The staff was fantastic! They helped me find my dream wedding dress! The downside was that my husbands tux was the wrong size. Even though they reordered the shirt was too tight as he has broad shoulders. My sons tux fit perfectly

Wedding creations is an awesome place. Ive rented many tuxes from them over the last 30 years, and my experience has always been good. They come highly recommended, because of their excellent customer service. Their skill at doing alterations is second to none in my opinion. Kathy and Margaret are wonderful. Great place!

Knowledgeable staff, great variety of dress styles and prices. We had very personalized service and fun atmosphere for shopping. My daughter loved her homecoming dress and the entire experience, she looked great for her special night and we had amazing pictures as well. Its all Thanks to Wedding Creations owner and staff. They went out of they way to do everything no other store would ever do to make sure I was able to get the dress I love. I went there and was leaving in 3 weeks to go to Hawaii to get married they did everything to make sure I had the perfect dress and ready in that short of time. Thank you guys so much. This place orders dresses from China for less than $20 and sells them for more than $250.Wife had to get a dress here a few months ago for a wedding. The wedding was canceled right after measurements due to covid. They have not responded or anything since we paid $150. No dress, no call. Scammy place with scammy people.

Bought my wedding dress, veil, bridesmaid dresses, and rented groomsmen tuxes from Wedding Creations! Best bridal shop around! I would receive updates when my dress, veil, ect. came in and they were always so accommodating! Would highly recommend!

I walked in and 5 minutes later after trying on one dress j found the perfect prom dress. The next two months before prom I have many alteration appointments and they helped me turn that dress into the prefect dress. I never felt so pretty and was amazed at how amazing the staff was. Definitely will go back when I need wedding dresses later in life.

I was allowed to pick a few wedding dresses for my daughter to try on. The big chain stores dont allow that.

I did not end up purchasing my dress here, but the staff was great to me. First off, they took me as a walk in, which I have become so much more appreciative of (I had a terrible experience at another place that would not accept me as a walk in). They have a great selection of dresses and picked out dresses for me to try on that were within my price range. They even had a sale room with a lot of dresses for only $99. The BEST part about this place is that the alterations are included in the price of the dress, so you know exactly how much it costs from the beginning. I looked up some of the dresses online and Wedding Creations did not mark up the dresses very much to make a higher profit. With the price of alterations I knew that Wedding Creations would be a great deal and I would want to do business with them. Their accessories were also at a very affordable cost (less than the boutiques and chain bridal stores), plus you get a discount if you purchase your dress there. They were not pushy and did not try to contact me after my visit. One girl even suggested a company to buy cupcakes from when my mother mentioned that we wanted to have gourmet cupcakes at the wedding reception. One of my two negatives is that most of the dresses in store seemed to be around a size 8 or more (Im a size 2), which made it difficult to sense how the dress would really look in my size, but I understand more people would be able to try on dresses in a bigger size. My other negative is that it was a bit of a drive from St. Louis, but ultimately I think it was well worth it!

They had a wonderful selection of dresses (in all sizes) and accessories. She was so happy with the way her dress turned out. She would highly recommend Wedding Creations to anyone wedding dress shopping.

The ladies here are very helpful. I needed some lace to finish my wedding dress and they offered to help any way they could. I found what I needed! They do alterations, and also have sales on wedding dresses, prom, bridesmaid, flower girl and mother of the bride dresses. If youre a bride in need of ideas for your upcoming day, I would recommend wedding creations.

I had the best experience here.This was the first bridal store that I went to and even though I showed my consultant just a few pictures of the style that I liked she knew exactly which dresses to pull for me. I loved every dress and felt beautiful in all of them too but fortunately I was able to narrow it down to two. I knew I needed to walk away from them to decide which one to go with and my consultant understood and didnt try talking me into one or the other. She let me leave without making me feel pressured that I HAD to come back (even though I knew I would.) I honestly felt like I was just shopping with a friend.That same day I had an appointment at Davids Bridal and the consultant there was so fake. She gave me all the one liners like The problem is is that youre going to look good in everything. False, I have curves and they do not look good in everything and I know that and Im okay with it. She also gave me the Oh my I havent seen a bride look that good in that dress. Well if thats the case then this dress needs to be tossed out because I look horrible. The thing is, I showed her the exact same pictures that I showed to my consultant at Wedding Creations and she didnt pull a single dress that I liked. My step-sister and I finally pulled a dress that we liked but I knew it wasnt the one and I also knew that I wanted to get out of there and come back to Wedding Creations. I hated the experience there and would never recommend it to anyone.I came back to Wedding Creations because I knew which one I wanted and because I wanted to wipe that other consultant out of my mind.I ended up trying both dresses on again but when I had on the one my family and I knew it and so did the consultant so she got a birdcage for me to put on and one of the flower bouquets for the full effect. She even let me put on her boots (because thats what Im going to be wearing.) She didnt stop there, my step-sister is also getting married and they had her dress in stock and even though she already bought it some where else they let her put it on and we had a little dance party together. It was an awesome way to start the day and to finish it.I will recommend Wedding Creations to every future bride that I come into contact with.

