Went through the drive thru. Staff was very friendly from start to finish. They were very quick and the line moved so fast. Nice & efficient. Ordered a nitro cold brew with whole milk. Tasted good and not burned. Would definitely come back!

This Starbucks always has things in stock.Especially important to have Fox, unicorn, or birthday cake pops else Id have to lug through town on my quest for my kids like I usually have to do after visiting the one by jewel (ugh fur them!!!)Wish my Starbucks app works - an issue for headquarters for millions like me, but I cant fault this location for headquartersapp blunder.Thanks also for all your smiles and conversations! I go to this Starbucks just about every day. There service is normally really good, and their pike is always fresh (found that’s not always the case at other Starbucks). But had a bad experience today. I called yesterday (July 3rd) to ask them what their hours were for today (July 4th) because I had to work at 6am on the 4th. The person on the phone said that hours were normal for the 4th of July. So, when I was leaving for work around 5:30am on the 4th, I put a mobile order in and the app accepted the order.However when I got to this location around 5:40am, they were closed. So, I went to to work without having a coffee and a small breakfast as I had planned. Also, I was charged around $8 for an order that I did not receive.When I got off work around 10:30am, I went to speak to the shift manager because I was charged $8 without getting my order, and still wanted to get coffee and breakfast for the day. I told her what happened, she apologized, and said it was “probably someone new I spoke to on the phone who didn’t know the holiday hours,” and that my order, “probably went to the next nearest Starbucks.” I wasn’t mad, I said ok as I figured after being inconvenienced to this extent (after I called the previous day to be told they were going to be open at 5am when they weren’t) that she would at least comp part of my order when I got off work.But as I left I found out that she refunded me, but did not comp any part of the new order that I had placed. If you are in customer service in the food and beverage industry, whether you are a huge corporation (or in small business) if your company makes a mistake to this extent, the least you can do is comp some part of the order for inconveniencing the customer in this manner. Not only was my order not there when I was charged for it, and when I was told they were going to be open, but I had to go back to the store in order to solve this problem.If I had not called the prior day, I may understand it more. But the fact that I went to through the effort of calling to be sure of their hours, then they gave me the wrong information on the hours, and then they couldn’t make good in any way, is very disappointing for a local coffee shop that I visit just about every day.

Very helpful and also recommended great drink and eating options. Totally went out of their way to double check for my vegan preference.

This used to be a great location but last couple weeks drive-through line has been ridiculous and barely moves at all so clearly they have done something to slow down their service. So if you’re looking for a place to grab a quick cuppa coffee this is not the place to go

Starbucks has not done well with covid. Is the store open or closed? It was closed for months. I went 2 weeks ago on a Saturday and it was closing for lack of staff. The good thing was I drove around and found a local coffee shop to support.

Starbucks continues to partially fill cups. I dont know why they do this. The drinks taste good, but they keep leaving way to much room when I didnt ask for it. Poor quality control.

Today I went with my mom and two children to Starbucks Naperville . Merideth took our order and Luci added cake pops free of of charge for my two kids after she knew that their sister was invited to a birthday party that they werent invited to. I just wanna say how friendly the staff is.Lucy was very very nice to us and even got them extra stickers and colors. It was worth it by all means. She even split the kids drink into two cups so they wont share the cup. I have never written a review in my life but this experience was so great. Ive never felt so welcome as I did today... many thanks to Luci and Meredith.. you both made our night special and cozyNora😍

I want to thank the Starbucks in Warrenville for their professionalism. I ordered a horchata coffee blend, in the midst of the production of my order, I realized they use almond milk in this recipe(Im deathly allergic to almonds), I told them. They were so polite and professional. They sterilized a blender just for me on their own decision. They suggested a different mixer used coconut milk at my request. So I could still enjoy this new drink. I was blown away on such wonderful customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Two visits, two 11 minute delays at the drive thru. First time I can excuse. It was a busy time. Second time, I was only car at drive thru and ordered one coffee straight off the menu (no substitutions)...still took 11 minutes. Of course, there is always the complaint about spending 6 bucks on coffee, but that is not what this review was based on.

Great service, convenient location. Sometimes they are out of a sandwich when I place a mobile order and I dont find out until I get there but thats a technical issue for the app.

Every other time I order, my order is wrong. You think I would learn to check before I drive away. I’ve called then number and it keeps ringing with no answer. Nothing is worse than wanting your coffee or snack and getting back to work and it’s wrong and you have to throw it away. Waste of time and money. Come on Starbucks, get your stuff together.

Small starbucks but good service. Thend rive thrubis off the corner of Cicero; thus can be a problem for getting into the drive thru wkth heavy traffic.

Coffee was fine, but I asked please no stopper. I got a stopper. I told her my reason...unnecessary plastic in landfills, oceans, in turtles noses and birds stomach. I know each store does their own thing, but I suggested that they make it policy to ask customers first. She was very nice and understanding, and went to put the stopper in their recycle bin...which was so sweet I didnt have the heart to tell her its probably not recyclable. Anyway, the main problem isnt this store per se, but Starbucks lack of global responsibility. Get the plastic out of paper cups, stop using plastic for water and fancy drinks, and get rid of the stoppers. Imho.

Outside is trash, a lady just cleaned up by the drive thru who doesnt work there. The garbage is almost full. I got a passion tea lemonade and they tried to tell me I couldnt get lemonade with a refill. I wasnt about to sit there and argue but Ive been to lots of starbucks, multiple times and always got free lemonade too. Its outrageously priced to start with. Youre starbucks for crying out loud, you could charge $1 for every drink and still make millions of dollars. $4 for damn tea is ridiculous. I like starbucks yes but not as a company. I could make tons of tea with lemonade for way cheaper than what they charge for one. I get you need to make money but geez. Also you could at least hire nicer people. They werent totally awful..but could definitely improve.
