Terrible customer service. 3pm 8/5/21 Got off work today and headed over to the hydro shop to pick up some supplies. So first I was met at the door and asked, do I know exactly what I want? I did have a general idea of what I wanted to I said yes and was let in. As I was looking for my items the cashier mumbles under her breath I shouldnt have even let him in, then says I thought you knew what you wanted and proceeded to tell me that they were doing a shift change and I needed to leave the store. I put my items back and left the store feeling as if I was not valued as a customer and was kicked out of the store. Once I got home I called the shop to get the name of the person working at that time and she answered the phone gave me a fake name, tried to explain the situation then hung up the phone on me. I will not be shopping at this establishment any longer.

The help is great they inform you of all the things you need to know about what youre purchasing

YMMV kind of thing, they sell the supplies I use so I save on shipping. They do clone share & some other events, theyre better than the pervious owners but the customer service is wayy up or wayy down

Bought a product there that was the wrong size. Brought it back unopened to exchange they say they wouldnt exchange it. Poor customer service. So I put the $150 worth of stuff I was going to buy back.

Terrible customer service. I have spent well over $2500 for my setup with this company. I am now running into issues with my products purchased from them and I can not get a hold of anyone to help me. Called multiple times and they always give me the same excuse...the owners are not available at the moment. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