When we went in to wedding dress shop, we were excited to get the experience. I fell in love with my dress, and paid for it in full but the customer service is lacking totally! We went in January of this year and had a young girl who did not step up to her job at all. She was unprofessional, she spoke poorly of other customers, cussed, my bridal party had to help me in and out of dresses, we were very rushed, it was just an over all poor experience. When the dress was paid for she told us that my dress would be ready at the end of March, my bridal party confirmed this, I call today and who I spoke with said it would’nt be in until May. I’m excited to get my dress but the customer service was pretty disappointing.Edit: a bridesmaid and myself returned recently for my fitting for alterations and had an absolutely great experience with the owner. She was personable, helpful and had great conversation. The younger female that helped us was great also.

I had something in mind for my wedding dress and didnt know if Wedding Creations could fill it but they did it! Zoey found exactly what I was looking for and helped us TREMENDOUSLY! She helped me say yes to my dress! She was incredibly helpful along with everyone else!

I absolutely adore this place! The girls are very well mannered and are so focused on what YOU want. Not once did I fell out of place or like I was being judged at all! Not only are they very understanding, they also allow to you browse through the dresses on your own! The girls are very good with finding the style of dress you want! I also like how the alterations are included in the price so you know the solid price of the dress, noone like sneak up charges. I will defiantly recommend this place to future brides! Thanks to them i have the dress of my dreams for a very reasonable price for my special day!#May142016.

Very disappointed in my experience with wedding creations as I had heard great things about them. I went to try on wedding dresses and was rushed and felt like I was an inconvience. I was actually told, after an hour of being there, that I had tried on enough dresses and needed to decide. This is supposed to be one of the happiest days of my life and they made it an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the person assisting me was very young and inexperienced and the person who does the alterations was very rude. Definitely won’t be recommending or returning.

My cousin bought her wedding dress here in June. Along with the brides maid dresses. She also rented the mens tuxedos here as well. For all the time and money spent here, I would have expected the service to be better. It was very crowded. The place is way understaffed for this time of year. They need more people working there to accommodate for their wedding season.

This would be a great place if youre petite and already know what style youre looking for. This was the first place I made an appointment for so I was hoping I would get to try on different styles. I was scheduled for the A-line room which means I was in a room with just A-line style dresses. There were about 40 dresses to choose from (in bags) all basically size 4 or 6. I am a size 10/12 so NOTHING would fit and it was very frustrating trying to visualize what I am going to look like in a dress 5 sizes too small. The woman helping us (although, she was very nice) told me I would grab a different style in another room but theres a large party in there and they wont let me in. I was so irritated and felt like wasted a whole day. If they would carry larger size dresses, the average size woman would feel better about themselves. Its always easier to clip a larger size dress to visualize how it will look rather than squeezing in one, looking like a busting can of biscuits.

This place is a joke we had to cancel our wedding due to covid 19 and they would not refund the money for the dress even though it has never left the store and no alterations have been made...

They are small which is not a problem. They seam nice at first but some of the ladys there can be just rude. When we try to show them something for alterations they blew us off and they just said its fine we know what we are doing.... first off if we are paying over $300 for a dress then you should fix it till the customer likes it. There was one lady who i really liked... i dont know her name but she was very polite but the older lady was was rude and shews you away and said i work 16 hour shifts so ill take a break when i want to...

Good for the bride. Horrible experience for the groom and his grooms men. Pictures of the tuxs look nothing like the actual tuxs. They arrive 2 days before the wedding fitting was horrible for all the men. Would definitely not recommend it! Secondly customer service was nothing to be proud of either. Please explain to me how you can tell me our pants fit just fine when they are falling off me and look like I am wearing a tarp?! On the day of the wedding no cufflinks for the groom...called them, the lady has the odasity to say usually we would bring them out to you but today is a holiday weekend and we are too busy. does this imply my business and day is not important? Once again great for the bride, HORRIBLE for the groom!

They have no dressing rooms just old bedrooms filled with dresses and an old couch for others to sit on. The help from the staff is nothing compared to other stores.
