There is one employee that is super cute, welcoming, and pleasant.

This store is awesome!! So much more friendly than the one off of US 30, commerce drive or something. The customer service representative, Jazzy, was so much more helpful than the other at and t store. She actually went into the account on her computer and tried to help! And she did!!! Love this place(they play looney tunes) 😀😀😀😀😀

I came into the store to get a phone number that was in my name in order to receive pressing documents. I didn’t need this phone number to send more than 2 texts- maximum. Brady Bollinger, the sales representative, assisted me, and assured me that I was receiving the cheapest plan possible. I went to cancel my account, and Brady had actually set me up with the Rolls Royce plan- hotspot, unlimited data, 5G plan etc. I used less than 11 Bytes of it total. When I went to cancel over the phone they let me know that this was irreversible and that they couldn’t do anything about the cost. I had the number for less than a few weeks. When I called the store to discuss it with Brady he was dismissive. Be sure to ask a lot of questions if you find yourself at this store.

It was a awful experience. Went there for service was told I had to go to the other store or pay 20 $ To activiste my prepaid account which shouldnt maker a difference

I’ve come into the store so often they know me by name! This store’s team has aways been more than willing to help, educate, and assist me whenever I have issues with my devices! Leaving very happy with the help I received from Ari and Brandon! 👍

Of little help solving voice mail issue.Sure they can sell you a plan... and reset your phone, they literally had us call customer service. They couldn’t fix it at the store.

Amanda was amazing. She helped me out so much by explaining in detail my options and plan to where I understood it. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go and see her about any questions and concerns.

The lack of knowledge of store employees will cost you hundreds of dollars. Sales techniques are aggressive. Be cautious of this location.

My husband and I were told that with my phone upgrade we were eligible for a $40/month Direct TV package; we were also told that if we wanted to add a tablet it would be $10/month. This was a month ago and we just received a $294 phone bill AND a $152 Direct TV bill! Thats a couple hundred more than what we were paying before. I called and all I was given was a run down of all the fees ext. I am definitely considering getting rid of AT&T all together

After over an hour the only thing they accomplished was turning off a phone I had just paid the bill for and telling me to call 611. The customer service guys were not helpful and quite rude. Experience was bad enough that Im considering changing carriers.

Im 40 years old. Ive carried a cell phone for over 20 years. Ive delt with wireless customer service countless times and at best have usually felt underwhelmed. Today I was helped by Holly the manager at this AT&T store and I can say this was 100% the best customer service Ive received from a wireless company. She took the time to really listen to my issue and then actively helped me fix it. I wasnt told to call customer service or visit another store. If you want to deal with a friendly and knowledgeable person who understands what its like to be on the other side of the counter as a customer then go see Holly!!!

Horrible customer service, dont waste your time going here you would be better off at a true AT&T store. They are rude and unable to understand their own return policy that they also print on the receipt
