Never got a mobile order and their employees will yell at you when you ask for your $60 order. I guess I would be short tempered too if I was working her job. There is a reason she is behind the counter and not the other way around.

Let me tell you, Shake Shack was certainly outstanding. Let me tell you everything is fantastic! Every single thing that I have ordered was really great and I would revisit to have it again! Service was fabulous and everybody working here was incredibly nice and generous. Overall great experience at Shake Shack with courteous and accommodating service, will definitely return.

Best Burger ever!

The burgers are juicy and the ice cream is good!!!

This place provides great service as well as delightful food. One of the best place in the city. The drinks and food arrived quick and the prices were inexpensive. Highly recommended.

Some of the best food you can get at a nats game. It is pricey but you are at a baseball game so that is how it goes. Theres usually a line if you go close to the first pitch but they have shorter dessert only line and a dedicated line for season ticket holders which moves quicker.

I have eaten here twice while at Nats Park. This is one of the best hamburgers Ive ever had. The special sauce, similar to Thousand Island dressing, is good, too. The fries were crisp (crinkle cut) and hot. I may never get anything else while attending baseball games.

Decent Shake Shack food right inside the ballpark. Good prices for inside a ballpark, but plan to miss a couple innings unless you have Nats Pass. The lines can be horrendous, and I have yet to see an employee with any sense of immediacy. Could easily be a 5star review if the people who worked there tried to get food out quickly. I mean you can see them standing around, while line is like Disney. They just dont seem to care.

This location is really awful and not representative of shake shack at all. We went for a game and I was pleasantly surprised to see a shake shack as a food option - we were super excited! The line looks very long but it does move fairly quickly. The lady who helped us at the register was nice but didnt seem to know what she was doing. We had to repeat our order 3 times because what she was repeating back to us wasnt accurate. It was a simple order of 2 double shacks and cheese fries! We then were given the wrong food - there was a shroom burger. So she and another lady went back and forth opening the burgers to see which ones they were. No offense, Id rather not eat a burger someones rummaged through. The incorrect order went back to the line - I sincerely hope someone else didnt get that food later on. We were finally given our correct order and went on our way. The burgers and fries were cold like they had been sitting out. The cheese for the fries came in a tiny sauce cup and was hard and dry rather than the usually smooth texture in the larger black container. Extremely disappointed considering the price point here is double what it usually is out in the city.

Worst experience at a shake shack that I’ve ever had. They don’t hire the correct employees to be able to handle a typical (not even a popular) baseball game. My experience was 45 minutes and the food and service was horrible.

The person taking our order was only 1/2 listening. The order was incorrect, but we were too tired & hungry to go deal with it. Then, as I was drinking my shake, I found a short curly black hair in it. Threw it out. Not good.

Have been here several times and enjoy it every time. Their cheese fries are great with the cheese sauce being a mix of American and cheddar cheese.

Yum. Yum. Yum. This is my favorite spot to hit when I go to a Nats game! Although the line is long its always worth the wait. Super Juicy burgers and I love the french fries with cheese and red peppers which add some kick. Definitely add the peppers!

The burgers are good but I’m not a fan of the cheese, and quite honestly the chocolate shake I got was the only chocolate milkshake I ever threw away after one taste. It was chalky and bitter.

Burgers and fries here are pretty good, if a tiny bit small. More expensive than they should be as well, but eh youre a hostage at the ballpark and what can you do.The line will look obscenely long just before and during the game, but it moves faster than youd think. Still, be prepared to potentially wait 20-30 minutes during high demand times.

Slow, inept service. Shakes are just okay. I dont see what all the fuss is about. Id rather watch the game than stand in line here.

Great burgers and fries as usual from Shake Shack. The only bad thing about this location is that since its at a ballpark, you cant customize your burgers. You have to take them as they come but theyre still awesome!

Shake shack is good in general, it was just this location that had very poor service. Waited in a long line for a shake only for them to tell me theres no shakes or ice cream. There staff shouldve put a sign out or had an employee shouting they were out. The employee got mad when I started shouting that they were out of ice cream, i was just trying to alert fellow customers so they wouldnt waste their time missing the game in vain.

Service was horrible here and the prices were way too high for what I got. That and the tap water is warm and tastes unfiltered

My brother and his friends always visited Shake Shack. I personally only went a few times but loved it.

Very good taste but the price isn’t right; way too pricy to the point where you’re better off going to a full service restaurant.

I waited in line for the last 4 innings. There was one person working the register. When we finally recieved our food, the burger wasnt even that good. My girlfriends hotdog was over cooked and the bun was hard as a rock. Mustve been sitting out for those last 4 innings... Huge waste of time. Not even worth putting 1 star.

The food was really good, always is at a shake shack, but it took about three innings to make it through the lines and then it was super expensive. It wasnt unexpected, just wish it was a little cheaper.
