, I checked out the other day with a cashier that carried on her phone conversation the entire time. They should be embarrassed.

Boxes was everywhere they was out of stock of a lot of stuff. People was stealing. Prizes was not reasonably!!!

I was initially excited for this store but after shopping there a handful of times EVERY cashier is rude ! So disappointed! None of them should be in customer service. They dont even say HI.! they seem to be bothered by you shopping there . So weird.

A couple months ago the mgr and myself got into a Verbal altercation in regards to no cash back. Instead of explaining calm and respectful the mgr began cursing at me stating this is her store and no one can make her give cash back since being robbed. Then she proceeded to call police because she wanted me out her store. As the minths went by i continue to shop at this particular store and on 5/18/18 i came in contact with this mgr. who at the site of me in front of a store full of ppl began cursing and picked up phone to call police stating once again this is her store and i can shop there.. I politely asked, so im banned ? And she stated yes. I live in Miles Landing apartments down the road from this store for years with no altercation with any management or associates. This is unacceptable and i want something done. She has neighborhood crackheads cleaning up the parking lot while customers have to wade through cigarette smoke because employees smoke at entrance just to find molding bread on shelves and employees eating at the cash register. Because i really need things for my home i walked several miles to another family dollar. However I am not moving from my apartment so i can see myself having to continue this walk when this above store ive been mentioning is a five minute walk. The mgr from her first day has been rude argumentative angry and always complaining about her role at the store. The store is nasty and SEVERAL times it has not opened not even close to opening hours while customer waited outside, sometimes in the cold.

Messy inside and out. Products on floor, garbage can over flowing and garbage blowing around parking lot. Glass broken glass out inside and outside. But the new lady at the register was actually nice unlike the usual people there. The second star was for her

When youre on a Sunday night at 8:30 p.m. store closes at 9 however they had already locked the doors would not let anybody in they had claimed it was because it was a holiday weekend however nothing was posted on any website or the doors itself to the store. What a waste of time

It felt like I was in an obstacle course! Shelving leaning in aisles. Stacks of merchandise waiting to be put out but blocking aisles. It looked as though they were very understaffed. Yeah, I think Ill choose a different location next time if I decide to try another Family Dollar.

There was raining When I went to the Store and I finded more Rain inside the store than outside. The roof is leaking everywhere, over the products and over you as well. Nasty place, this is a soooo dirty place!

I have had so many problems with this family dollar I still believe theyre just hiring anybody I bought a big liquid laundry detergent and on the top of it was a coupon that the workers put on it I assumed he took it off until I looked and it was still right on top of my laundry detergent I only had 3 items and when I said did u ring this coupon up he started laughing and said oh naw I didnt but u can do a return and I will redo it it was people behind me so I just left how didnt he see it hanging off the top
