Waited a week and a half to be cleared to pick up my AR via background check. The morning I was cleared to pick up the weapon I had put a deposit on I was Informed D&L sold my gun and I would have to wait. I told them I wanted my deposit back and I would do my business elsewhere. That’s when they pulled the gun from the back room and sold it to me. Unless you’re on the buddy system you are last priority. Very condescending treatment as well. I have never been back since. Order on the Internet and have it delivered here… they love it ;)

Out of all the firearms shops around these guys have the best selection of firearms and accessories around!!!! Not only that they have the highest quality products and firearms for us customers!! I only get my personal stuff from Sean at D&L!! He’s super friendly outgoing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in his line of expertise in this industry!! Staff is well informed and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Prices are at MSRP but in this market that is to be expected. One of the only places in the state that has actual inventory. Still substantially cheaper then other firearm stores in RI and they will spend time and help you find what you need and provide accurate recommendations.

My last review got taken down for being too truthful and again I’ll try to publicize the condescending and horrible service every visit. These guys don’t seem to need the business from the way they talk and rush people out. I don’t know about you but when I go spend 4k on firearms and ammo, I want good service. Not some kid who knows nothing about guns rushing me out of the store and then getting talked down to by some disrespectful punk Mike who actually calls himself the owner. This is the majority of each visit and it’s a shame.

I purchased a new firearm from these fellas and the experience was so good I felt compelled to write a review. They have a huge and constantly updating stock of new firearms. I purchased one phenomenal revolver through their sales on Gunbroker a few weeks ago. The price for a new in box revolver was a bit over MSRP but that is what we expect during the pandemic. I purchased on a Tuesday and spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman in shipping. He assured me that tracking will be sent the next day and it was indeed. My firearm arrived on the second day, early and in 100% perfect condition. I will confidently buy from DL supplies again and highly recommend this business with no reservations. 5 stars all around.

As a first time buyer Mike and his staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. After my first purchase I understand why D & L is a very busy store. The repeat customers I noticed while I was there said it all. I never once felt rushed or that I was asking ridiculous questions. Mike takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail and his knowledge is obviously right on point along with the rest of the staff. Lazy employees with bad attitudes, not all but some. Enough to not return. Zero sanitation, masks not being worn at all by a few employees, others wearing them below chin and generally ineffective. No screening of any kind, poor business policies in general practice. Cashiers behave like exactly that, cashiers who make minimum wage. Dont expect anything more than covid and a headache from this place. Employees lack basic comprehensive skills and the selection is poor as well.Only positive, the owner is a real wise guy, but somehow hes not the worst in the building!

Update: review dropped to 1 star after handgun determined to be defective and was replaced by manufacturer. Biggest waste of time ever.Original Review: 2 stars for general selection in a time of usually limited selection. Loss of 3 stars for the general frustration I went through purchasing a gun here that seems to be a common thread;I purchased a handgun here a few weeks ago on 1/15. That night, I was told that the gun should arrive to the MA FFL by mid week the next week. They took my email, and stated I would receive tracking info once shipped. I was emailed a receipt which gave me confidence this would happen. Boy was I wrong.The next week on Wednesday I call because I have not gotten any tracking info at all by this time, surely the gun has at least LEFT the shop. Whomever I spoke to brushed me off, telling me shipping was very backed up and it would be at least a couple weeks and here began the frustration. I should have dug digger because come to find out this employee didnt even check, he literally just brushed me off.So I waited my two weeks like a good customer, still no tracking info. I emailed last Friday asking for an update, no response. Finally I call today and was this tim transferred to the shipping department. From there I was informed the gun had been at the MA shop since 1/19, the same day of my first call in which I was brushed off.When I asked why I never got an email I was told they didnt have my email. I said this must be wrong, as I was emailed a receipt. One of the employees who was on the speaker phone coldly said the gun is at the shop sir basically shut up you got what you want now leave us alone the second employee who I guess has some customer service skills went on to explain they didnt receive my email in the exchange of information from the shop to the shipping department. At this point, I about half believe that...but it was at least an answer.At the end of the day, I did everything in my power as a customer to give my information accurately and follow up in a timely manner. The store failed in multiple instances to provide basic customer service and check on the issue I had brought to their attention. You were very quick to take my money, not so quick to help after that. Will be sincerely rethinking going to this store again, definitely wont be purchasing anything requiring shipping and I suggest others follow this practice.

