Warsaw Starbucks is always over the top with its customer service. Whether it’s inside or at the window, I’m always pleased with their attitudes and words of kindness. Some of the baristas like to have fun with my name and it makes my day. “Without A Trace” “Trace With The Marker”. After giving me my drink, I’m always told to have a great day or words along that line. Thank you Warsaw Starbs for always being great!
Went through drive thru to order a shaken oat milk espresso. Apparently I called it the wrong thing, (I called it their oatmilk brown sugar latte thing with extra brown sugar, lol. I guess I assumed they’d know what I meant) because I received a regular latte with 8 pumps of brown sugar. I had to bring it in because I don’t drink milk, and because it was the wrong drink in general. They replaced it with the correct drink, but there was no extra brown sugar AND the oatmilk was spoiled. So gross. This never happens at the Kroger location.
I have been here several times . There is an hygiene issue that has to be addressed. There are flies in this store and, the lounge could definitely be mopped and cleaned but it is not . Sitting spills on the floor and thus the flies . I understand that this is the only Starbucks store in the area . There are enough baristas working here, it’s just that half of them don’t even care about the consumers. It is an uncomfortable feeling
The staff is always so kind. Usually we like the small mom and pop shops so when we do go to Starbucks its great that they are so pleasant and not burnt out from the continual business
I usually hate making a complaint. After they did my orders wrong. I had to buy 3 more drinks best the other ones were wrong.

Service was very slow. The one drink we ordered was rather weak. The Mango Dragonfruit with lemonade was pretty good. The restroom was fairly clean.
This starbucks is my favorite. They always get my order correct and I love the fact that I can order online I drive 25mins just to come to this location.

Its cool watching mobile order after mobile order come out while youre waiting, and people that were like 2 ahead of you are STILL waiting for the rest of their stuff too. Would be nice if in store was prioritized.Removed another star for a spill that was on the floor when I got there, and was still there after I left (I waited at least ten minutes). Someone could slip and seriously get hurt.

Waited in line for around 30 mins. This location used to run smooth and the drive through was fast, did not have any problems. Last few times have been very long wait times and the lines are the same as before, but much slower. They have gotten my order wrong 3 out of the last five visits.

When a customer says decaf DONT ASSUME THEY MEAN CREAM!!! I didnt say I wanted cream frapp I said decaf frap.

The staff is always so friendly! My go to order is a Iced Caramel Macchiato and my daughter loves a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with strawberry. My order is also correct and the drive thru is always quick!

Service was great ! Havent been to Starbucks in years & didnt know what was good. So the girl picked something for me & it was delicious. I had a VT Latte SF cinnamon dolce w/ almond milk.
The workers there are nice, but incredibly slow. I once ordered ahead and saw my drink ready on the counter, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to stop long enough to hand me my drink, and if it wasn’t for corona and the partition baring me away I would’ve just grabbed it.That wait time was nothing like what you’ll usually experience in the drive through however, the drive through takes forever, so I hope you have half an hour of time to waste and a good playlist to jam out to. And don’t think you can just walk in and sidestep the line, you’ll still have to wait an unacceptably long time inside too.Lastly, the hours drive me insane as well. This is the only corporate store in the town that’ll let you order ahead on the app, but that’s only if they’re even open. The last two days without warning even they have been closed. I had to ask ten million people why and when they’d be open again. If they’re closed for a third day in a row again today then they need to just close for good, you can’t just run a business with different hours daily with no warning. Like seriously who’s even running this place, a high school student?All in all, if you order from here, prepare to wait anywhere between half an hour to literal days on end, this store is a train wreck in a dumpster fire with no management.

Good but very busy
Slow. Ordered via the app and was told I still has to wait in the long line even though it was ready. I was also judged for buying a bottle of water when I can ask for free water. I couldnt add free water via the app and didnt want to wait in line to ask for water. The tone of the barista will not have me return to this location again. Sorry.
You wait a bit in the drive-thru. Order online, go inside, and you get helped right away!

Hopefully youre not in a hurry. I can understand it going slow when theres a long line, but 1 drink shouldnt take 10 minutes when youre already at the window. No explanation or apology for the wait.
I have never reviewed a place before on google, but I had to after my experience yesterday. I was on my way to a hair appointment and I decided to get Starbucks before I went. Usually I have very good experiences at this location, but no this time. I ordered an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream and half the flavor. Somehow it was still $5.19. When I went to take a sip, I could tell something was off. I drank a few more sips and took the lid off to smell it. The milk was completely bad and was curdled in my drink! I threw the rest out and I didn’t have time to go back and get my money but I have been EXTREMELY sick all night. I have been a barista myself for 3 years, but I alwayyyyys check the dates. Especially on something like heavy whipping cream that isn’t used and rotated as much. it could also be that the milk inventory is sitting out too long and it goes bad way quicker. Whatever the reason, I was very disappointed and am still very sick.
Had a 70$ order. Didnt miss a beat.

