Read this before you buy from lens CraftersI bought a pair of eyeglasses at the Washington store in July 7 2021. They have a customer satisfaction return policy for 30 days. I received my eyeglasses 6 weeks after July 7 21 with defective lens,I was told nothing can be done because I am outside of the required 30 day return policy. Now I have a pair of very expensive eyeglasses that I can’t wear.

Jeanie was so kind and knowledgeable. She helped fix my problem seeing out of my glasses. I went to 2 other people at the store to help with no luck and she fixed it in 2 minutes.

Jeanie did a great job explaining my options and costs associated with them. I cant wait to get my new glasses!

Ellen, the woman who helped my husband and I pick out and order both sunglasses and regular glasses, was amazing. She was very patient and took the time to explain all of our choices for lenses. We couldnt have been more pleased with our experience!

A couple years after I took my my Mom to the optometrist there so we could have a Saturday appointment I was able to get her frames replaced. The sales reps were very helpful on Sunday, May 9 and Sunday, May 30, Thank you.

I wish I could rate the doctor, but my son wasn’t even able to be seen.I CALLED in to make an appointment. I talked to someone in the actual office; gave her my sons insurance information, name, date of birth (this part is important) etc. She didn’t mention anything about an age cutoff.We come in for the appointment and I was told he couldn’t be seen by the doctor on staff because he was under 8. Well shouldn’t the person who made the appointment have mentioned that rule? She asked for his birthday, so she knew how old he was.I rushed out of work to make it to this appointment because it was the only one available after 5 in the upcoming weeks. And my son didn’t even get seen because he is 30 days shy of being 8 years old.I understand a rule is a rule, but it’s frustrating that it can’t be communicated to customers before they schedule and show up for an appointment.

Wow the worst eye doctor I’ve ever had! I was rushed through, the doctor didn’t introduce herself and dismissed my questions and concerns. I don’t even understand the prescription I was given, and I’m pretty sure the copy they gave me is incomplete. Also the store was completely empty, so it’s not like they had other patients to attend to. It was just poor service. I couldn’t bring myself to use my contact or glasses benefits at the store- I’ll be going elsewhere! Maybe the glasses section is better, but I would strongly recommend you go to a different doctor.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars because one is too many. Walked in and stood there for about five minutes looking at the two receptionists that were working with other people yet never felt necessary to even acknowledge my existence. Not a hello not a hold on so I walked out. Visionworks is the best! I will never go anywhere but there.

Optometrist was super nice and made the exam bearable, almost fun. And the tech asst was very helpful with picking out my glasses and contacts! I would recommend this to anyone that needed an eye Dr.

The dr himself was awesome! But his receptionist was the rudest person/receptionist that I’ve ever had to deal with. On 2 separate occasions I called after having been fit for contacts. I was trying to understand two different situations. I’m new to wearing contacts. And she was so rude to me and hung up on me when I told her so. I will go out of my way to never go there again as long as I have to deal with her!

The women at the front desk and man who helped me pick out my glasses were both excellent. They were very kind and personable. However, I had a bad experience with Dr. Patrick. Just because I did not want the kind of contacts he was trying to push on me (they itch my eyes and do not stay in place) he gave me a really hard time and was very condescending toward me. Then he reluctantly ordered the brand of contacts that I like and are confortable for me and they did not arrive for 3 weeks which is absurd. I do not appreciate this lack of customer service from a man who is supposed to be looking out for his patients. He obviously is more concerned about making more money than he is about his patients and what works best for them. I will not be returning to this location.

Dr. Patrick and staff were very professional, helpful, and kind!

They lied to me and told me my insurance was in-network for them but the allowance they said I had for glasses seemed low. So I called my insurance company and they told me that LensCrafters is in fact out-of network and that my allowance was actually double if I went somewhere in-network. They are lying to people to get their business. Know you benefits before you go in or they will scam you. Horrible customer service. Oh and this was not only the sales associate but the Manager as well.

We had lenses sent to this store and they put them in the frames in 1/2 hour!! Very friendly staff!!