Went in based off a recommendation and was not disappointed. The two people that helped me were knowledgeable and walked me through picking out a new firearm. BCI check/paperwork was quick and painless. Only downside is the wait (~20-30 minutes) to get in but given the times, it was expected.

Purchased a firearm online, called 2 days later to if everything was good and was told that I was all set. A week later after my FFL didnt receive the firearm, I called them ( D&L) back and was told that they oversold the firearm and didnt know when they would be getting new ones in. Nice and clean but bad customer service. 2 nights in a row I tried to get in and they said hey we’re closed. Yes it was within 15 minutes on a Wed and a Thu. There was not a line more than 2. There are other better customer service options out there.

Only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because I called a number of time to get a copy of my background check and they never got back to me but thats understandable in the climate we are in today. Bought three guns from these guys in the last two months and they have been very helpful. Answered and and all questions, nice and knowledgeable. Lines are very long but the selection makes it worth it. No issues going back here time and again.

Do not recommend this place to anyone. Took 3 months to finally get my firearm from when I did my initial paperwork. When I initially bought it, the salesman said he ordered the gun and when it came in they would let me know. I waited around a month for them to call but nobody did. When I went to the store, another salesman told me they didn’t have the gun and was not sure why the previous salesman would tell me they would call because they do not. I then ordered a different gun and refilled out the paperwork for a second time and was told it might take up to 30 days for the background to come back due to the COVID situation. After not hearing anything from them for 4 weeks, I went into the store and was told they must’ve lost my local background check. I then had to fill out the paperwork a third time and was told I may have to wait 30 days again. 3 weeks into the process, after calling the store numerous times, I finally called my local Police Department to see why it wasn’t coming back. They told me the background had to be resent because D and L’s email with my background request had gone to their spam folder. Magically the next day I called the store, they had my background and I was able to pick up my gun. Bottom line, this place is too busy to care about their customers so don’t expect good customer service or to get your gun anytime soon.

I went there today the person who helped me was Kyle they were very friendly and helpful even when they did not know the answer to my questions they asked other employees and found out. only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because when Kyle asked if my application was filled out properly a guy with a goatee said no it Wasn’t but he was obviously joking because I didn’t have to redo it. A second after that there were 2 smith and Wesson revolvers with a price difference of $20 they were both chambered In 38 special both same color really no noticeable difference only difference was the price so I asked what was the difference between the 2 the guy with the goatee had walked over so Kyle asked him and that employee made a sarcastic joke saying the difference is the one that cost more is better but in reality there was no difference the guns were identical....once again the guy was being sarcastic leaving me wondering if I’m making the rite decision and instead of explaining the difference after being sarcastic he walked off to handle other customers and left me clueless to why these guns looked identical but had a $20 difference

Tried several times to get into the store based on the hours they have on the number one search platform in the world known as Google! Each time we were told that they were closed even though we waited in line. Probably time to update your hours if you refused to honor what is on Google! Found this Mickey Mouse operation on Gunbroker. As per ad, called with some questions concerning a $2600 purchase. The associate was too lazy to locate the gun and answer my questions. I then messaged on gunbroker advising of my experience and they responded back, OK COOL!No worries, went else where! Hard to believe the lack of customer service put forth by DLSUPPLIES.Update, Mike, your response actual makes you sound like a decent guy. Not sure why you are corresponding with me via gunbroker in such a condescending sense. They lie, i bought a gun from them for more $$ than others were selling it for because they offered a deal on a 22 conversion kit if purchased together. I purchased the 22 conversion kit from them as well. They took my money and for 2 weeks now (Ive called 4 times asking about shipping) said were working on shipping it.Finally today I called in and refused to be brushed off the phone only for mike to tell me that they oversold the kit and dont have any, have no idea when they will have it either and will refund me for the 22 kit but not for the extra they charged for the pistol. Then to make it worse they lied and said im pretty sure we would have sent you an email a week ago.Pro tip : avoid them

Order a Gun off Gun broker 6/2/2020. Paid it immediately. Was told the items would ship out after payment in a few days. Week later get an email stating they needed a document. It has been mailed 3 times. I have been copied on the email. Says they still have not received it. Found this out on June 18 2020. Called on June 17 and they could not give me an answer if something shipped. Upon finding out today they still have not shipped the item cancelled order awaiting my refund. I would give no stars if I could. This is by far the worse experience in gun purchase I have ever had. Picked up the phone today called my local place. Will pick up what I ordered tomorrow from them directly. Dont give these clowns a dime. Worse customer service I have ever seen. I have documented over 100 calls to them with only 4 of them actually being received by someone.

