They had a Wonderful Selection of items for Mothers Day, 2021 Graduation,The Fourth of July, Baby Showers Etc. The store was Clean and Everything was on its place 👌🏽❤ I will be back and Great Customer Service.

The store is well stocked and the workers are very helpful when needing their assistance. Because its located on the main strip, it gets a lot of customers so expect to wait at least 3 to 5 minutes in line sometimes. They also have lthe plastic shield between the workers and customers at the checkout line for their and our safety.

Good customer service attentive employees but in a not so good neighborhood

Well stocked, employees were helpful and nice. If you were looking for something particular and its not in stock, check the website.Shelves were pretty well stocked here. This location is managed well now, compared to when it first opened!

It was Open some things were in short supply but, was able to get what I needed.

There are a lot of great things at this location and most of the time its pretty well stocked but be aware that some of the employees hide and set aside certain products for themselves lessening the availability for the customers.

The store was full of customers with lines for check out to the back of the store because there were only two cashiers working the registers.They were completely out of gallons of Spring Water, round 14 inch green wreath frames, no sherbert, no Edwards Pies, No Green Giant Whole Kernal Can Corn, very little Mardi Gras Supplies and decorations, No Deco Mesh, and No purple ribbon. But the had plenty of bleach!The manager was on the floor but she did not care to assist in getting the lines down when she was asked to open another register.This is a very busy store, in a very busy location, with very poor customer service!

Nearby thats good, check-out that was fast enough, the shopping and the items, well, they could use more of or similar of the items i brought, but over all customer service was good from the beginning to the end.

The dollar tree was not open....the employee was in the building but didnt open the doors...alot of people came but was turned away because it was close @4:30 pm Saturday 02/06/21

I mean you can get everything you need here but groceries. The have a lot of snack food and thats great for people with kids or for seasonal sports or any time.

Its full of a lot of stuff. I mean a lot. Everything is a dollar plus tax.

Store a mess right now I try to only visit and shop 2 days before food stamps the employees cant keep up with the mess they make. From the 20th to 30th is a good time to shop well stocked other wise stay away from the 1st to the 15th. Of every month.

Best place for holiday shopping. Was able to find almost everything I was looking for. They didnt have enough people to issue all check outs so it took little longer. But thats fine, its the holidays.

This store is in my community and it normally stays busy. Currently the freezer is in need of repair or replacement. There is thick layers of ice in the bottom of the freezer compartment. There was water dripping in the bottom of the freezer several months back. They run out of stock very quickly. It is a magnet for shoplifters! There is evidence of rodents. You can clearly see where mice have eaten through bags of bread, buns, doughnuts, crackers, and chips. Customers bring their children in the store and let them trash the store, leaving merchandise on the floor. Children run throughout the store without parental supervision. They open up food and snacks without paying for it first. I try to avoid this location as much as possible! I go to the Burke location. A much better location and atmosphere!

The staff looks at the customers as if they are about to steal. For example, if a customer comes in with a bag, then they have to give the bag to the attendant up from while they shop. I came to this location with my aunt and three year old daughter. We purchased a lot of items, and when it was time to exit, we were informed by the employee at the exit that we could not take the cart outside to my car. I asked the employee if he could help us with our bags. He said that he couldnt because he has to stay up front. So, I had to carry a case a water along with multiple bags to my car. He didnt even bother to ask any of his co-workers if they could help us.My advice to management........not all black customers steal. We are hard working people who like to add to the economy by purchasing items at your store! I think I will stick with the location in Bowie, MD, or maybe Ill spend my money elsewhere!

Nice and clean, had everything I was looking for plus more!

This place has a smell that reminds you of a year old porter potty or worse. It never have what you need and if they do, its so junky you wouldnt be able to find it. But I still go because its my neighborhood store hoping that when I get there things will be different but it never is. I drive 20 minutes away now just to have a good shopping experience.

Whoever the management staff is. FIRE THEM QUICK!!!!! The only good thing about my visit, in spite of how dirty, and smelly, no stock done. No employees on the floor. No words can explain the shape of that store. Shame on whom ever hired the management staff. Shame on the management staff for hiring those employees. My cashier was exceptional. Keep her.

It seems the staff is having a hard time maintaining order because people just drop items off in random places. The team is always pleasant even though every time Im there (which is at least twice a month) some customer is irate about some random thing that is not the staffs fault. Once I witnessed a young lady get cursed out because the store sold out of the 3 balloon choices the customer wanted.So to the staff at this location THANK YOU someone sees youre doing your best with all the challenges you face.

The dollar store was so crowded with only 2 line opened.

I love coming here for my birthday balloons . They have affordable party supplies if you buy ahead of time you could literally find anything. Also, they have birthday cables with numbers.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE BUT NEEDED ITS NEVER CLEAN VERY DIRTY OUT OF ORDER MISSING ITEMS NOTHING IS ORGANIZED ITS A MESSY PLACE TO SHOP. NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

People stealing and opening boxes. No control over the kids leaving the aisles messy. Need more security.

