I went in to change my service to boost. I bought ear buds and never was told I couldn’t return them to the store, that I had to return to the company of the buds🤦🏽‍♀️ Wasn’t happy about that bye to the buds not working. Wouldn’t recommend.

The lady working told my daughter one price for the phone she choose then charged her that price. Then after she started activating it and do work on computer she told my daughter she quoted wrong price and charged her another 47 dollars. I dont think that is right.

It took some time to get to the counter and finished, but that is because there was only one person behind the counter. She worked her butt off!! Also was impressed by the young man who waiting for an interview for several hours. The young lady was to busy.

Every single time I come into this store I get treated like Im a bother. The younger lady with curly hair refused to answer the phone as it rang for at least 3 minutes. She had an attitude with me when she finally decided helped me. Ive never had a problem with any other boost store besides Warsaw Indiana Boost Mobile store on Winona Ave. Thinking about switching phone services.

Stopped in here to see about getting the internet service they are offering up. They are teaming up with Xfinity to offer people a internet with out a contract. Prepaid and you get to keep the router. Its $100 bucks a month Im pretty sure. Seems to be working ok and I dont have to worry about canceling it I dont want it next month I just dont pay for no fees.for canceling . It. Works.good at my house

Great people good products. But dont ever use the insurance package they send you a refurbished phone thats worse than the phone youre trying to turn in. Has more viruses than a $2 prostitute at Mardi Gras. And then saves all your banking information and spreads it on the internet. Dont get the insurance package

On 4/4/18 We had just came from the worst phone store customer service from the boost mobile in goshen across from Bob evens on us 33.(dont ever ever go there). To this nice look clean store with a super nice guy with nice mustache(zachary). As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a very active listening sales representative that was clearly hearing to get, help and make us feel valued as a customer. We had 4 new customers for boost mobile.(coming from sprint after 8 yrs and there plans keep going up but we absolutely love there service.) we were told about there promo unlimited gigs plan were the first phone is $60. And the next lines are $40 each all with 20gb hotspot each. Zach was the only one in the store and he called sprint for us after we told him are numbers were out of contract and could be moved. Two other phone were from sprint(samsung gs5 and Samsung gs7) that were staying same number but new boost phone service(that still runs on sprint). However I was planning on getting a new phone with the same phone number I already had and the fourth the last of us was coming from at&t but keeping same number but buying new phone. Zachary knows his stuff and was able to help us with the AT&T switch phone(which the owner was planning on buying a $100+ phone) he was able to qualify for a free phone and 6 months of Hulu. My phone which was a port from sprint that was planning on buying a new phone I didnt get a discount because I was sprint going to boost mobile(who owns boost mobile). Which for the price alone is still worth it.Please check this store out great prices and great prices on acceories...ask for Zachary he is the guy with the old school mustache.... He made our day and we ended up spending over $365.00....thank you for customer service...

Service was ok the first time. after my first encounter less than 3 hours later a screen protector came off that was guaranteed to last as well as Verizon. Went back to have it replaced and it took almost 2 weeks and lots of phone calls and issues to get a simple screen protector replaced.

Talk to much about everything else but boost business had know idea how to set up my phone .out of the three people finally they told me to go to Sprint I did got the I needed was told know reason boost couldnt done this never returned to this store.1/22/19

Ive been with Boost close to 10 years had straight talk before thought that was the best boy was I wrong if I had a problem with Straight Talk I was on the phone for hours and they Outsource their technical support so youre talking to somebody across the Boost Mobile I really enjoy and if you have a problem you can go to the store and they will do everything in their power to make you happy