I went to D and L on 9/22 to take the test . I took the test and purchased the firearm albeit you can’t take it with you until you receive your blue card . I waited the 3 weeks and contacted DEM who had no record of ever getting it. I went to D and L to see if they send by fax, Fed X or anything that can be tracked so I can call DEM . They send these regular mail . I guess two or three day delivery of a 12 oz package is to expensive for them. I would send these with some type of tracking. I said just refund my purchase and if I ever get it I will come back. They begin to tell me about a 15% re stocking fee, basically 90 bucks for something I never picked up . It states this on the bottom of the receipt that you only get after you buy the freaking thing . Unless you stop and read that fine print while your in the store you are out 15% most likely. After much back and forth he did me a supposed favor and kept $25 . I did not see any signs that are prominent explaining this and I think most people would want to know this. The only reason it’s not 1 star is maybe the 25 bucks partially covers the background check . I am sure it’s not the full 25 bucks, but this practice is bad business in my mind.

Huge selection of inventory. Like other shops, if they dont have it, they can order it. Usual a very busy place when I do go. Staff is very courteous even though theres a large amount of people being processed at any given time. They have many accessories and parts in stock that smaller shops may not have on hand. Poor customer service, they just want you in an out. Once youre cashed out, theyre practically done with you. The guy helping me was forced to answer the phone 3 times while he was trying to help me. The owner needs to find a better way to run the establishment. Background checks and paperwork getting lost or not submitted. Hire a person to focus on just answering the phone please, youre making enough money. Brother in law waited 15 days to get his gun. Back and fourth game between them and the person running background checks in Cranston. Once theyve got your money dont expect anything from these guys. Prices are practically MSRP, dont sell your soul and go out of you way to buy a gun from this place, they dont appreciate our business.

Ive been buying guns and reloading supplies from D&L for a few years now. Yes, they definitely need help in the customer service department as well as training on how to run a business like a business. Im not going to list my complaints about their methods, but I would like to plead with them to hire a professional manager who can streamline their system. I had the worst experience possible with this company. I ordered a gun on gunbroker. I had no contact from the company for over a month. I tried to call weekly to get an update on my order status. The line was constantly busy. Multiple attempts, still busy. Finally got ahold of sales, they informed me that they couldn’t help me because the “shipping” guy already left for the day at 2 o’clock. Tried again a week later, talked the shipping guy and he says he’ll get my order out by the weekend. Meaning, at that time they had stock of my gun. Middle of the following week, I get a call from Mike G, saying they can’t fulfill my order because they sold all of the stock, in store, of the model I had purchased online. The online price was fair and I was excited to be purchasing the firearm I “Won”. It’s obvious to me that the guns in the shop were selling for more than online and I basically got screwed on the whole deal after them having my money for a month and half. Terrible experience. Did nothing to make it right. Don’t buy from these guys.

I am giving no stars.I started and finished all my paperwork for my firearm I Even called to see if It was ready to be picked up . One of the employees informed me that I was not able to get my firearm due to a different address then My identification card. Nobody asked me to bring proof of address a week before my firearm was ready when I was filling out the paperwork. had I known to do so it would have been done. Now I need to pay a $25 cancellation fee because of their communication skills . Had I been informed a week ago the review would have been different. I think that was unprofessional

The selection is the best in the state. Most knowledgable CZ dealer with the biggest selection. Good team of help, directed by Mike, the heart and soul of the company in my opinion. They will not try to oversell you on something you do not need or are in the market for. Mike is very good at giving you your options of where to start in your current financial range.

