When a company calls in a order and comes to pick up their order and all the sales associates just sit there. I waited over 15 minutes for one them to bring my order out. Very frustrating. Company Name all over the truck. And was told didnt know what company I was with. Give me a break. Way over priced for the quality of fasteners.
