AAAAAA This place is so cute!! The staff were amazing and kind, and patiently waited for us because it was our first time and we took a while to order! Amazing bubble tea, thick and rich taro tea and amazing coconut that is what you always want coconut to taste like!!! Looks like it could belong as a shop in an art museum! I wish I could stay here just for this shop, but were going back home soon, gotta try and visit again before we go!!! If youre looking for a bubble tea or a nice coffee and tea place this is definitely it!!! Plus, even though we didnt use them there was comfortable seating and a printer to use!! 10/10 would always recommend again!!!!!Once again, I love this place, its great!

Best coffee shop. We travel from Columbia City to go here. Very knowledgeable staff REAL DRINKS like european/Italian style not Starbucks. Even have bubble tea. Recommend to everyone. Very personable staff and they stock dominoes and art which is nice. Did I mention affordable prices.. yeah I love this place.

Friendly, professional and personal able. Not only did they make everyones order correctly but it was smooth, tasty and prompt. We will keep coming here for our fix, I mean Coffee.

Wire and Steam is my favorite place to go. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Ive taken people who arent quite sure what they want, and the staff will ask questions about likes in order to make the perfect drink. Every day, my daughter wants to go to our coffee shop because as she says, Everyone is so nice, and its like impossible for them to make anything that doesnt taste good.

Got the pulled pork and it had lots of fat in it. Probably wont go back. Not impressed.

I had never been to Wire and Steam before and then my sister got me a gift card to the place. I tried it out and am stunned that with a coffee shop selling the amazing drinks that this place does, how is anyone else still in business!!!!! I tried a mocha frappe with a hint of raspberry and. . . . Wow! It was spot on! The smoothness, the flavor, the presentation, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent lattes. There is no need to get fancy. The espresso alone is strong but smooth with no burnt or bitter notes. Ive had 3 in 2 days...so far.

Stayed at a nearby hotel and found this coffee shop via Google maps. Glad we stopped in. The staff are friendly and helpful and know the coffee. 1st visit enjoyed a medium roast Guatemala coffee that had hints of cinnamon on the finish really delicious. My wife enjoyed the Chai latte. Good balance of spice. They allow you to customize your drinks including a syrup area. The next morning we had a cappuccino and a latte, traditional preparation on both. The coffees were perfect. We also enjoyed a banana muffin which is baked in a bakery north of Warsaw. The decor was open and included a conference space toward the back for private meetings. I wish these folks well and hope they thrive. Coffee lovers will not be disappointed.

This has become a regular stop before driving an hour home after working third shift. The atmosphere is paid back, the service personal, and dont forget to start a punch card for a free drink! Its nice to have a local, non chain option for coffee, treats, and bubble tea!

Customer service is always amazing, very friendly people. I work out at the gym Workout Anytime so one day I decided to go give this coffee shop a try. My boyfriend and I are hooked on the Frosted Cupcake latte. We always add caramel but Ive tried other drinks too and they are all amazing! I think this place is better than Starbucks and as long as its around this is the coffee shop I will be going to.

Went to this coffee shop for the first time last Saturday and it was just phenomenal! The baristas working there were extremely amicable and pleasant! I was unsure of what to order and one barista took his time to recommend and make something he thought I would enjoy .(WOW! SO SWEET) My drink was great! Great prices! Love the vibe! 15/10 recommend.

You lost a customer today. No big loss for me.I ordered my drink and saw three prices listed. When I was quoted the final price it didnt add up. I asked why it was $5.62 when the highest price listed was $4.75 (with tax would not be $5.62). Oh, the price went up. So either the large is not listed at all or the price listed is incorrect.I suggested they might want to either list all the prices or correct the price on the board then I heard some sort of non-descript blah blah blah.You dont care? Me neither.Goodbye.

After trying out the different coffee shops in town, Ive settled on this one as my regular haunt. The baristas are friendly and personable, there is plenty of seating, and the space is well lit. Their bathrooms are also well maintained, and there are 2 meeting rooms for rent for larger occasions. The shop also hosts community events throughout the month.The coffee is comparable to other local shops in my opinion. Wire & Steam also has bubble tea, which can be hard to find elsewhere!The atmosphere is relaxing, but as its a large space, the decor feels a bit sparse. This isnt a huge deal, though - Id rather have enough seating than a tiny space with more wall hangings and fewer tables!All around a good local shop, and my favorite place in town to settle in and write or read for a few hours. My only wish is that they were open a little later on weekdays!

Wow, the manager, Teresa, is one of my favorite people! She is so friendly and makes the best drinks. My husband and I go in all the time and she is always smiling. The new quiche is heavenly ( as was the old one)! We love Café Mod !!

Just went this morning. Very bright clean and organized, seemed to havelots of quick snacks and baked goods. Coffee was excellent and you didnt have to wait in line like at Starbucks.

Its a nice place. They kept the same atmosphere as the previous place Cafe Mod. They also support a local group called Cardinal Services by having the art pieces created by the people who go to Cardinal available to buy. Good coffee, comfortable chairs; overall nice.

Well, youd never know this place is called Wire & Steam since the sign and floor mats say Cafe Mod. I got an iced banana split latte. It was fine. The options are pretty uninspired, but they do have bubble tea, which I would get next time. A bunch of kids were blocking the sign about the flavors and I didnt care to wait. The furnishings are sparse and uncomfortable

Beautiful friendly relaxed atmosphere. This coffee shop comes with a full complement of amenities from comfy chairs to board games to good wifi. But the best part is how relaxed and cozy I feel drinking my hot chocolate!

They have a great live atmosphere with plenty of places to sit and have your coffee. The coffee tastes even better than Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and know many of the customers by name.

Im very disappointed in the recent price hikes on a cup of coffee. Such events have forced me to revert to using instant coffee at home. I can buy a jar of instant coffee far less at one of the local grocery stores.Are the employees utilizing a posted standard menu mixture for all coffee, tea products? Or are they guessing. Some employees are good at making many of these drink products but, a small percentage need re-trained.

I go there almost every day and love the special blended drink they make for me. It is a great sugar free drink--love it. People who work there try to remember your name and your order.

I stop here frequently on my way into town for meetings. Coffee is good and the atmosphere is nice. Baked goods selection could be more robust and watch out because the sign is very difficult to see from the road.

Where do I begin!?? With leather couches and chairs around a 3 sided fireplace...movable tables and chairs for any size groups, back conference rooms...the MOST AMAZING baristas who care about you as much as your drink. I sit at their long bar and just feel at home. The food and so many drinks, teas, coffees, smoothies that one would ever want are there. :DNice place to get away from the hustle, but yet feel the comfort at home.Hope to have you join us soon!

CaféMod offers a wide variety of coffees, teas and specialty drinks. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have attended several meetings at this, the CaféMod East location. Sometimes it has been at one of the tables in the main area; other times I have taken advantage of one of the two meeting rooms they offer. They are active in community affairs just having used the Christmas season as an opportunity to encourage their patrons to donate items to help people in our community face the cold weather season. This is definitely one of my favorite destinations when Im in the mood for a great drink in a relaxed atmosphere.

My drink tasted absolutely awful. It was not blemded at all and it tasted like someone put salt in my drink. They were nice enough to give me my money back. But im nkt sure if i will go back.