As I sit writing this review it is 9/16 and I have not only not heard a word from them but they will not respond to any of my numerous e-mails (personal as well as sent through Gunbroker.coms portal).For those who want to know I will go into details on how hard I have tried contacting them. At first I actaully wasnt trying to press them at all. I used a local dealers FFL that was on file to make it easy. I sent them an email trying to comfirm that everything was ok as far as my payment and FFL are concerned. A few days later and they said nothing so I just figured they were busy or covid its all good. Everything seems okay so Ill just let it be. About a little more than a week or so into this I started getting nervous because they were very quick to except my $1200+ but I had still recieved nothing about my gun shipping out. So I start sending emails day after day asking them to reach out. Than I start calling the phone number they have on Gunbroker.com. In their defense the phone number did work but once the ridiculously loooong message they force you to listen to is over it says please leave your message after the tone immediately followed by you cant leave a message because the voice mail box is full. At this point Im ready to go supersonic. Now we are getting into 2+ weeks with ZERO communication and I start thinking, maybe I can find another number for them on the internet and what do ya know boomshakalaka I thought. So I did some breathing exercises and decided I was going to call and be polite because who knows what the reason is that this is going on?! I call the number and Hello D&L Supplies or whatever they said and I was elated just to here it was a real place and maybe my money wasnt stolen....I tell them I bought a gun from them and I just wanted to figure put what was going on, is it sent out or whats the hold up?!? The guy says let me check if someone from shipping is here, okay I said, he than left me on hold for (not exaggerating) 20 minutes. Supersonic is creeping back up at this point, mind you this is almost 3 weeks in at this point. So I hang up and call back, someone pick up the phone and hangs it up on me!!! I call back again and I am sent right to voicemail multiple times. I wait 2 more days, call again and Im told that the guy in shipping will be there at 9AM (he thinks). I ask what time does he work till his response I dont know it depends on what time his classes are, he going to scholl for his masters. Whaaaaaat!!! I dont give a flying _____ about what hes going to school for....I want my gun I paid you for 3 freaking weeks ago, to be at my house or at bare minimum in the mail!!! He also added shipping is 10 days behind.....I think its a little more than 10 days behind guys.... I just had to tell somebody about this experience to not only get it off my chest but to try and save you from wasting your time or money. If I can get my money back I will but who knows at this point. Not to mention just getting the $1200 or whatever back seems completely unfair after this long, I dont do loans....at least not free ones. Went in today, busy day. Had only a couple of questions. Was ignored at the counter for a while. Older guy working there asked if I was being helped, told him I just wanted to know about the hand guns, which ones were on sale. He then went off how they were really busy and didnt have time for a tutorial. I smiled and told him I didnt ask for a tutorial, just need to know where the cheaper priced ones were. He was rude! Clearly, my ovaries were an issue for him. I had watched for the time I was waiting there, tutorials and information that was given out to the males at the counter. Didnt appreciate the rudeness

They normally have a good selection.Here are the problems.#1 They never call you back#2 No list of inventory, even just a text list nevermind pictures.#3 No online store.. lets just work on an inventory list or emailing, calling back, or just answering the phone so people can ask what you have in stock.#4 I say this with Great understanding of thw situation, but with the Covid going on the Line to get in is a bit crazy.Why is it crazy?Its only crazy because youre standing in line for something you have no idea they may or may not have,When if we go back to #2 and they had a list of inventory maybe it would be worth while.If anything changes Ill change my review, otherwise its 2 stars for what it Could be.MOST IMPORTANTLY * they do well in business and make money because i assume people are comfortable going there, but the Business themselves have gotten ComfortableThey dont seem to want to get better, more organized, fix their cluttered shop, or do something with their coming soon online list.

Drove from Wallingford CT to Warwick to pick up an eotech which every gun store in my state failed to carry. They put it aside for me and let me come in close to closing which I appreciated. Store was stocked with real weaponry not lame 22s and wannabe black rifles. Would def be doing business with these guys in the future. Real guns and a real gun store. Pleasure doing business.

