Really great experiences both times Ive called in for service on separate garage doors. Pam is an awesome and friendly person who handles the scheduling (and probably a whole lot more). Both onsite appointments were on time, quick to set up new remotes, and very friendly technicians. I understand why this business was recommended to me - really, a Class A local establishment.

I had one contractor come to my home and tell me I needed to replace my garage door opener, but later the same day Johnson came and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Just had another problem and when I called they were able to tell me how to fix it over the phone with no charge. GREAT company!!