Edit:. Ive gone back several times since I wrote this review, and despite a few hiccups with staff missing the food portion of my order, the experience has been significantly better. Ill update again if they continue to improve.Ive been going to this Starbucks since their opening, and Ive held off on this review, hoping they will finally get it together at this store.I hope they read these reviews, and take this one as constructive criticism, and get better.This is, and has been from the beginning, the slowest Starbucks in northern Indiana, if not there entire country.Ive gotten in the habit of ordering from home and waiting a few minutes before driving to the store. In spite of this, I STILL end up waiting around at the end of the counter.As an example, I am waiting on a drink as I write this. Its a lemonade, and I ordered from home as usual. I started writing after about 10 minutes in the store.

Im kind of new to coffee and Starbucks. I have noticed that Starbucks employees work well as a team, enjoy their jobs and are happy. Today we had an excellent barista.
The one thing I can always say about starbucks that continually brings me back to there stores, is there consistency. The consistency in the brewed coffee,espresso and ice teas. The consistency in cleanliness. No matter what locations across the United States or another countrys. That I might be visiting. Recently. I have been trying the foods that they offer. Im especially impressed with the breakfast sandwiches. I have not been disappointing with any breakfast sandwich that I have had. They all are very tasty and fresh. The only negative is they are a little pricey, but they are consistently good and thats whats important to me. Starbucks as a whole is consistent. Thats why I keep going back.

I like your Pink Drink Rfr I its the only drink I can have from Starbucks due to my health issues. There is a lady that works there by the name of Anna she is amazing and knows me by name. She remembers my drink . She is ALWAYS SMILES and cheerful! I always look for her when I come in. She is such a joy to be around. She is always on the move doing her job! Thank you so much for having her work here ! Shes truly a genuine wonderful employee to have give you a nice drink after a hard day a work! PS this girl needs a raise! Thank you Anna! :)
My favorite drink was no longer on the menu but Jewel was so helpful in helping me order a drink to replace it. Tasted very close! I also watched as she handled a situation with another costumer very professionally. Love this Starbucks location!
I am writing about my experience today at this location. I was getting new tires at Belle Tire and decided to visit Starbucks while I was there.I placed my order and sat down to eat. After I finished, I decided that I would like to get a snowman cookie to take with me.I went back up to the counter, picked up a cookie and stood at the register. There were four workers. Two in drive through and two making drinks. ALL of them were within my view and facing my direction at one time or another during my three minute wait at the empty register.Not one of them addressed me. Not one of them made an attempt to assist me. Not one of them made an attempt to ring me up. I then very visibly placed the cookie back in the container and the $10 bill into my shirt pocket. I turned around and walked back to my seat which was directly across from the registers.Not one of them made an attempt to see why I may have been standing at the register and then turn away to walk back to my table.This is absolutely unacceptable. They were oblivious to a customer standing in their site at the register. It is not my responsibility to ask them to help me. That should be an automatic response.I have been in the customer service business for over 25 years and was so amazed at the lack of assistance. Obviously, helping drive through is the priority. All I can say is WOW!Believe me, Ive made my co-workers aware of this store. There are several wows in response, as we all work in a customer service call center.I do hope that you take this seriously and quickly provide some much needed customer service training at this location.They were definitely NOT focused on serving me, the customer right in front of their eyes.
Hopefully theyll work out the kinks of being a new store, you know the basics, like greeting customers before leaving them standing at the counter for several minutes, killing off the swarm of flies that inhabits their coffee shop and perhaps cleaning the glass doors and table tops from time time. Once they cover that and speed up their service times, theyll be a solid four stars, add in a little courtesy and pleasantry from the staff and this is a five star establishment all day long!

The coffee is good, but the table and chairs are not comfortable. Its not a place to chill out. Couches, over-stuffed chairs... They really need them. 😬

Its a corporation owned Starbucks so what can I say?They do have a particularly good selection of pastries and sandwiches I must admit. Although, they arent quite up to the one that I was at in New Jersey that had a whole selection of salads. I dont know exactly when it did this but the price of a latte venti has gone up to $5 and change.
Remade the pickup order so it was hot enough.
This is a new location and minor signs of it, but nothing major. Training manager doing a great job. Staff is very friendly and personable.
I always go to the one at Martins. But this time I wanted to redeem one of my free drinks. I was the only person inside the store, but there was a long line in the drive through. I had some trouble ordering my drink, but nothing to really complain about. Then I sat by the bar and waited for 20 minutes for them to get through over 7 cars in the drive through and make my free drink completely wrong. I was already running late so I just took it and threw it away. I never have a good experience there and would much rather go to the one at Martins any day.