I recently (Feb 2016) bought a CZ 75 from D & L. I placed the order over the phone and the gentleman I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and assisted me in putting the order through. I placed the order on a Friday and was told they dont ship things over the weekend. I asked ask for two things when placing the order: One: a receipt of purchase to be emailed to me and Two: the tracking info so I could make sure to be available for delivery. I waited until the following Tuesday and hadnt received either so I called the store. They told me my purchase would ship in the next couple days and that they would send me a receipt. I called again on Friday, still having not received a receipt or tracking info, and was told my package had been shipped. I was given the tracking number and another promise of a receipt. The package arrived 11 days after I ordered it and I still havent received a receipt. The CZ was exactly what I expected and it arrived in excellent shape. I dont know if I was charged the upgraded $35 two day shipping charge, but I suspect I was. It seems wrong to wait 11 days for a package after paying the highest shipping rate they offer. Ive accepted that I will never have a receipt for this purchase. I recently purchased a pistol thru GunBroker and D&L were the supplier, they were happy to take my money but once they got it that’s where all the problems started. I purchased a pistol on 4/24/20 and still have no idea what’s going on with my order. I’ve done as requested and called the store (at least 20 times ) no answer, so I emailed (Joe and another guy Allen I believe) was told in their response to call the store after 12 noon. I did that, same as before either busy or no answer. I’ve been to a lot of gun shops and large gun stores and have never been treated like this before, nor have I seen a store so busy that it can’t take care of customers who have paid them on active purchase orders. I will be contacting the BBB of Rhode Island so other people will hopefully avoid this type of poor (lack of) service.

This store is a little higher priced than their local competition, and they are usually busy so they will not immediately rush over to help you. However, I have purchased several firearms and accessories from D&L. They are a good quality store, the staff is nice/helpful. I like doing business there. I’ve never had a complaint though and how a business handles dissatisfied customers is really important when doing a thorough review. I hope to never have a complaint but I am actually confident D&L would be good about resolving a problem. I look forward to my next purchase.

Total nightmare and criminal behavior. Bought from them on Gunbroker merchandise over $6000. Shipped one gun short to my FFL. Now stonewalling and has not been responding and communicating despite multiple messages. No choice but to file dispute with credit card company.

I had a horrible experience. I purchased a gift card on their website for a birthday gift for someone on 6/20/2020 for $100 and another $4.95 for shipping since I live in NC. On 6/26/2020 the giftcard still was not received, so I sent an email to the business inquiring about my order. I heard nothing back. I called the store and got a salesman and explained my situation. Right off the bat he showed zero interest but said he would look into it and would have the gift card shipped out. I wait another week and still no gift card, by this time the birthday had past and gone. So I send more emails and get absolutely no response. I call the store again and I get no where because the salesman didnt want to bother with it. I finally called the store on Saturday July 11th and get through to the owner and he says this is the first time he is hearing about it and he is the only one who deals with gift cards. So all my previous attempts to find out about my order was a complete waste and found out the salesman I spoke to before never even looked into it. The owner asked me for the order number but I never got an email with one and he cant find my order in the system. My credit card was charged though. So he asked me to email him my credit card statement, which I immediately did, and he said that he would call his webmaster Monday on July 13th. Well Monday comes and goes and I get no response. I email him again on Tuesday July 14th and get no response. It is July 16th and still havent heard a word back. I submitted a dispute with my credit card company today since it is almost a month after I purchased this gift card as a birthday gift. At this point I want my money back and dont even want my money going towards this business. Their customer service is the worst I have ever received. If I am having this kind of problem with a gift card with no help at all, I certainly wont buy a firearm from them or recommend anyone else either. I will never purchase anything ever again from them. If my business is not appreciated then Ill go elsewhere, I suggest the same for you.

I recently made a purchase here and have been shopping here for about a year now. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Im very pleased with my purchase and overall customer service. The inside of the store is very clean, and the entire place was recently renovated, adding to a great shopping experience. The selection is second to none in the area whether it be firearms, holsters, or other equipment. Highly recommended.

Won a gun from D&L off of gunbroker on 6/2. Finally got thru to pay for it. Said it would be 5 days before shipped. Understandable with everything going on. Today,6/17 finally got back in touch when them, was told the gun had a gash in the slide and had to be sent back to Kimber. Was offered my money back or hold my order. But could not give me a time frame. So I called Kimber to check on a time frame, but they could not even find where they have returned the pistol. Almost sounds like they sold me a gun they didn’t have in stock just to make a sale. They took my $ quick, and didn’t even let me know they had to send the pistol back to Kimber. I did leave my order placed just to see how long this takes, because I know what Kimber told me.

Biggest incredible inventory of firearms in RI but comes with a price. Daily deals are pretty good too. My issue is the customer service, certain salesman treat you like dirt and lie right to your face so buyer beware.

Visited a couple times in person. Staff are all friendly and easy to talk to. The selection of new and used firearms, accessories, ammo and optics is great. Pricing on things Ive been in for has been competitive. Can get busy, but even when it is the team still makes an effort to help you out however you need. Would absolutely recommend taking a visit if you need supplies, these guys will get you set up with what you need.Side note, check some of the other reviews done by people giving 1 or 2 stars to D&L - I noticed a trend of exclusively 1 or 2 star reviews from many of them, with not a positive review to be found. Makes you wonder if its the vendor or the patron whos only 1/5 stars!

