Ive been going to this store 2 years now and I truly like this store. Id rather shop in here than Walmart anyday. Some things are overpriced but other than that I like that they always have what I need. The workers are nice & helpful when looking for specific. Kudos to this store!

Im kinda impressed with Penn Dollar Plus and Food Star. I know I shouldnt be. Its in a strip mall on the corner of a busy intersection and looks like a total dive. But once inside, its pretty awesome. Imagine if a Target opened up in a remote place and then went abandoned for decades. Then someone in the neighborhood decided to reopen it without doing any renovations. Its like that and its awesome! Its one giant room filled with aisle after aisle of literally anything youd need from a cup of ice to a rat trap to a bright yellow piggy bank. They do have very practical things like:-$1 16 ounce sodas-Plungers-Towels-Greeting cards-Hungry man meatloaf-Pinata-Lottery ticketsThey also get major points for having an ATM inside!

Overpricing of certain items and shelf-life not expired but still on shelf and some open containers

Its a nice place to shop good prices and great service.

They have everything I need for my kitchen. The workers and nice also

They are RUDE. They sell stale products and do not exchange or refund anything. I will NOT be shopping with them anymore and they are 1 block from my house.
