Bought a sectional and chair. They unwrapped the couches before bringing them inside. Blamed my boyfriend for the damages that happened to the couches when they asked for help getting them in. Mind you my boyfriend only helped bring the 1st couch in. They brought the chair and second piece of the couch in themselves. Ruined both couches. Called and she said my son knows what hes doing. Then why were the couches unwrapped? Why did you have to bring the legs for the couches back? Why didnt they take the door off instead of literally breaking my door down? Trash. Dont recommend.

Very quick n friendly experience I dealt with sylvia I never met her b4 she was very nice n informative n even let me lay in the bed with my shoes on (lol) she even gave me a pillow to try n was patient enough to let me lay there a few minutes to decide if I liked it or not.. For everything i purchased n what she included in the deal for no charge I was pleased with the price I paid Im going to set the bed up and see how I feel after a week and I will go back and post on the board they have in there about the actual comfort of the mattress so based solely on my experience at the store and service and price I give them 5 stars..

This was our first trip to Rock Bottom of Warsaw, and we will definitely be back! We went in looking for a bedroom dresser and found a good selection of options. The team there was very friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in until our dresser was delivered an hour after we purchased it. We love our new dresser; its great quality and exactly what we were looking for in style and size. Furniture shopping can be a pain sometimes, but Rock Bottom of Warsaw made every step of the process great!

Everything is very expensive there your better off going to a walmart.

I bought two comfy accent chairs and a couple beds and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was well worth my money, it’s a great couch and my daughter and other guests like to sit down and relax for a while. I’ve actually extended and slept in the sofa sleeper... excellent quality. The two accent chairs are so comfortable and I’m happy and satisfied with my chairs. It’s my favorite thing to sit in normally.My bed is a firm bed and it’s the best bed I’ve ever had. It’s hard for me to find a good mattress or bed for me as I have back issues. As staff helped me out on a selection of beds to look at because of my back issues. And this one is one of the firmest and I feel comfortable with. Most of all for a good nights sleep and rest.All the furniture goes well together. Good enough taste people think I should be into interior design however the owner and staff helped me figure out what goes together too. Staff gives lots of great suggestions, like what pillows go well together and so on...You get what you pay for. The quality is very good for what I paid and the service is great! They remembered my name the second time I came in when they were busy that day.... they did a fantastic job delivering them to my house the same day and on another occasion they let me wait till I was ready to have them moved into my house. They work with the customers they have. Owner and staff is nice, mindful and cordial with me. When they did deliver my stuff on two occasions each time the staff was gentle with the furniture and my home getting it inside. Staff delivering was polite about everything even wiping their shoes off before they got my furniture in. I’ve got no complaints they saved me money and the quality is great for what I paid and it cozy and comfortable and easy to sit or sleep in. I’m a satisfied and happy customer. God bless!

Dont waste your time. Prices are quite outrageous for being rock bottom. Staff is overbearing and incredibly rude. When we told the lady our budget she just snickered and said we wouldnt find anything anywhere in our range. Well we did, just not there.
