I bought a Kal King size mattress from this place hoping to help me recover from a back surgery. It was delivered and I noticed that the quilted part was humped up in the middle from one side to the other like it had been folded in half. They told me that it would smooth out. WRONG!!! It only got worse.They wanted pictures of it 3 different times and then responded with a email saying that going by what their experts see in the pictures the defect does not meet their warranty criteria. Here it is a little than a year and a half later I can feel the springs moving and popping at night. I just had to go buy a new one else where. It is junk!!!!

Well they have mattresses in this mattress store. Seems fitting. I prefer my mattress store not to sell blenders. Staff is helpful. I demand everyone go there now for some new mattresses.

This showroom has everything in it one could ever want for sleep related gear. Pressure free atmosphere and the concept of finding the right bed for you works! Ray is awesome and has been in the industry doing things the right way for years. Mattress Direct I highly recommend

My husband and I were in wentzville and stopped in mattress direct. Doug was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a couple options. We needed to measure our bedroom before making a decision. Sunday we realized we had a couple more questions and told Doug we were going to visit the Washington store since it is close to us and try the mattresses again. We did and we bought a set. Kudos to Doug and Micah for their help. They both deserve a bonus for putting up with us! We only decided to by in Washington because it is close and we try to buy local whenever possible. Not a great shopping experience. Sales representative hurried me out the door. They were still pricey. Me and my fiance cant stand it. felt worn out at a month of having it. Im a 150lbs and shes 135. I tried swapping out. No luck. So Im trying to get my money worth out of it then shopping somewhere else.

Bought a mattress for my 4 year olds bed. Got it home and it was 2 inches smaller than the average twin size and also 2 inches smaller than what the tag on the mattress said. Called 3 hours after I had left the store to state my issue and was told by micah the store manager, that every mattress can very in size up to an inch. I could return it but there would be $99.00 fee even though I bought it 3 hours earlier and wasnt used and the tag stated it should be 2 inches bigger than what it was. Completely ridiculious wish I would have read the reviews before walking into the store. Will be contacting the BBB for sure! Misrepresentation at its best with no concern for the customers. Also just realized I paid for a memory foam mattress and got a spring mattress thats what u g ed t for letting them load it and not put any information on the paperwork they give you. Shady business. Filing a police report today.

I have only bought 1 other matress before by myself; which sounds crazy since I am a 47 year old female with an upper level position in the medical field. I do know the importance of a GREAT MATRESS•I badly needed a Matress, so I started my 2 month search on line until I pinpointed my target bed and cost•• When I walked into Matress Direct a sales man, Raymond Martin introduces self and after I explained what I wanted and was willing to pay, Raymond did not say my expectations were way unrealistic and try to talk me into something else etc....He just began to educate me on the Matress of my interest and also showed me several styles to ensure Exactly what I wanted and then he went to work doing any and everything in his power to make that happen. Then I paid for my Matress and even set up a top of line white glove delivery/removal of Matress and was out of store WITHIN 30 minutes!!!!I was completely amazed and impressed with the salesman Raymond Martin and his professionalism as well as my experience at Matress Direct in Washington, MO!!Raymond Martin’s professionalism, knowledge of All products, compassion and listening skills were top of the line and he didn’t waste my time!!Raymond immediately went to work to assist me with I wanted.
