Horrible Target Optical. The staff working the glasses part were nice but the doctor doing the eye test would not keep his mask on and was coughing all over everything. I have never been more stressed out.

Every thing I need is always in stock. Plus the store is always clean and the shopping carts always push nice and smooth

I would like to complement an employee in your Warwick Rhode Island (Bald Hill Rd Store) his name is Kyle Brown. I come into your store every Thursday night and I usually purchase at least 10 bottles of Stok Black Cold Brew ice coffee. Every week he is in the food section of the store… I usually empty the case and need more sometimes the case is empty… This employee goes above and beyond to say the least! He takes my shopping cart and goes in back and fills it! He is extremely pleasant always laughs and is just a wonderful person! If I owned a business I would be extremely happy to have a gentleman like Kyle representing me! What a first class employee you have ! Actually all of the employees here are very nice. But this gentleman goes the extra mile!! It is very much appreciated!! Thank you!

I frequently come to target, I came to this target for my sons replacement car seat today I paid in cash and the cashier tried to put 50$ extra of mine in the drawer(probably to pocket later) I made manager count drawer and low and behold there it is. This employee came to me when the manager went to see cameras and talked down to me, the manager didn’t even apologize when she gave me my $50 back. I left here shaking red almost in tears and blood pressure through the roof, I am pregnant it was not necessary to be so disrespectful and to make me look crazy infront of other guests here. I tried to give the woman the benefit of the doubt and told her they were new 50s maybe they were stuck together and then she proceeded to bad mouth me. This woman was also let to go on her break before they even finished checking cameras or counting the drawer. I want something done about this this is so uncalled for I’m so distraught

Customer service from associate Mischelle was excellent! She went above and beyond for me at the Warwick store, making sure I was satisfied with my purchase and being extra helpful and friendly.

The customer service was the best I’ve ever had Allison was a great help with all my stuff and the cashier and express checkout woman both helped me load my heavy furniture items into my car. So easy and such friendly service. Best target trip ever

Well... I love target. What in the world is happening in this one? It was like a tornado hit! I have $200 in gift cards to target and not a dime will be spent at this one because clearly they do not care about their merchandise. It’s a slow Tuesday afternoon, what happened target?

Not even the items in the store, our cashier Sandi was absolutely wonderful!! In a world full of cashiers that dont talk, use cellphones and hate their jobs- people like Sandi are such a pleasure to have check you out! You guys have a unicorn- treasure her! I hope she gets a little raise or bonus for being such a bright light ^_^

Not a fan of the employees. They’ve treated me pretty badly multiple times even though I’ve been nothing but kind to them. The store itself is clean but lacks inventory and is never well stocked. I would have given it a 1 star but gave 2 because the manager is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. I didn’t want some items once and he came up and put them back for me. Hes greeted me when I come in the store and I hear how well he treats his employees.

I went to exchange a video to the customer service desk with my receipt. I was immediately profiled and they called the manager over. She wouldn’t let me return the game with my receipt.The manager told me I had to return it in another store not her store. She immediately started asking me questions “did I make a of the copy the game. I was treated like a thief.

Employees are great parking lot was never plowed and they had employees working for minimum wage shoveling! Poor things, the entire rest of the lot was plowed except target got stuck on the way in and out of the lot!

Good selection and good prices but watch out for promos indicated on their in-store signage. You should verify at the check-out that you are getting the product at the price/deal advertised on the shelf. Expect to spend some time making sure they charge you correctly.

The store itself is fine but the prices are too expensive. Another thing is that this place doesnt sell any laptops but walmart does. If walmart can sell laptops why cant target?

Got a great price and pick up was very easy. Staff were both friendly and professional.The price was only available online. I was able to get that price and then pick it up at the store. Far better than waiting for shipping and hoping it was still there when I got home.

Dont like the remodel Target stores implemented, though I know its not the individual stores fault. Their aisles are really messy in some areas which is understandable but still frustrating. My coupons from the app never go through on their own but if I mention it they fix it easily. Theyre always interactive with my daughters and give them stickers when they have them as well which is nice.

Went to Target located at 1245 Bald Hill Rd, Warwick, RI at 1:30 on 6/19/20.All was ok until we checked out and was met with Donna the disgruntled cashier. Her attitude was NOT what Target brand should be. She had the audacity to stare me down when I asked if there was a problem with the credit card system. She was UNPROFESSIONAL and certainly not what retired seniors should be doing if they dislike the public.

I dont usually fill these surveys out, but after todays experience Im going to reconsider my thoughts. I had the pleasure today of meeting two of your associates, Mischelle and Sar. My schedule is always hectic and I waited until the last minute to purchase 10 bikes for a charity event. I first spoke with Mischelle and explained what I was hoping to accomplish, and she immediately went to work looking up what I had asked her for. Mischelle then turned me over to Sar, who went back and forth with me from guest services to the bike area more than once. Together they provided superior guest service in helping me accomplish what I had set out to do. I was only able to secure 6 of the 10 bikes at this location, so Mischelle called ahead to the other Target location in Warwick to help me complete my task. Sar, also went above and beyond what most associates I have dealt with in the past will do. She scanned at least 10 different bikes for me, and she never once made me feel like I was a pain lol. I have owned businesses for over 30yrs., so I recognize and appreciate great customer service. These two women are an asset to your company, and the type of associates you want representing the Target brand. Thank you, Joe Vizzacco

At any target the front registers tend to be empty.BONUS TIP: You can check out in electronics!

It is really funny to have a Cashier does not even know how target coupons work. I told the cashier I did not have the coupon and asked if this cashier has the coupon. When she pulled out the coupon and I asked if I could take a picture of the coupon. She said “NO, you can not take a picture because it has to be a physical paper coupon.” I added, all the Self checkout stations are not required to insert the physical coupon, so it doesn’t matter if it scans the physical or digital coupon. This cashier really needs some training!!!!

Efficiency...customer service workers...I was disappointed that I couldnt order a rapunzel doll and have a store pick up. The only option was to go to the store. There was no way I would go shopping on black Friday. I was able to do a store pick up for Moana doll.

To many reasons... I’m 54 year old male that was online looking for some new trading cards for my son and found Target being one of very few places I could order it from. I placed an order and went to the store as well. Ive always liked Target on both coast and was also a yearly Black Friday shopper. Between the conception of just like elsewhere and why bother going out of my way and fighting the heavy traffic (The Holidays... Fuggedaboutit) Going back into the store was refreshing as not much has changed and I was fine with that. Seen all my departments, bath, office supplies, big paper, card and gift, food section (new to me) Was hasn’t on diary and frozen as I was out and about and didn’t want to leave it in the car, and got it home anyways. Sooo, between the store, web services and red card... you have regained a customer.

I cant go here without spending less than $100. They have everything you need. Better quality than Wal-Mart.

I went to 3 targets in the area (RI) with an item number from their site and all of them couldnt tell me where the item is in the store or if they had it. Good Grief. Guest WiFi & a busy parking lot available.