I love Starbucks. My issue with this location is they never have sugar free mocha. I have been there 5 times at different times of the day and different days. I have 5 different excuses why they dont have it. I will be going to the Starbucks in Martins from now on.

Very busy location for mid afternoon on a Saturday. Due to the multitudes both inside and in the drive thru it did take more than 15 minutes to get my drink but it was made exactly as I wanted. Do yourself a favor and order ahead.

This Starbucks needs to hire more reliable workers that dont call in sick..Sence I been hanging out at this Starbucks they had to close the lobby down about almost 10 times.
The baristas are efficient at making your drinks. Still slightly slow than other Starbucks but just may be the locale. They do sometimes tend to seemingly ignore you at the register. Also attention could be given to cleanliness of the store. Windows, doors, tables, floors and bathrooms are usually dirty.
Love the seasonal drinks like the caramel brulee latte and the peppermint mocha! But the decor here is a little too industrial for my taste.

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is so friendly and 9 times out of 10 my drink is exactly the way I like it.
My family spends 38 to 45 dollars everyday on ice coffees when they go to drive through.their told they cant buy them at the window we order 10 ice coffee they say you have to go in even when nobodys behind them Valparaiso in has no problem with it theres no sign saying limit so were going to go somewhere else because of the inconvenience to us always going in
19 minutes for my drink to be made. 19. This was NOT my first White Chocolate Iced Mocha, but it was by far the worst! This was the first time it was bitter. Like barely had more flavor than black coffee bitter, and probably 80% ice. Soooooo much ice, then he added more ice. I can buy a cup of ice for 25 cents at any gas station. This was a super horrible experience plus a cup of ice. I drive a semi and require a lot of space for parking, I had already parked at Meijer and walked to this Starbucks and back to my truck, so going back wasnt really an option. Next time I want Starbucks in Warsaw I will either go to Martins or wait until I get back to South Bend. Did I mention it took 19 minutes for a cup of bitter ice?
One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been and I go to various Starbucks often. There was a line of at least ten cars in the drive thru, super slow service, at only 1:30 in the afternoon they were sold out of everything I was asking for. When I got my drink there was so much syrup I couldn’t drink it, I would have got sick from how much sugar was in it, I asked the employee if she could exchange it for a much cheaper drink and she gave me attitude (this is not the customer service I’m used to at a Starbucks) also I paid almost $6 for a drink, I should be able to drink it.. and I asked for a much cheaper drink as a replacement- shouldn’t have been an issue. Lastly I asked for ustensils and napkins for the bagels and cream cheese since they hadn’t provided them in the bags- get it together if you’re going to work in the service industry

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience ever! Stood in line for 5 mins to have drink order taken, due to the fact the Barista would be right with me. Drink order ticket did not print. Waited for 10 mins for and ICED COFFEE! Baristas did not know what they were doing! Not impressed!
Waited so long in the drive thru, my car ran out of gas. When I finally received my drink, I was,rather parched and proceeded to a large drink of my beverage. Only to realize that they completely screwed up my order.

While this Starbucks has a handful of great employees, the service is severely lacking. No matter the time of day or number of cars in line at the drive thru ( even when there are no other cars ), we are consistently told that they (the baristas ) will be with us shortly! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! 🤷♀️ They are regularly out of Mango Dragon fruit...and are out for several days! How does this happen!?!? I can understand on a rare occasion, but consistently- WTH...can they not borrow from another local Sbux until their shipment arrives!? And can they not update their logistics software to prevent this from happening every few weeks!!? Seriously, whos running this place!? And finally, when ordering flavors with coffee and/or americanos ( vanilla, toffee nut ), it would be nice to get full pumps, consistently! One time its perfect, the next time theres barely any even though we order it the same way ever day ( a couple of times a day )!!!! 😬🤯🤬😠 And we cant count the number of times weve ordered a GTL, only to be served up a GT only...zero lemonade; and when we return to have it corrected, we are greeted with attitude???!! We are Starbucks fans & junkies, but this Starbucks needs some serious work!

2 days in a row we had our order forgotten, waiting over 15 min til getting anything & only after asking. And after asking getting “ similar items” not quite our order. Possibly understaffed, maybe just new baristas; this place is a hot mess. Have not tried the drive thru. Maybe that is better.