If giving 10 stars would be an option I would give them 10. Amazing stuff and the owner. The owner was kind enough to let me go through 4 crates of old milsurp rifles so I could hand pick the ones I like. He even let me use one of his employees Anthony to help me move crates. I bought from them before and was happy!!!Until this miss treatment. Item 859153760 order#6302133. 3/13 called in and provided payment information to Mike and FFL dealer emailed them license copy same day.Was promised order to be processed on Monday 3/16 . Being patient enough received ph. call from D. 3/18 to let me know that they will process my order in the next two days. Called in 3/23 to follow up, I was put on hold by D. for 50 min. and after British English accent person apologized for long hold and collected info to look in, promised to get back to me.... never happened! 3/27 and still waiting...You build customer service when things are though... or you simply don’t care. Great shop, great service, biggest inventory... but that all comes with a price.Yes, D&L is a great shop, but dont think you can go there for a bargain. If you got weight in your wallet and just want to do business then D&L is the place for you.However, if you go expecting to get a deal, you may be disappointed.Over all, the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and surprisingly tolerant to people who arent gun savvy.

The Firearms at this store are priced reasonable for the condition( if used) and they are willing to work with you on the price if you ask. They have a large selection of weapons available, both in store and online, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they more than likely can get it for you. If you are looking for a store that has the best customer service, where they can spend an hour chatting with you about your new pistol grip on your AR like your hanging out in a Starbucks, this is not the place! They are family owned, have limited employees and are extremely busy, all the time! Go here because of the convenience, and if not, for the Police/Military Discount they offer!

Completely dissatisfied with the service lately. Employees dont have knowledge of firearms. Drove back and fourth from Westerly 4 times in the last week after being told an order was out and would be in. On there website if you look it has them open today until 8 pm and closed tomorrow being thanksgiving so I am sure that post was misinformed. My 4th trip in the thunderstorm to arrive the 4th time to find them closed. I spent lots of money over the years there and it looks like the Richmond preserve will be my new store to continue my journey in firearms. The preserve has very knowledgeable people and if they dont have something they dont lie too you.

Ive been buying all my firearms and accessories from Al at D&L since 1996. I have gone to a few other local gun shops over the years but have always returned to D&L because of their customer service and selection and fair pricing. Mike is a great new addition to the team of knowledgeable sales staff, he will do what ever it takes to make sure you the customer are satisfied. Over the years I have bought quite a selection of side arms and long guns and the quality of their products that they carry are far better than any others in the state. If they dont have a particular firearm that your looking for, they will not hesitate to try and find what it is that your looking for and for these reasons I will continue to shop at D&L .. Ive purchased items in the past from D&L in Warwick, so this isnt my first rodeo. Always a friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable with their stuff. But where I like to praise them the most, is on 2/7/17, I went to pick up my first revolver S&W 686 .357 Magnum. The gentleman who I was working with, took his time to let me know which type of ammunition is best for home defense ( because this is what I intend to use this pistol for), he even gave me a discount on a box of ammo which I thought it was very nice of him. But he went above and beyond, to educate me on certain laws. Since I normally go to Massachusetts to a shooting range, he stated its against the law crossing state lines with a firearm unless I am going to a competition event which Im not. So if I wouldve gotten pulled over I can potentially loose my privilege of purchasing guns for life.. I just would like to thank that gentleman I wish I took his name down. But for whoever reads this, I highly recommend going to D&L in Warwick,Ri for your next purchase..

Bought my first rifle here, and couldnt be happier. They helped me order it, and get set up with all the equipment I needed to get started. Even though it was only a cheapo .22, Paul helped me out as if Id been buying .50 BMG by the brick for years!Sometimes the store is a little busy, but if you are content to browse around for a few minutes (not much of a chore, as the used gun racks have some cool stuff on them), its well worth it. Someone will come help you as soon as they have a minute, and theyll make sure youre set up with whatever you need. Every time Ive come in, Ive felt well looked after.Would recommend to anyone looking for firearms or supplies. If they dont have it in, they can order it for you, and the service is fantastic.