This is my neighborhood Dollar Tree Store located in the 3900 block of Minnesota Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20019.On this particular morning, I came here look for the right fall flower for a fall wreath and Bouquet that I was making for my door and parcel ledge. I had already started the wreath, but needed addition flowers and leaf garland and I needed flowers for the entire bouquet.I headed to the back were the flowers were only to find a store stocker and the store manager with many of the isles blocked with boxes on the floor and stacked in isles, blocking shelves and the refrigerator where frozen food are stored.This is a nice size dollar tree and they carry a wide variety of items, and serves this undeserved community in a mighty way.It is bad enough that some of the customers mess up the store as well as their small children, who are not supervised by an adult.Now, to see all these empty boxes scattered on the floor like this is definitely a hazard to the customers and employees.I dont see this kind of thing at other DT stores. Why dont they stock at night or early in the morning before the store opens.This is why I go to the DT in Burke, Va! I cant shop in my own community for fear of getting hurt!

The condition of the store was not very good. The store is shopped hard but recovery was very poor. There is a man, an older man, who seems to think of himself as a security guard who is not representing dollar tree in a good way. Doors to enter the store are both unlocked. Doors exiting the store are not. One door is always locked. Unsafe and possibly deadly in event of an emergency or fire. But, what should we expect of a dollar store? I think we should expect the same or MORE!

This store has come along way..it was well stocked today when I visit. Keep up the great work👍

Clean and good customer service!

I can find good quality products for just 1 dollar! Some brands of body washes and soaps and perfumes they sale are the same ones that are in some NYC hotels and other states hotels too! I love it all!

I love a Dollar Tree, however this store needs to be cleaned and organized. Things are all over the store. Good location but needs some housekeeping skills.

I just left out that location, let me tell you I would never go back there. The whole store smells like dead 🐀 in there. I got a whiff of that funky store. Ill be reporting this location to the health department this location needs to be shut down period.

I just moved to this location and thought I wouldnt shop at a dollar store.its been pleasure experience and plus I save a dollar or two. I know they watched you like a hawk, you have those that make them implement some type of surveillance.

This was a very unfortunate shopping experience. As you can see from the photos I just uploaded, the staff is very interested in taking their breaks up front and talkin about doing crack and dope. One of the staff members was very interested in talking with the man on break, well at least the nice young woman who was working my Lane did not want to get involved. The shelves are in many cases bear, and it is just not a wonderful place to shop. You need to run in for a quick snack or a soda or to get a new set of knives, then its your place to go. But dont think its more than it is. I will say however that the security officer that they have stationed there is very friendly and very professional. He was I am sad to say the best part of my shopping experience

This location is hit amd miss. Convenient for me and a fairly new found treasure for me. Many products I used to get elsewhere for three times as much can be found at this store. A treasure trove of DIY amd Party Solutions. The clientele is urban and often times transient with the occasional bad body odors lingering throughout the aisles. Ahhhhhh! You gotta love the big city life😳

Staff is rude always very long lines. Went there to purchase several items for my after school program had the item in hand, when I got to the cashier the Supervisor intercede stating this item has been discontinued cant sell took it and walked away very angry.

Low prices. Hit or miss items. Good for very small budgets.

At around 5:00 PM on 6/14/20018, I sought to purchase about 20 baskets and 2 packages of cookies from Dollar Tree 3932 Minnesota Ave, NE washington DC 20020 store. As soon as a got in line, a female employee came into the same line as me and began moving items around. At times I could not move because she was in my way. At other times she bumped into me. Then another employee, a large male come to the front of me in the same line. At times he looked like he wanted me to move out of the way and I had to stand in front of him to prevent him from moving me out of the way. Both employees continued to stand in front and in back of me with the women moving and continuing to bump me. I asked her could she not wait until I made my purchase to do what she was doing. She became angry along with the male. I told them I know I was being profiled with two store employees in the same line as me with the male in front at times blocking my ability to move. I got into a diatribe with the two employees because I felt I was being profiled. The so-called manger intervened and told me he did not want me in his store. All three employees were rude, presumptuous, arrogant, dismissive and had an attitude that they were doing me a favor by letting me shop there. Horrible, non-existent customer service.

The lines are super long and limited cash register. Had four items stayed in line for over 20mins. The atmosphere of store is terrible, also its always closed for witheld contamained food items. Which means fail inspection often.

Have A Lot Of Things In There Pretty Descent.

Crowded long lines

This store had been ransacked/trashed by customers. I felt bad for the employees who have to constantly clean up the mess.Other than that, its a basic dollar tree.

Why i rate a three star is they have their shelfs stalked but you will be waiting in line because they usually have one register open and alot of people to take care of.
